Abstract
The invention relates to a granulator for processing pesticides, which comprises a granulator body and a base, wherein the granulator body is arranged on the base, the bottom of the base is provided with fixed supporting legs and height-adjustable supporting legs, one side of the base, which is close to the height-adjustable supporting legs, is provided with universal wheels, and one side of the base, which is close to the fixed supporting legs, is provided with a pull rod assembly. The invention comprises two working states of a fixed state and a moving state when being implemented.
Under the fixed state, the positions of the first nut and the second nut on the bolt are adjusted in an upward rotating mode, so that the horizontal height of the bottom of the supporting leg with the adjustable height 4 is lower than the horizontal height of the bottom of the universal wheel, and the fixed state is achieved.
Under the moving state, the first nut and the second nut are rotated downwards to adjust the positions of the first nut and the second nut on the bolt, the horizontal height of the bottom of the height-adjustable supporting foot is higher than that of the bottom of the universal wheel, meanwhile, the pull rod assembly 6 is pulled, the horizontal height of the bottom of the pull rod assembly 6 is lower than that of the fixed supporting foot, and the whole base is supported by the universal wheel and the pulley assembly together, so that the moving state is achieved.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the whole movement of the granulator is realized by controlling the states of the height-adjustable supporting legs and the pull rod assembly 6.
