judging whether the goods receiving container is provided with residual goods or not according to the warehouse-out quantity information and the goods quantity information, judging that the goods receiving container is provided with no residual goods when the warehouse-out quantity information is not less than the goods quantity information, and judging that the goods receiving container is provided with residual goods when the warehouse-out quantity information is less than the goods quantity information; if so, that is, under the condition that the receiving container contains the remaining commodities, it is described that after the delivery of the commodities with the same commodity sku information and delivery sku information is completed, the commodities still remain in the receiving container, step S75 is executed, the storage position of the receiving container is determined to be a warehousing storage position area, the receiving container is conveyed to the storage position corresponding to a warehousing warehouse, if not, that is, under the condition that no commodities remain in the receiving container, the storage position of the receiving container without the remaining commodities is determined to be a container recovery area, and the containers in the container recovery area are conveniently and uniformly processed subsequently.
According to the warehouse entry method, the bar code rule of each merchant is configured in advance, so that the bar codes of the commodities can be conveniently analyzed to obtain the basic information of the commodities, the basic information of the commodities is generated into the corresponding internal bar codes of the warehouse according to the preset bar code rule of the warehouse, and then the internal bar codes of the warehouse are pasted on the commodities, and the subsequent warehouse exit operation is more convenient; the storage position of a goods receiving container for storing the goods is determined by judging whether the goods are subjected to quality inspection or not and whether the goods sku information is matched with the delivery sku information or not, so that the shelving operation and shelving operation of the goods are reduced, and the efficiency of warehousing and delivery of the goods is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention also provides a warehouse entry system, which includes:

the warehouse determining module 30 is configured to determine a corresponding warehouse according to the commodity warehousing information, the commodity basic information, and the warehouse information of all warehouses;
the container determining module 40 is configured to select at least one receiving container from the warehousing storehouses according to the basic commodity information and the storeroom information corresponding to the warehousing storerooms;
the barcode generating module 50 is configured to generate a warehouse internal barcode according to the basic commodity information and a preset warehouse barcode rule;
a printing and pasting module 60, configured to print the bar code inside the warehouse, paste the bar code on the commodity, and store the commodity in the receiving container;
and a storage position determining module 70, configured to determine a storage position of the receiving container according to the commodity warehousing information, the basic commodity information, and all the to-be-delivered bills.
For the specific limitations of the warehouse entry system, reference may be made to the above limitations of the warehouse entry method, which are not described herein again. All or part of the modules of the warehouse entry system can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and the internal structure thereof may be as shown in fig. 3. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a warehouse entry method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 3 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, there is provided a computer device comprising a memory storing a computer program and a processor implementing the following steps when the processor executes the computer program:
s1, acquiring warehousing lists of commodities, warehouse information of all warehouses in a warehouse and all to-be-discharged lists, wherein the warehousing lists comprise: commodity warehousing information and commodity bar codes;
s2, analyzing the commodity bar code according to a preset merchant bar code rule corresponding to the warehousing entry to obtain basic commodity information;
s3, determining corresponding warehouse warehouses according to the commodity warehouse-in information, the commodity basic information and the warehouse information of all the warehouses;
s4, selecting at least one receiving container from the warehousing storehouses according to the basic commodity information and the storeroom information corresponding to the warehousing storerooms;
s5, generating a warehouse internal bar code according to the commodity basic information and a preset warehouse bar code rule;
s6, printing the bar codes in the warehouse, pasting the bar codes on the commodities, and storing the commodities in the receiving container;
and S7, determining the storage position of the goods receiving container according to the commodity warehousing information, the commodity basic information and all the to-be-exported bills.
In one embodiment, the repository information includes: warehouse merchant information, warehouse container information, warehouse mixing cylinder information and warehouse mixing sku information; the commodity warehousing information comprises: the method comprises the steps of obtaining commodity merchant information, commodity cylinder mixing information and commodity sku mixing information; the basic information of the commodity comprises: commodity sku information and commodity quantity information.
In one embodiment, the warehouse container information comprises: the available volume of each container in the warehouse; the commodity sku information includes: commodity volume information; the step S3 includes:
s31, multiplying the commodity quantity information and the commodity volume information to obtain the total volume of the commodities in the warehousing entry;
s32, judging whether the warehouse merchant information corresponding to each warehouse contains merchant information the same as the commodity merchant information, if so, executing a step S33, and if not, executing a step S34;
s33, taking all storehouses which store merchant information the same as the merchant information of the commodities as a first to-be-selected storeroom set, and taking all storehouses which do not store merchant information the same as the merchant information of the commodities as a residual storeroom set;
s35, judging whether the first storehouse set to be selected has a storehouse with the sum of the available volumes of all containers in the storehouse being not less than the total volume of the commodities, the storehouse mixing cylinder information being the same as the commodity mixing cylinder information, and the storehouse mixing sku information being the same as the commodity mixing sku information, if yes, executing a step S36, and if not, executing a step S37;
s36, taking the storeroom with the sum of the available volumes of all containers in the storerooms of the first storeroom set to be selected not smaller than the total volume of the commodities, the same storeroom mixing cylinder information and the same commodity mixing cylinder information and the same storeroom mixing sku information and the same commodity mixing sku information as a second storeroom set to be selected; selecting one warehouse from the second warehouse to be selected as a warehouse to be put in storage;
s37, selecting the storehouses with the sum of the available volumes of all containers in the storehouses from the residual storehouse set not smaller than the total volume of the commodities, the same storehouse cylinder mixing information and commodity cylinder mixing information and the same storehouse sku mixing information and commodity sku mixing information from the residual storehouses as a third storehouse set to be selected, and selecting one storehouse from the third storehouse set to be selected as a storehouse;
s34, selecting the storehouses with the sum of the available volumes of all containers in the storehouses not smaller than the total volume of the commodities, the same storehouse mixing cylinder information and the same commodity mixing cylinder information and the same storehouse mixing sku information and the same commodity mixing sku information from all the storehouses as a fourth storehouse set to be selected, and selecting one storehouse from the fourth storehouse set to be selected as a storehouse.
In one embodiment, the step S4 includes:
obtaining all idle containers in the warehouse according to the warehouse container information of the warehouse, wherein the idle containers are containers with available volumes larger than a preset volume threshold;
and selecting at least one receiving container from all the idle containers according to the total volume of the commodities.
In one embodiment, the to-be-delivered list includes: information of the sku leaving the warehouse; the commodity warehousing information further comprises: and (4) commodity quality inspection information.
In one embodiment, the step S7 includes:
s71, judging whether the quality inspection of the commodities in the goods receiving container is finished or not according to the commodity quality inspection information, if so, executing a step S72, and if not, executing a step S73;
s72, judging whether the sku information corresponding to each delivery slip is the same as the commodity sku information or not, if yes, executing a step S74, and if not, executing a step S75;
s74, determining the storage position of the receiving container as a temporary storage area for ex-warehouse;
s75, determining that the storage position of the goods receiving container is a warehousing storage position area, wherein the warehousing storage position area is a corresponding storage position of the goods receiving container in a warehousing storehouse; in practical application, each receiving container has a unique storage position in the corresponding storeroom, and after the commodities are stored in the receiving container, the storage positions of the commodities in the storeroom can be determined;
and S73, determining the storage position of the receiving container as a commodity quality inspection area, and executing the step S75 after the quality inspection of the commodities in the receiving container is finished.
In one embodiment, the to-be-delivered order further includes: ex-warehouse quantity information; after the step S74, the method further includes:
and judging whether the goods are left in the goods receiving container or not according to the warehouse-out quantity information and the goods quantity information, if so, executing a step S75, and if not, determining the storage position of the goods receiving container without the left goods as a container recovery area.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
s1, acquiring a warehousing list of commodities, warehouse information of all warehouses in a warehouse and all to-be-delivered lists, wherein the warehousing list comprises: commodity warehousing information and commodity bar codes;
s2, analyzing the commodity bar code according to a preset merchant bar code rule corresponding to the warehousing entry to obtain basic commodity information;
s3, determining corresponding warehouse warehouses according to the commodity warehouse-in information, the commodity basic information and the warehouse information of all the warehouses;
s4, selecting at least one receiving container from the warehousing storehouses according to the basic commodity information and the storeroom information corresponding to the warehousing storerooms;
s5, generating a warehouse internal bar code according to the commodity basic information and a preset warehouse bar code rule;
s6, printing the bar codes in the warehouse, pasting the bar codes on the commodities, and storing the commodities in the receiving container;
and S7, determining the storage position of the goods receiving container according to the commodity warehousing information, the commodity basic information and all the to-be-exported bills.

s36, taking the storeroom with the sum of the available volumes of all containers in the storerooms of the first storeroom set to be selected not smaller than the total volume of the commodities, the same storeroom mixing cylinder information and the same commodity mixing cylinder information and the same storeroom mixing sku information and the same commodity mixing sku information as a second storeroom set to be selected; selecting one warehouse from the second warehouse to be selected as a warehouse to be put in storage;
s37, selecting the storehouses with the sum of the available volumes of all containers in the storehouses not smaller than the total volume of the commodities, the same storehouse mixing cylinder information and the same commodity mixing cylinder information and the same storehouse mixing sku information and the same commodity mixing sku information from the residual storehouses as a third storehouse set to be selected, and selecting one storehouse from the third storehouse set to be selected as a storehouse;
s34, selecting the storehouses with the sum of the available volumes of all containers in the storehouses not smaller than the total volume of the commodities, the same storehouse mixing cylinder information and the same commodity mixing cylinder information and the same storehouse mixing sku information and the same commodity mixing sku information from all the storehouses as a fourth storehouse set to be selected, and selecting one storehouse from the fourth storehouse set to be selected as a storehouse.
In one embodiment, the step S4 includes:

s75, determining the storage position of the receiving container as a warehousing storage position area, wherein the warehousing storage position area is a corresponding storage position of the receiving container in a warehousing storehouse; in practical application, each receiving container has a unique storage position in the corresponding storehouse, and after the commodities are stored in the receiving container, the storage positions of the commodities in the storehouse can be determined;
and S73, determining the storage position of the receiving container as a commodity quality inspection area, and executing the step S75 after the quality inspection of the commodities in the receiving container is finished.
In one embodiment, the to-be-delivered order further includes: ex-warehouse quantity information; after the step S74, the method further includes:

s4, selecting at least one receiving container from the warehousing storehouses according to the basic commodity information and the storeroom information corresponding to the warehousing storerooms;
s5, generating a warehouse internal bar code according to the commodity basic information and a preset warehouse bar code rule;
s6, printing the bar codes in the warehouse, pasting the bar codes on the commodities, and storing the commodities in the receiving container;
and S7, determining the storage position of the goods receiving container according to the commodity warehousing information, the commodity basic information and all the to-be-exported bills.

The warehouse warehousing method of claim 1, wherein the warehouse information comprises: warehouse merchant information, warehouse container information, warehouse mixing cylinder information and warehouse mixing sku information; the commodity warehousing information comprises: the method comprises the steps of obtaining commodity merchant information, commodity cylinder mixing information and commodity sku mixing information; the basic commodity information includes: commodity sku information and commodity quantity information.
3. The warehouse warehousing method of claim 2, wherein the warehouse container information comprises: the available volume of each container in the warehouse; the commodity sku information includes: commodity volume information; the step S3 includes:
s31, multiplying the commodity quantity information and the commodity volume information to obtain the total volume of the commodities in the warehousing entry;

s36, taking the storeroom with the sum of the available volumes of all containers in the storerooms in the first storeroom set to be selected not smaller than the total volume of the commodities, the same storeroom mixing cylinder information and commodity mixing cylinder information and the same storeroom mixing sku information and commodity mixing sku information as a second storeroom set to be selected; selecting one warehouse from the second warehouse to be selected as a warehouse to be put in storage;
s37, selecting the storehouses with the sum of the available volumes of all containers in the storehouses from the residual storehouse set not smaller than the total volume of the commodities, the same storehouse cylinder mixing information and commodity cylinder mixing information and the same storehouse sku mixing information and commodity sku mixing information from the residual storehouses as a third storehouse set to be selected, and selecting one storehouse from the third storehouse set to be selected as a storehouse;
s34, selecting the storehouses with the sum of the available volumes of all containers in the storehouses not smaller than the total volume of the commodities, the same storehouse mixing cylinder information and the same commodity mixing cylinder information and the same storehouse mixing sku information and the same commodity mixing sku information from all the storehouses as a fourth storehouse set to be selected, and selecting one storehouse from the fourth storehouse set to be selected as a storehouse.
4. The warehouse-entry method according to claim 3, wherein the step S4 includes:

and S73, determining the storage position of the receiving container as a commodity quality inspection area, and executing the step S75 after the quality inspection of the commodities in the receiving container is finished.
