Abstract
A preparation method for pan oxidation at least covers the bottom of the bottom surface of a pan body so as to oxidize other parts of the pan body, and a tool is adopted to cover the bottom surface of the pan body, wherein the tool comprises a locking ring, a flexible interlayer ring, a pressing plate and an air valve; the outer circle of the locking ring is clamped in the flexible interlayer ring, the flexible interlayer ring is propped open by the locking ring to form a sealing element, and the air valve is arranged on the pressure plate; when in preparation oxidation, firstly, the sealing element is placed on the bottom surface of the pot body, and the bottom surface of the pot body to be protected is surrounded by the flexible interlayer ring; then pressing the pressing plate with the air valve on the sealing element to form a dense interlayer among the pressing plate, the bottom surface of the pot body and the sealing element; and finally, air in the sealing interlayer is pumped through the air valve, and the pressing plate and the sealing piece are fixed on the bottom surface of the pot body under the action of atmospheric pressure, so that the bottom surface of the pot body to be protected is covered. and finally, air in the sealing interlayer is pumped through the air valve, and the pressing plate and the sealing piece are fixed on the bottom surface of the pot body under the action of atmospheric pressure, so that the bottom surface of the pot body to be protected is covered.
Preferably, the air valve is a ball valve.
Preferably, the flexible interlayer ring is made of silica gel or rubber.
Preferably, the outer edge of the bottom surface of the pot body is provided with a concave ring, and the flexible interlayer ring is positioned in the concave ring when the sealing element is placed on the bottom surface of the pot body.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a preparation method for pan oxidation is to cover at least the bottom surface of the pan body 1 with a bottom so as to oxidize the other part of the pan body 1. The outer circle of the locking ring 2 is clamped in the flexible interlayer ring 3, the flexible interlayer ring 3 is propped open by the locking ring 2 to form a sealing element, and the air valve 5 is arranged on the pressure plate 4.
When preparing oxidation, firstly, a sealing element is placed on the bottom surface of the pot body 1, and the bottom surface of the pot body 1 to be protected is surrounded by the flexible interlayer ring 3.
Then a pressure plate 4 with an air valve 5 is pressed on the sealing element, and a dense interlayer 6 is formed among the pressure plate 4, the bottom surface of the pot body 1 and the sealing element.
And finally, air in the sealing interlayer 6 is pumped through the air valve 5, and the pressing plate 4 and the sealing element are fixed on the bottom surface of the pot body 1 under the action of atmospheric pressure, so that the bottom surface of the pot body 1 to be protected is covered. A concave ring can be arranged on the outer edge of the bottom surface of the pot body 1, and when the sealing element is placed on the bottom surface of the pot body, the flexible interlayer ring 3 is positioned in the concave ring, so that the placement position of the sealing element can be conveniently determined.

then pressing a pressure plate with an air valve on the sealing element to form a dense interlayer among the pressure plate, the bottom surface of the pot body and the sealing element;
and finally, air in the sealing interlayer is pumped through the air valve, and the pressing plate and the sealing piece are fixed on the bottom surface of the pot body under the action of atmospheric pressure, so that the bottom surface of the pot body to be protected is covered.
