Abstract
The application relates to an aqueous pigment ink for printing shoe materials, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15-30% of organic pigment, 5-15% of ether organic solvent, 10-30% of alcohol organic solvent, 5-10% of aqueous polyurethane, 0.2-1.0% of aqueous wax emulsion and the balance of water. The water-based pigment ink provided by the application has good moisture retention, does not block a spray head, and has good fluency; and can be matched with digital shoe material mucilage in the market, has excellent combination property, good fastness, friction resistance, bending resistance, rich colors and water resistance after the surface is treated.

Technical Field

Background
With the development of digital ink-jet technology, the printing industry slowly shifts to the digital ink-jet direction, the traditional shoe material printing is mainly performed through screen printing, most of the used ink is oily ink, and the ink contains more organic solvents and has a certain harm to the environment and human bodies, so that the environment-friendly water-based ink is more hoped to replace the traditional oily ink in the market in recent years, and the pollution to the environment and the harm to the human bodies are reduced. In one possible embodiment, the alcoholic organic solvent includes at least one of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol, 1, 2-propylene glycol, 1, 5-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, n-propanol, isopropanol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, and tetraethylene glycol.
In one possible embodiment, the ether-type organic solvent includes at least one of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, triethylene glycol monobutyl ether, glycerol ether, ethylene glycol monopropyl ether, ethylene glycol isopropyl ether, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, ethylene glycol isobutyl ether, propylene glycol monomethyl ether, propylene glycol monoethyl ether, propylene glycol monopropyl ether, propylene glycol monobutyl ether, diethylene glycol monomethyl ether, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, diethylene glycol monopropyl ether, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, dipropylene glycol monoethyl ether, and dipropylene glycol monopropyl ether.

Alternatively, the weight ratio of the ether-based organic solvent in the ink is controlled to be in the range of 5% to 15%, specifically 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10%, 11%, 12%, 14% or 15%, etc., but the present application is not limited to the recited values, and other non-recited values in the range are equally applicable.
As an optional technical scheme of the application, the mass ratio of the alcohol organic solvent to the ether organic solvent is 1 (2-4). Specifically, the values may be 1:2, 1:2.5, 1:2.8, 1:3.0, 1:3.5, 1:3.8, or 1:4, etc., but other values within the above range are also possible, and the present application is not limited thereto. Experiments show that the mass ratio of the alcohol organic solvent to the ether organic solvent is 1 (2-4), so that the matching property of the ink and the white sizing agent of the shoe material can be improved, the printed pattern is not easy to infiltrate ink and lace, and the pattern outline is clear, so that the definition of the pattern is increased.
As an alternative embodiment of the present application, the aqueous polyurethane may exist in the form of a dispersion in the ink, and the weight ratio of the aqueous polyurethane in the ink may be specifically 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9% or 10%, etc., but is not limited to the recited values, and other non-recited values within the range of the values are equally applicable.
Preferably, the aqueous polyurethane can be aqueous aliphatic polyurethane, and the weight ratio of the aqueous polyurethane in the ink is 5% -10%. In a specific embodiment, the aqueous polyurethane may be Japanese Mitsui WS-6110, japanese Mitsui WS-6021, japanese polyurethane Industrial WPC-101, of which Japanese Mitsui WS-6110 is preferred.

Preferably, the aqueous wax emulsion is present in the ink at a weight ratio of 0.2% to 0.8%.
As an alternative embodiment of the present application, the surfactant includes an acetylenic diol surfactant. The surfactant can serve as a surface tension regulator, and the acetylenic diol surfactant has the effects of wetting and basic leveling.
The acetylenic diol surfactant may specifically be 2,4,7, 9-tetramethyl-5-decyne-4, 7-diol, 3, 6-dimethyl-4-octyne-3, 6-diol, 3, 5-dimethyl-1-hexyne-3-ol, or the like. More specifically, one or more of Surfynol 420, surfynol 440, surfynol 465, surfynol 485, BYK-019, BYK-028, BYK-141, foamStar SI 2250, AF-103, TEGO 425, TEGO260, TEGO245, TEGO250 may be used. Particularly preferred are Surfynol 465 and TEGO 425.

1. Preparation of aqueous pigment ink
Sequentially adding organic solvents into deionized water respectively, stirring for 10-20 minutes, and uniformly mixing; adding surfactant and bactericide, stirring for 10-20 min, and mixing well; adding the aqueous wax emulsion, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding the aqueous aliphatic polyurethane, stirring for 20-40 minutes, and uniformly mixing; adding organic (inorganic) pigment dispersion, stirring for 60-120 min, mixing, and filtering with 0.6 μm filter membrane to obtain final ink.

The pigment ink prepared in table 1 is respectively subjected to printing test by a light-regulating G5 nozzle 4-head elliptical machine, the printing medium is special shoe material, the smoothness (continuous printing for 5 hours, solid color and picture testing) of 4PASS printing is tested, the state of the nozzle after the ink stands by for 1 day, the matching property with white paste (whether the outline of the picture is clear or not and whether color bleeding exists between each color or not is observed), the bending resistance test is performed for 1000 times by using a professional instrument test, the abrasion resistance test is performed by using a Y571 type rubbing fastness tester, whether the color fading and the color staining of the rubbing cloth are observed or not, and the test results are shown in the following table 4:

From the above test results, the following conclusions can be found:
examples 1 and 2 and comparative examples 1 and 2 found that when the ratio of the ether organic solvent to the alcohol organic solvent in the formulation is greater than 1:2, the ink was not acceptable in the machine fluency test and the standby effect was also deteriorated; when the ratio of the ether organic solvent to the alcohol organic solvent in the formula is less than 1:4, the printed pattern has unclear outline and each color of the picture can be mutually permeated, so the ratio of the ether organic solvent to the alcohol organic solvent in the formula is 1: the best effect is obtained in (2-4).
Examples 3 and 4 and comparative examples 3 and 4 can find that the addition of the aqueous aliphatic polyurethane resin can improve the friction resistance and the bending resistance of the finished product, and when the content of the aqueous aliphatic polyurethane resin accounts for 5% -15% of the whole formula system, the printing smoothness and the standby property of the ink are not affected, and other properties are not affected.
Example 1 and comparative example 5 have found that the addition of an aqueous wax emulsion can effectively improve the wash fastness of the finished printed product.
In conclusion, the water-based pigment ink for printing the shoe material has good fluency and standby performance on a light-finishing G5 spray head, and can be matched with digital shoe material mucilage on the market by optimizing the proportion of each material in the formula, so that the water-based pigment ink has excellent combination performance, good fastness of finished products, friction resistance, bending resistance, bright and beautiful printing color and water resistance.

2. The aqueous pigment ink according to claim 1, wherein the ink further comprises the following components in weight ratio: 1 to 5 percent of surfactant.
3. The aqueous pigment ink according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the aqueous wax emulsion comprises one of a modified polyethylene wax emulsion and a modified polypropylene wax emulsion.

The aqueous pigment ink according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the alcohol-based organic solvent comprises at least one of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol, 1, 2-propylene glycol, 1, 5-pentanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, n-propanol, isopropanol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, and tetraethylene glycol.
5. The aqueous pigment ink according to claim 2, wherein the surfactant comprises an acetylenic diol surfactant.
6. The aqueous pigment ink according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a bactericide, wherein the bactericide is present in the ink in an amount of 0.1 to 0.5% by weight.
7. The aqueous pigment ink according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the ink meets at least one of the following characteristics a-d:
a. the viscosity of the ink is 7.0 cp-8.5 cp;
b. the surface tension of the ink is 28 mN/m-30 mN/m;
c. the conductivity of the ink is 0.2-2.0 mu m/cm;
d. the pH value of the ink is 7-9.
