In practical use, the rotating part can be a rotating shaft or a common hinge.
As a further alternative, please refer to fig. 4, the limiting edge 400 protrudes from the first surface of the bottom case 200, and the limiting edge 400 and the first surface of the bottom case 200 surround to form a positioning groove 700 for installing a panel, optionally, the positioning groove 700 is a rectangular groove.
In an embodiment, please refer to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating an assembled panel and a first structure of a bottom box in a grid structure with a bottom box according to an embodiment of the present invention. The panel may be the panel 10 of a switch or the panel 20 of a socket. Specifically, when the bottom case 200 is fittingly installed in the installation groove 300 and abuts against the first surface of the grid plate 100 through the limit edge 400; and the connecting piece 500 passes through the fixing arm connecting hole 610 and the grid 120 connecting hole so as to connect the fixing arm 600 to the second surface of the grid 120, the panel 20 of the switch or the socket needs to be installed in the positioning groove 700, so that the positioning groove 700 can provide an installation space for the panel, the condition that the panel is exposed is avoided, and the installation hidden danger of the subsequent switch or socket is reduced.
In addition to the above embodiments, please refer to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a partially enlarged view of a point a in fig. 4. The bottom of the positioning groove 700 is provided with a receiving groove 710, and the receiving groove 710 is a square groove for receiving a main body part (not shown) in the switch or the socket; the notch department of holding tank 710 is equipped with a plurality of connecting portion 800 that are used for being connected with the panel, is equipped with the mounting hole 810 that is used for being connected with the panel on connecting portion 800.
In a specific embodiment, the number of the receiving grooves 710 is even, and the bottom of each receiving groove 710 is provided with a through hole 720, optionally, two receiving grooves 710 can be respectively provided with a socket and a switch, so as to facilitate daily use; of course, the number of the accommodating grooves 710 is not limited in the present invention, and should be set according to actual requirements.
Taking the socket as an example, the main body part of the socket is disposed in the accommodating groove 710, and the through hole 720 at the bottom of the accommodating groove 710 can allow the electric wire on the socket to pass through and be connected with an external power supply; the panel 20 of the socket is connected with the main body part of the socket, the panel 20 of the socket is fixed in the positioning groove 700 through the connecting part 800, the connecting part 800 is provided with a mounting hole 810, the panel 20 of the socket is also provided with a corresponding hole, and optionally, the connecting part 800 is symmetrically arranged at the notch of the accommodating groove 710; in addition, the faceplate 20 of the socket can be fixed in the positioning groove 700 by screws passing through the mounting holes 810, thereby ensuring a stable connection of the faceplate 20 of the socket and the entire back box 200.
The following describes the structural principle of the grating 120 structure with the bottom box 200 in detail with reference to a specific usage scenario:
on the first hand, a mounting groove 300 penetrating the grid 120 and the bottom plate 110 is formed on the grid plate 100, and the shape and the size of the mounting groove 300 are matched with the shape and the size of the bottom case 200, so as to prepare for mounting the bottom case 200;
in the second aspect, the bottom case 200 is fittingly installed in the installation groove 300 and abuts against the first surface of the grid plate 100 through the limit edge 400, so that the bottom case 200 and the grid plate 100 are positioned in preparation for installation of the switch or the socket;
in a third aspect, two fixing arms 600 symmetrically arranged on the second surface of the bottom case 200 are rotated to be flush with the second surface of the grating plate 100, the fixing arm connecting holes 610 on the fixing arms 600 are aligned with the grating 120 connecting holes on the second surface of the grating 120, and the connecting piece 500 passes through the fixing arm connecting holes 610 and the grating 120 connecting holes so as to connect the fixing arms 600 to the second surface of the grating 120;
in the fourth aspect, the main portion of the socket or the switch is disposed in the accommodating groove 710, and the through hole 720 at the bottom of the accommodating groove 710 can allow the electric wire on the socket or the switch to pass through and be connected with the external power supply; the panel 10 of the socket or switch is connected with the main body of the socket, and the panel 10 of the socket or switch is fixed in the positioning groove 700 through the mounting hole 810 of the connecting part 800.
Example 2:
the embodiment of the present invention further provides a wall, wherein the wall includes: the wall body 30, the I-shaped part 40, the leveling keel 50 and the grid structure with the bottom box; the leveling keel 50 is connected with the wall body 30, and the grating plate is connected with the leveling keel 50 through the I-shaped part 40;
in the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 9, and fig. 9 is a schematic partial structural diagram of a wall body according to the embodiment of the present invention. The wall body still includes: a first screw 31, a second screw 32, a third screw 33, a keel connector 34, and an expansion tube 35. Specifically, the outer side of the grid plate 100 is provided with a connecting i-shaped groove for connecting with one end of an i-shaped member 40, the other end of the i-shaped member 40 is connected with a leveling keel 50 through a first screw 31, and a plurality of surfaces of the leveling keel 50 are respectively connected with a keel connecting piece 34 through second screws 32; the keel connecting piece 34 is arranged on the wall body 30, the expansion pipe 35 is arranged in the wall body 30, and the third screw 33 passes through the middle part of the keel connecting piece 34 and is connected with the expansion pipe 35, so that the keel connecting piece 34 is fixed on the wall body 30.

Claims (10)

1. A grid construction having a back box, comprising:
the grating plate is provided with at least one mounting groove;
the bottom box is arranged in the mounting groove and is connected with the grating plate.

The grid construction having bottom boxes according to claim 1, wherein said bottom boxes have a retaining edge at a peripheral edge of said first surface of said bottom boxes, said bottom boxes being received in said receiving slots to abut said first surface of said grid plate via said retaining edge.
3. The grid construction with a back box according to claim 1, wherein said grid construction with a back box further comprises a connecting member,
a fixed arm is arranged on the second surface of the bottom box, a fixed arm connecting hole is arranged at one end of the fixed arm, which is far away from the bottom box, and a grid connecting hole is arranged on the second surface of the grid plate;
and the connecting piece penetrates through the fixing arm connecting hole and the grid connecting hole to connect the fixing arm to the second surface of the grid.
4. The grid construction having a back box as claimed in claim 2, wherein said position-defining side is protruded from said first surface of said back box, and said position-defining side and said first surface of said back box surround to form a positioning groove for mounting a panel.
5. The grating structure with the bottom boxes of claim 4, wherein the groove bottom of the positioning groove is provided with an accommodating groove;
the notch department of holding tank is equipped with a plurality of connecting portions that are used for being connected with the panel, be equipped with the mounting hole that is used for being connected with the panel on the connecting portion.
6. The grating structure with the back box as claimed in claim 5, wherein the number of the receiving grooves is an even number, and the bottom of each of the receiving grooves is provided with a through hole.
7. The grid construction with a back box according to claim 2, wherein the length dimension of said limit edge is greater than the length dimension of said mounting groove or/and the width dimension of said limit edge is greater than the width dimension of said mounting groove.
8. The grid construction with a back box of claim 2, wherein said grid plate comprises:
a base plate;
the grid, it is a plurality of the grid interval is located on the bottom plate, and each the grid is the cavity form.
9. The grid construction having a base box according to claim 3 wherein said fixed arms are an even number and said even number of said fixed arms are symmetrically distributed on said second surface of said base box.
10. A wall, comprising: -a wall body, i-beams, leveling keels and a grid construction with bottom boxes according to any of claims 1-9;
the leveling keel is connected with the wall body, and the grid plate is connected with the leveling keel through the I-shaped part.
