After the material enters the crushing cavity 301, the material is crushed by the primary crushing cutter 310. Referring to fig. 3, the material is thrown toward the stationary knife ring 303 welded on the inner wall of the crushing cavity 301 along with the centrifugal force, is cut again by the edge face of the stationary knife ring 303, and is thrown toward the secondary crushing knife 311 due to the reaction force when impacting the stationary knife ring 303, and the material is crushed again by the secondary crushing knife 311 obliquely pointed out in the horizontal direction until the particle fineness can be thrown out from the discharge chute 307.
After the material is thrown out from the discharging chute 307, as shown in fig. 2, the material falls into the discharging portion 306 from the crushing portion 305, the bottom of the discharging portion 306 is an inclined surface, and the material flows downward under the influence of the self-weight until reaching the discharging opening.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the included angle at the bottom of the discharging portion 306 requires that the material can flow downward at the angle, and at the same time, the inclination angle cannot be too large, if the inclination angle is too large, the corresponding vertical height is very high, and the requirements for other parts are higher, and it is difficult to install the material using conventional national standard parts.
In one embodiment of the invention, the size of the top cover 4 is similar to the size of the size reduction chamber 301 to facilitate removal of the rotatable cutter head 304.
