Abstract

本发明是带可开启门扇的组合式防火卷帘门,包括双层卷帘门、防火门、逃生门、折叠扇、门框,其中门框固定安装于墙体内,防火门与门框通过自动关门的上门轴与下门轴相连,双层卷帘门位于防火门的左侧,折叠扇与防火门通过防火自动门轴连接,折叠扇的一侧边设有卷帘门滑槽二,逃生门位于防火门的下部中间位置,且通过防火合页与其连接,逃生门上设有单蛇管井锁和拉环拉手,逃生门与防火门接触的周圈采用防火膨胀密封胶条密封,折叠扇与防火门一侧面均固定连接有一个电磁吸,防火门上靠近折叠扇的一侧设有动插,本发明通过双层卷帘门与防火门结合,实现防火逃生一体,可应用于大跨距门洞防火门的安装,发生火灾时,能及时对火情进行阻断,高效安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及消防领域,特别是一种带可开启门扇的组合式防火卷帘门。
背景技术
防火门是消防设备中的重要组成部分,是社会防火中的重要一环,防火门在火灾发生时具有应能够自动关闭门扇,阻止火势蔓延和烟气扩散的作用,通过在一定时间内阻止火势的蔓延,确保人员疏散。一些大型的厂房因为其需要进出运输车,需要安装超大的防火门,现有的超大防火门,如遇到门洞跨度超大无法加工,门扇过宽占用空间,由于门扇超大发生火灾时反映慢,有的无逃生小门人员无法逃生,卷帘门可以实现大跨度安装,但是防火卷帘门上无逃生门,当发生火灾时卷帘门放下人员无法逃生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带可开启门扇的组合式防火卷帘门,通过双层防火卷帘门与防火门结合,实现防火逃生一体,并实现大跨距门洞防火门的安装。
为达到以上目的,提供以下技术方案:
带可开启门扇的组合式防火卷帘门,包括双层卷帘门、防火门、逃生门、折叠扇、门框,所述门框固定安装于墙体内,所述防火门与门框通过能够自动关门的上门轴与下门轴相连,所述双层卷帘门位于防火门的左侧,所述防火门的一侧边设有卷帘门滑槽一,所述折叠扇与防火门通过防火自动门轴连接,所述折叠扇内部填充防火门芯板,所述折叠扇的一侧边设有卷帘门滑槽二,所述逃生门位于防火门的下部中间位置,且通过防火合页与其连接,所述逃生门上设有单蛇管井锁和拉环拉手,所述单蛇管井锁可与逃生门锁紧或者开启,所述逃生门与防火门接触的周圈采用防火膨胀密封胶条密封,所述防火门内部填充防火门芯板,所述折叠扇与防火门一侧面均固定连接有一个电磁吸,所述防火门上靠近折叠扇的一侧设有一个自动插,所述双层卷帘门的左侧还设有相互对应的卷帘门滑槽三、卷帘门滑槽四。
优选地,所述防火门、折叠扇在电磁吸通电的情况下,两者相互平行并吸附于墙体上,呈开启状态;断电后,防火门在自动关门的上门轴与下门轴的作用下旋转180°关闭,折叠扇在防火自动门轴的作用下旋转90°自动关闭,防火门与折叠扇两者呈90°夹角。
优选地,所述防火门与折叠扇自动关闭后,卷帘门滑槽一与卷帘门滑槽二恰好相互对应,且卷帘门滑槽一与卷帘门滑槽四平行,卷帘门滑槽二与卷帘门滑槽三平行,组成双层卷帘门的滑槽组。
优选地,所述自动插包括自动插头与自动插开关,自动插开关与自动插头联动,当防火门与折叠扇呈90°关闭状态时,折叠扇恰好压住自动插开关,自动插头插入门框内。
优选地,所述门框内还设有卷帘门开关,所述卷帘门开关与自动插头相对应,当自动插头插入门框内,恰好触动卷帘门开关,双层卷帘门关闭。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明利用防火门和双层防火卷帘门结合,防火效果好,能实现大跨度防火,防火门带有逃生门,人员能够迅速逃离。
2.本发明在发生火灾时,断电后,防火门与折叠扇在自动门轴的作用下迅速复位,并联动双层卷帘门落下,5-10秒自动关门,不需人为控制,能够及时对火情进行阻断,高效安全。

以下结合附图对本设计方案进行详细说明。
如图1~7所示,带可开启门扇的组合式防火卷帘门,包括双层卷帘门1、防火门2、逃生门3、折叠扇4、门框5,其中门框5固定安装于墙体内,防火门2与门框5通过能够自动关门的上门轴6与下门轴7相连,双层卷帘门1位于防火门2的左侧,防火门2的一侧边设有卷帘门滑槽一8,折叠扇4与防火门2通过防火自动门轴9连接,折叠扇4内部填充防火门芯板,折叠扇4的一侧边设有卷帘门滑槽二10,逃生门3位于防火门2的下部中间位置,且通过防火合页11与其连接,逃生门3上设有单蛇管井锁12和拉环拉手13,单蛇管井锁12可与逃生门3锁紧或者开启,逃生门3与防火门2接触的周圈采用防火膨胀密封胶条14密封,防火门2内部填充防火门芯板,折叠扇4与防火门2一侧面均固定连接有一个电磁吸15,防火门2上靠近折叠扇4的一侧设有一个自动插16,双层卷帘门1的左侧还设有相互对应的卷帘门滑槽三17、卷帘门滑槽四18。
其中,防火门2、折叠扇4在电磁吸15通电的情况下,两者相互平行并吸附于墙体上,呈开启状态;断电后,防火门2在自动关门的上门轴6与下门轴7的作用下旋转180°关闭,折叠扇4在防火自动门轴9的作用下旋转90°自动关闭,防火门2与折叠扇4两者呈90°夹角。
其中,防火门2与折叠扇4自动关闭后,卷帘门滑槽一8与卷帘门滑槽二10恰好相互对应,且卷帘门滑槽一8与卷帘门滑槽四18平行,卷帘门滑槽二10与卷帘门滑槽三17平行,组成双层卷帘门1的滑槽组。
其中,自动插16包括自动插头19与自动插开关20,自动插开关20与自动插头19联动,当防火门2与折叠扇4呈90°关闭状态时,折叠扇4恰好压住自动插开关20,自动插头19插入门框5内。
其中,门框5内还设有卷帘门开关21,卷帘门开关21与自动插头19相对应,当自动插头19插入门框5内,恰好触动卷帘门开关21,双层卷帘门1关闭。
实施例
未发生火情时,如图7所示,电磁吸15通过电磁吸力的作用将防火门2与折叠扇4吸附至墙体上,防火门2处于开启状态,双层卷帘门1的卷帘未放下。
发生火情时,如图2所示,电磁吸15断电,吸力消失,防火门2在自动关门的上门轴6与下门轴7的作用下旋转180°关闭,折叠扇4在防火自动门轴9的作用下旋转90°自动关闭,防火门2与折叠扇4两者呈90°夹角,折叠扇4恰好压住自动插开关20,自动插头19插入门框5内,对防火门2进行锁紧,此时卷帘门滑槽一8与卷帘门滑槽二10恰好相互对应,且卷帘门滑槽一8与卷帘门滑槽四18平行,卷帘门滑槽二10与卷帘门滑槽三17平行,组成双层卷帘门1的滑槽组。当自动插头19插入门框5内,恰好触动卷帘门开关21,双层卷帘门1的卷帘自滑槽组内落下,完成整个门体的关闭,人员可以从逃生门3旋转拉环拉手13打开逃生门3逃离现场。
火灾警报解除时切换电源开关,双层卷帘门1自动升起,手动折回折叠扇4,自动插16打开,自动插头19落下,同时旋转开启防火门2,将防火门2与折叠扇4通过电磁吸15吸附到墙面上。

1.带可开启门扇的组合式防火卷帘门,包括双层卷帘门、防火门、逃生门、折叠扇、门框,其特征在于,所述门框固定安装于墙体内,所述防火门与门框通过能够自动关门的上门轴与下门轴相连,所述双层卷帘门位于防火门的左侧,所述防火门的一侧边设有卷帘门滑槽一,所述折叠扇与防火门通过防火自动门轴连接,所述折叠扇内部填充防火门芯板,所述折叠扇的一侧边设有卷帘门滑槽二,所述逃生门位于防火门的下部中间位置,且通过防火合页与其连接,所述逃生门上设有单蛇管井锁和拉环拉手,所述单蛇管井锁可与逃生门锁紧或者开启,所述逃生门与防火门接触的周圈采用防火膨胀密封胶条密封,所述防火门内部填充防火门芯板,所述折叠扇与防火门一侧面均固定连接有一个电磁吸,所述防火门上靠近折叠扇的一侧设有一个自动插,所述双层卷帘门的左侧还设有相互对应的卷帘门滑槽三、卷帘门滑槽四。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带可开启门扇的组合式防火卷帘门,其特征在于,所述防火门、折叠扇在电磁吸通电的情况下,两者相互平行并吸附于墙体上,呈开启状态;断电后,防火门在自动关门的上门轴与下门轴的作用下旋转180°关闭,折叠扇在防火自动门轴的作用下旋转90°自动关闭,防火门与折叠扇两者呈90°夹角。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的带可开启门扇的组合式防火卷帘门,其特征在于,所述防火门与折叠扇自动关闭后,卷帘门滑槽一与卷帘门滑槽二恰好相互对应,且卷帘门滑槽一与卷帘门滑槽四平行,卷帘门滑槽二与卷帘门滑槽三平行,组成双层卷帘门的滑槽组。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的带可开启门扇的组合式防火卷帘门,其特征在于,所述自动插包括自动插头与自动插开关,自动插开关与自动插头联动,当防火门与折叠扇呈90°关闭状态时,折叠扇恰好压住自动插开关,自动插头插入门框内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的带可开启门扇的组合式防火卷帘门,其特征在于,所述门框内还设有卷帘门开关,所述卷帘门开关与自动插头相对应,当自动插头插入门框内,恰好触动卷帘门开关,双层卷帘门关闭。
