Background
The range hood has become one of the indispensable kitchen household electrical appliances in modern families. The range hood works by utilizing the fluid dynamics principle, sucks and exhausts oil smoke through a centrifugal fan arranged in the range hood, and filters partial grease particles by using a filter screen. The centrifugal fan comprises a volute, an impeller arranged in the volute and a motor driving the impeller to rotate. When the impeller rotates, negative pressure suction is generated in the center of the fan, oil smoke below the range hood is sucked into the fan, accelerated by the fan and then collected and guided by the volute to be discharged out of a room.
With the continuous progress of the self-cleaning technology of the range hood, steam cleaning or water cleaning is widely applied to the field of self-cleaning of the range hood, and the basic principle is that a steam generator generates steam or water is pumped by a water pump to convey the steam or water to a nozzle at the tail end of a spray pipe, and the steam or water is quickly sprayed out from the nozzle to flush an impeller and a volute for cleaning.
The water box used for supplying water for the steam generator or the water pump generally has three mounting modes, one mode is that the water box is divided into two areas, clear water and waste water, when the water box is cleaned, the oil cup is taken down, then the water box is hung at the position of the original oil cup, when the water box is mounted, the water box needs to be taken by double water and then hung on a hook, the matched water taking structure realizes the butt joint of a water taking pipe in the water box and a built-in joint of a smoke machine through rubber interference, and the water box taking experience is poor; the other is that a water cup and a connecting hose are separately arranged, when in use, the water cup needs to be added with water, the hose is connected to the range hood, and after the range hood is cleaned, the water cup and the hose are collected; and the other method is to utilize two silica gels, and when the water cup is installed, the sealing is realized through the interference of the two silica gels.
Although cold water can be heated quickly by using the heating module, the complex pipeline system and scale generated in the heating process have the risk of blocking the nozzle, so that the failure rate of the self-cleaning system is increased, and the cost is high; the water box is arranged externally, the water box needs to be found when the water box is used again, the risk of loss exists, the disassembly experience is poor, and the air leakage condition (water cannot be absorbed) exists when the connector interference rubber is used (worn) for a long time; in the mode of a single water cup, the interface of the range hood is positioned in the leaked hole when not used, so that the range hood is extremely easy to pollute in the oil smoke environment of a kitchen, is easy to age after a long time, has reduced elasticity, reduces interference, and has the risk of air leakage and the like; through two silica gel interference fit's mode, feel relatively poor during the installation, need both ends of two hands holding the water box, press hard and can realize the butt joint.
For this reason, further improvements are desired.
