The front end frame comprises an upper cross beam and two upright posts connected to two ends of the upper cross beam, and is characterized in that positioning pieces are detachably arranged at the tops of the upright posts, and when the positioning pieces are fixedly connected with the upright posts, the positions of the positioning pieces are matched with the designed positioning positions; the positioning piece comprises a positioning bolt and a floating nut which are in threaded connection, a first through hole is formed in the top of the upright post, the positioning bolt is movably arranged in the first through hole, and the floating nut is operable to lock the positioning bolt; the upper cross beam is provided with positioning holes which are respectively and correspondingly arranged with the positioning bolts of the two upright posts, wherein the inner ring of one positioning hole is matched with the outer ring of the corresponding positioning bolt, and the size of the other positioning hole is larger than that of the corresponding positioning bolt; the positioning piece further comprises a floating nut box, the floating nut box is arranged at the top of the inner wall of the upright post, a second through hole is formed in the floating nut box, the floating nut is movably arranged in the floating nut box, the positioning bolt comprises a head part and a screw rod part connected with the head part, the screw rod part sequentially penetrates through the first through hole and the second through hole to be connected with the floating nut, and the head part can reach a second position from a first position; when the head part is positioned at the first position, the floating nut can move in the floating nut box, the screw part can move in the first through hole, and when the head part is positioned at the second position, the head part is in contact with the top of the upright post, and the floating nut is in contact with the top wall of the floating nut box; the front end frame assembly method comprises the following steps:
s1: installing the upright post according to the positioning standard of the whole vehicle;
s2: a positioning piece is fixedly arranged at the top of the upright post according to the positioning standard of the whole vehicle so that the position of the positioning piece is matched with the designed positioning position, and the upper cross beam and the upright post are positioned through the positioning piece;
s3: fixedly connecting the upper cross beam with the upright post, and finishing the assembly of the front end frame;
