Claims (10)

1. A method for remotely controlling an automobile, comprising:
the customer service center receives a vehicle control request submitted by a user;
the customer service center uploads vehicle control acceptance data corresponding to the vehicle control request to a real-name system when the vehicle control request passes the verification of a reasonable compliance requirement;
when the vehicle control acceptance data is checked and verified, the customer service center unlocks the vehicle control authority of the cloud platform according to the vehicle control acceptance data;
the customer service center calls a vehicle control interface of the TSP cloud platform according to the cloud platform vehicle control authority, and sends a vehicle control instruction to a vehicle end to be controlled;
and the to-be-controlled vehicle end receives the vehicle control command and executes corresponding operation according to the vehicle control command.
2. The remote control method of the automobile according to claim 1, wherein the customer service center uploads vehicle control acceptance data corresponding to the vehicle control request to a real-name system when the vehicle control request passes a reasonable compliance request audit, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the vehicle control request passes the verification of the reasonable compliance requirement, the customer service center acquires vehicle control acceptance data according to the vehicle control request; the vehicle control request at least comprises user face information, account information, user real name information, vehicle control requirements and a vehicle control reason;
and the customer service center uploads the vehicle control acceptance data to a real-name system.
3. The automobile remote control method according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle end to be controlled receives the vehicle control command, and the method comprises the following steps:
and after the safety certification and the signature verification of the TSP cloud platform are completed, the vehicle end to be controlled wakes up the whole vehicle communication network of the vehicle end to be controlled to receive the vehicle control command through the built-in T-box remote control terminal.
4. The automobile remote control method according to claim 1, wherein the to-be-controlled automobile end executes corresponding operations according to the automobile control command, and the operations comprise:
the vehicle control command is decrypted by the vehicle end to be controlled through an internal T-box remote control terminal to obtain decrypted data; recoding the decrypted data through the T-box remote control terminal to obtain a target control instruction;
under the premise that a central computing unit arranged in the vehicle end to be controlled meets safety, whether corresponding vehicle control operation is executed according to the target control instruction is judged; if so, sending an actual control instruction to a region controller of the vehicle end to be controlled according to a target control instruction; wherein the vehicle control operation comprises one or more of enabling a control operation, disabling the control operation, and performing a control operation;
the vehicle end to be controlled controls a load power supply of the vehicle end to be controlled to be switched on or switched off according to the actual control instruction through an internal regional controller, and obtains and feeds back control data of the load power supply; wherein the control data includes an operation state of the load power supply, an execution result of controlling the load power supply.
5. The automobile remote control method according to claim 4, wherein the step of judging whether to execute the corresponding vehicle control operation according to the target control instruction on the premise that a central computing unit arranged in the end to be controlled meets safety requirements comprises the following steps:
the vehicle end to be controlled receives the target control instruction through an internal central computing unit and acquires the current vehicle state of the vehicle end to be controlled; the current finished automobile state comprises a finished automobile running state, a power supply state and a related node state;
and the vehicle end to be controlled judges whether to execute corresponding vehicle control operation according to the target control instruction or not according to the current vehicle state on the premise that the central computing unit meets the safety requirement.
6. An automobile remote control system is characterized by comprising a customer service center, a vehicle end to be controlled and a TSP cloud platform, wherein,
the customer service center is used for receiving a vehicle control request submitted by a user; when the vehicle control request passes the verification of the reasonable compliance requirement, uploading vehicle control acceptance data corresponding to the vehicle control request to a real-name system; when the vehicle control acceptance data is checked, unlocking the vehicle control authority of the cloud platform according to the vehicle control acceptance data; calling a vehicle control interface of the TSP cloud platform according to the cloud platform vehicle control authority, and sending a vehicle control instruction to a vehicle end to be controlled;
and the vehicle end to be controlled is used for receiving the vehicle control command and executing corresponding operation according to the vehicle control command.
7. The remote control system for the automobile according to claim 6, wherein the customer service center is specifically configured to obtain automobile control acceptance data according to the automobile control request when the automobile control request passes a reasonable compliance request; uploading the vehicle control acceptance data to a real-name system; the vehicle control request at least comprises user face information, account information, user real name system information, vehicle control requirements and a vehicle control reason.
8. The remote control system for the automobile as claimed in claim 6, wherein the vehicle end to be controlled is specifically configured to wake up a whole automobile communication network of the vehicle end to be controlled to receive the vehicle control command after completing security authentication and signature verification with the TSP cloud platform through an internal T-box remote control terminal.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises a memory for storing a computer program and a processor for executing the computer program to cause the electronic device to perform the automobile remote control method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A readable storage medium, wherein computer program instructions are stored therein, which when read and executed by a processor, perform the method of remotely controlling an automobile according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
