Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an insecticidal fungus live spore aqueous suspension comprises verticillium lecanii spores, a synergist, a suction agent and a thickening substance, wherein the verticillium lecanii spores are verticillium lecanii conidia prepared by culturing verticillium lecanii, and the verticillium lecanii spore suspension has a concentration of 2 × 108The insecticidal fungus with spores per ml, the verticillium lecanii spore suspension also comprises the following components by weight: tween 80:1-5 parts; 1-5 parts of xanthan gum; sodium sorbate: 2-5 parts of sterilized water: 985-996 parts, the synergist is an organic fluorine synergist, the attractant comprises cinnamic aldehyde and dioctyl phthalate, the thickening substance is sodium alginate, verticillium lecanii spores, the synergist and the attractant are uniformly mixed, the thickening substance is added after the suspending agent, the mass ratio of the verticillium lecanii spores to the synergist to the attractant is 98:1:1, the mass ratio of the total mass of the synergist and the attractant to the mass of the verticillium lecanii spores is 1:25, the proportion of the thickening material is 5 percent.

s1: spore suspension preparation: preparing spore suspension by using Verticillium lecanii;

s12: vessel sterilization: soaking all containers for strain culture in 75% alcohol;
s13: washing and filtering: washing the cultured strains with purified water, and filtering with a filter screen during washing to obtain washing liquid of Verticillium lecanii conidia;
s14: mixed tween 80: weighing a certain amount of 1 ml of Tween 80 and mixing with a certain amount of conidia of the insecticidal fungus;
s15: preparing a xanthan gum solution: weighing a certain amount of xanthan gum, adding a proper amount of boiled water, and stirring until the xanthan gum is completely dissolved;
s16: mixing materials: adding 0.1% Tween 80 insecticidal fungal spore suspension into xanthan gum solution, and mixing to obtain mixed solution;
s17: adding sodium sorbate: adding a certain amount of sodium sorbate.
Referring to fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment, in S1, the viable spore content in the spore suspension preparation is 2 x 108Spore/ml, and other component ratios are as follows: tween: 1-5 parts; 1-5 parts of xanthan gum; sodium sorbate: 2-6 parts, and the balance being water to make up to 1 liter.
Referring to fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment, in S1, the insecticidal fungal spore content in the spore suspension preparation is 2 x 108Spore/ml, and other component ratios are as follows: tween 80:1 part; 3 parts of xanthan gum; sodium sorbate: 3 parts, and the balance water.
Referring to fig. 3, in a preferred embodiment, in S11, the strain cultivation comprises the following specific steps:
s111: activating strains: preparing verticillium lecanii strains in batches, and activating the strains at normal temperature;
s112: selecting strains: performing preliminary experiments on the activated strains, and screening out high-quality strains;
s113: transfer culture: transferring the screened high-quality strains to a set culture bin for further culture.

The working principle is as follows: when in use, the verticillium lecanii spores are used as the substrate in the insecticidal fungus living spore water suspending agent, wherein the verticillium lecanii can be used not only as host insects but also as host bacteria of plant pathogenic bacteria, has the characteristics of no environment pollution, simultaneous use with certain insecticides, bactericides and acaricides and the like, and simultaneously, by the arranged attractants, the pests are attracted by the cinnamaldehyde and the dioctyl phthalate in the attractants, so that the pests can stay on the leaf surfaces sprayed with the insecticidal fungus living spore water suspending agent for a long time and actively eat the insecticidal fungus living spore water suspending agent in the staying process, thereby improving the insecticidal capacity and enhancing the use effect, meanwhile, tween 80 plays a role in dispersing insecticidal fungal spores in suspension, xanthan gum can form a spore micro-outer membrane and improve the ultraviolet resistance of the spores, the specific gravity of a suspending agent can be increased, the suspension rate of the spores is improved, sodium sorbate is used for inhibiting bacterial growth, the survival rate of the insecticidal fungal spores is maintained, peculiar smell is prevented, the wettability of leaf surfaces and pests of liquid medicine is good, the evaporation speed of the liquid medicine after spraying is low, the weather resistance is good, the permeability and the conductivity are excellent, compared with chemical pesticides, the pesticide composition is safer, the insect killing effect is better, the control effect is improved, the cost is reduced, technical support is provided for large-scale production and application, and the pesticide composition has important significance for improving the technical level of pest control in China.
