The embodiment of the invention discloses a tree-shaped bionic anti-dazzle device, which is used for a central dividing strip of a road and comprises a tree-shaped branch structure and a filling structure which are integrally cast and formed by glass fiber reinforced plastics; the tree-shaped branch structure comprises a trunk, a primary branch arranged on the trunk and a secondary branch arranged on the primary branch; the filling structure is filled in the tree-shaped branch structure, gaps capable of transmitting light are distributed all over, and the maximum width of each gap is not more than 40mm. The tree-shaped bionic anti-dazzle device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention organically combines plant anti-dazzle with artificial anti-dazzle for the first time, not only realizes the anti-dazzle purpose, but also has very high aesthetic value, and meanwhile, has good permeability, very good wind resistance and opposite visual field of a driver. Because the tree-shaped branch structure is bionic to the structure of a natural tree, the advantages of high strength, light weight, good plasticity, energy conservation and environmental protection of the glass fiber reinforced plastic material are effectively utilized, the defect that the glass fiber reinforced plastic has small elastic modulus and is easy to generate large deformation is overcome, and the structure force transmission is direct, reasonable, safe and reliable.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an anti-dazzle device, in particular to a tree-shaped bionic anti-dazzle device arranged at a central dividing strip of a road.
Background
In order to eliminate the influence of glare to headlights of automobiles on driving safety at night, an anti-dazzle device needs to be arranged on a central road division strip, and at present, three forms of anti-dazzle nets, anti-dazzle plates and plant anti-dazzle are mainly adopted. The antiglare shield is easily damaged in windy weather, and the antiglare plant is difficult to survive in severe environment. The anti-dazzle net is made of metal and glass fiber reinforced plastic, the metal anti-dazzle net is heavy, easy to rust, easy to suffer from thunder and lightning, high in maintenance and replacement cost, high in operation cost, waste of steel resources and the like, and the glass fiber reinforced plastic anti-dazzle net is easy to deform greatly due to the fact that the elastic modulus of the glass fiber reinforced plastic is small.

According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, the pattern shape of the filling structure is leaves, flowers, icons, lanterns or ribbons.
According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, the tree-shaped branch structure further comprises a rectangular outer frame which is formed by enclosing the cross rods above and below and the vertical rods on the left side and the right side.

The pattern of the filling structure 20 may be leaves, flowers, icons, lanterns, ribbons, etc. In the present embodiment, the pattern shape of the filling structure 20 is a leaf. The tree-like branch structure further comprises a rectangular outer frame which is enclosed by cross bars 15 positioned above and below and vertical bars 16 positioned on the left side and the right side. The outer frame is integrally cast with the main trunk 10, the first-level branches 11, the second-level branches 12, the third-level branches 13 and the filling structure 20 in the process of manufacturing the tree-shaped branch structure. The thickness of the filling structure is 6-8 mm.
In other embodiments of the invention, the voids on the filling structure are engraved by an engraving machine. And integrally pouring the tree-shaped branch structure, filling the branch with the filling structure 20, and hoisting the branch on a processing table of a carving machine for processing. The filling structure 20 is cut into a hollow space by a cutter of a carving machine to form a leaf, flower, icon, lantern or ribbon-shaped gap of the tree-shaped bionic anti-dazzle device. The tree-shaped bionic anti-dazzle device is 4-6 meters in length and can be formed by splicing single pieces of 2-3 meters.
The tree-shaped branch structure is of a bilateral symmetry structure, and can facilitate the manufacture of a mold. The trunk 10 and all the branches of the tree-shaped branch structure are linear, that is, the trunk 10 and all the branches are straight bars, the force transmission mechanism is clear, the force transmission path is direct and reasonable, and the outer frame and the branches form a reliable and stable structural system. In the present embodiment, the height of the tree-shaped bionic anti-glare device is about 800mm, the diameter of the main trunk 10 is 28mm to 38mm, the diameter of the primary branch 11 is 50% to 60% of the main trunk 10, and the diameter of the secondary branch 12 is 30% to 40% of the main trunk 10. The distance between adjacent intersection points formed by the trunk 10 and each level of branch of the tree-shaped branch structure is not more than 250mm or not more than 20 times of the diameter of the trunk 10. The branches can be filled with thin rods with the diameter of 4 mm-6 mm as the framework of the leaf-shaped filling structure. The cross bar 15 may have the same diameter as the secondary branch 12 or may have a square cross-section of similar dimensions; the diameter of the stem 16 may be the same as the diameter of the stem or a square cross-section of similar dimensions may be used.
As shown in fig. 3, the tree-shaped bionic anti-dazzle device can also comprise a special-shaped nut 17 and a bolt 18 made of glass fiber reinforced plastics; the two vertical rods 16 are provided with tooth-shaped structures which can be mutually buckled, and the vertical rods 16 of the two adjacent tree-shaped bionic anti-dazzle devices can be mutually buckled; the bolt 18 passes through the vertical bars of two adjacent tree-shaped bionic anti-dazzle devices and then is combined with the special-shaped nut 17 to fix the two tree-shaped bionic anti-dazzle devices. The special-shaped nut is in a non-equilateral polygon structure and can only be matched with a special spanner for use, and the special-shaped nut can be prevented from being detached randomly. According to the sizes of the die and the carving machine, each tree-shaped bionic anti-dazzle device can be formed by respectively manufacturing and connecting two pieces with the length of 2-3 m, the length of each device can be 4-6 m, and then the adjacent tree-shaped bionic anti-dazzle devices are connected, so that the longer length can be formed, and the overall stability of the tree-shaped bionic anti-dazzle devices is improved.

2. The tree-type bionic anti-dazzle device according to claim 1, wherein the pattern shape of the filling structure is a leaf, a flower, an icon, a lantern or a ribbon.
3. The tree-type bionic anti-dazzle device according to claim 1, wherein the tree-type branch structure further comprises a rectangular outer frame enclosed by upper and lower cross bars and left and right vertical bars.

The tree-shaped bionic anti-dazzle device according to claim 3, further comprising a special-shaped nut and a bolt made of glass fiber reinforced plastic; the two vertical rods are provided with tooth-shaped structures which can be mutually buckled, and the vertical rods of the two adjacent tree-shaped bionic anti-dazzle devices can be mutually buckled; the bolt penetrates through the vertical rods of two adjacent tree-shaped bionic anti-dazzle devices and then is combined with the special-shaped nut to fix the two tree-shaped bionic anti-dazzle devices.

The tree-shaped bionic anti-dazzle device according to claim 1, wherein the trunk and the branches of each stage of the tree-shaped branch structure are linear; the diameter of the trunk is 28-38 mm, the diameter of the primary branch is 50-60% of the trunk, and the diameter of the secondary branch is 30-40% of the trunk.
