s03: rotating the adjusting nut until the clamping piece clamps the cable and can rotate around the cable;
s04: rotating the handle to circularly cut the insulating layer;
s05: pulling the handle to transversely cut the insulating layer;
s06: and stripping off the insulation skin.
7. A peeling method for a cable of a distribution box according to claim 6, wherein in S05, the adjusting nut is rotated 1/3 to 1/2 of a turn, so that the clamping piece further clamps the insulating layer, and then the insulating layer is transversely cut.
