In the material taking or feeding process, the positioning insertion rod 37 is matched with the positioning hole 27 and the pipe hole for positioning.
And then the disc 15 is controlled to rotate, the instrument panel 28 which is well fed and fixed is moved to the position below the round block 631, the instrument panel clamped by the second clamping jaws 69 is positioned above the instrument panel 28, the fourth lead screw 634 is rotated, the feeding frame 67 is moved, when the deviation-preventing rod 68 is in positioning fit with the pipe hole, the instrument panel is aligned to the installation position of the instrument panel 28, positioning assembly is completed, and at the moment, a worker drives screws into the screws to penetrate through fixing holes around the instrument panel to be fixed with the instrument panel 28, so that the positioning assembly of the instrument panel is completed.
And then moving the feeding frame 67 back, continuing to control the disc 15 to rotate by 90 degrees, simultaneously rotating the round block 631 by 90 degrees until the next instrument panel to be assembled is positioned and assembled with the instrument desk 28, and performing blanking operation when the assembled instrument panel is assembled on the next instrument panel so as to realize simultaneous operation of feeding, assembling and blanking.

S5, blanking
After the assembly, the disc 15 is controlled to rotate to the blanking position, and the tooling structure is moved to be loosened to perform blanking operation.
