the opening and closing door (4) is movably arranged at the opening of the side end of the drying chamber (1) through a connecting mechanism;
a runway-shaped supporting plate (10), one end of which is positioned at the outer end of the drying chamber (1), and the other end of which is inserted into the drying chamber (1) from the opening of the side end of the drying chamber (1) and is movably connected with the top of the drying chamber (1);
the hanging devices (11) are arranged at the bottom of the runway-shaped supporting plate (10) in a sliding mode and used for hanging the air-cured pork cooked in soy sauce; and
control module, including controller, switch group and sensor group, wherein switch group and sensor group as signal input unit with the controller is connected to this controller acts on the air inlet system, opens and shuts a door and cable suspension device, the switch group includes air inlet switch, block door switch and cable suspension switch, the sensor group is including installing temperature sensor and the humidity touch sensor in the drying chamber.

and one end of the second air supply pipe (2.6) is communicated with the air heating device (2.4), and the other end of the second air supply pipe penetrates through the fixing block (2.2) and is inserted into the drying chamber (1).
3. The hot air drying system for the sauced meat according to claim 1, characterized in that: the connecting mechanism comprises a bracket (5) which is arranged at the top of the opening of the drying chamber (1);
the grooved wheel is arranged on a preset rod body of the bracket (1);
one end of the steel wire rope (6) is connected to the opening and closing door (4), and the other end of the steel wire rope is wound and penetrates through the grooved wheel to be connected with the counterweight block (9); and
one end of the chain transmission mechanism (7) is connected with the driving motor (8), and the other end is connected with the rod body.

The hot air drying system for sauced meat according to claim 3, characterized in that: the opening and closing door (4) is arranged in a sliding groove at the opening of the drying chamber (1) along the up-and-down motion, and a through hole for the runway-shaped supporting plate (10) to pass through is further formed in the opening and closing door (4).
