In order to facilitate understanding of the technical scheme of the folding barracks and the folding method thereof, the working principle of the folding barracks is briefly explained: firstly, the side wall plate 240 is rotated 90 degrees along the first rotating member 310 to be hidden in the frame assembly; secondly, the end wall plate 230 is rotated 90 degrees along the fourth rotating member 340 to coincide with the bottom wall plate 210, and then the end wall plate 230 and the bottom wall plate 210 are rotated 90 degrees along the second rotating member 320 together to be hidden in the frame assembly; then, the top wall panel 220 is rotated along the third rotating member 330, and hidden in the frame assembly; then, the bolts pass through the mounting holes 233 on the top wall plate 220 and the kidney-shaped holes on the frame 410 to fix the folding barracks, which can meet the accommodation requirements of 32 people; repeating the steps 1 to 4 to obtain a plurality of folding barracks, and then placing the plurality of folding barracks side by side; finally, the connecting block 430 of one of the folding barracks is embedded in the overlapping groove 420 of the other adjacent folding barracks and fixed, so that the adjacent folding barracks are aligned and fixed with each other to form a whole.
It should be noted that the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without departing from the scope of the invention. The invention is not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.

Claims (10)

1. A folding barracks, comprising:
a frame assembly including a frame bottom plate, a frame top plate, and a frame side plate disposed between the frame bottom plate and the frame top plate; overlapping to form a container type frame;
the house body assembly comprises a bottom wallboard, a top wallboard, an end wallboard and a side wallboard; after the bottom wall plate, the top wall plate, the end wall plate and the side wall plate are unfolded, the bottom wall plate, the top wall plate, the end wall plate and the side wall plate are lapped with the frame assembly to form a house; after the bottom wall plate, the top wall plate, the end wall plate and the side wall plate are folded, the room body assembly is hidden in the frame assembly;
the lap joint subassembly, including setting up on the frame curb plate and outside convex frame, set up the equal cross sectional shape in frame both sides is trapezoidal overlap joint recess to and one end is fixed overlap joint recess, the other end are fixed on adjacent folding barracks, and cross sectional shape and the connecting block that trapezoidal recess suited.
2. The folding barracks of claim 1, wherein the frame side plates and the side wall plates are connected by a first rotating member;
the frame bottom plate is connected with the bottom wall plate through a second rotating piece, and the bottom wall plate is connected with the end wall plate through a fourth rotating piece;
the frame top plate is connected with the top wall plate through a third rotating piece.
3. The folding barracks of claim 2, wherein the width of the frame bottom panel is greater than the width of the frame side panel, the spacing between the frame bottom panel and the frame side panel forming a folding space for accommodating the side wall panel;
the width of the frame top plate is larger than that of the frame bottom plate, and a space for accommodating the bottom wall plate and the end wall plate is formed by the space between the frame top plate and the frame side plate;
after folding, the top wallboard is positioned at two sides of the frame bottom board and the frame top board.
4. The folding barracks of claim 2, wherein the first, second, third and fourth rotating members each comprise:
the hinge comprises a hinge part and a butt part which are arranged along the length direction of a frame bottom plate, a frame top plate, a frame side plate or a bottom wall plate, and a hinge part and a limiting part which are arranged along the length direction of an end wall plate, a top wall plate, a side wall plate or an end wall plate, wherein the hinge part is embedded in the hinge part, and the butt part is abutted and limited with the limiting part.
5. The folding barracks of claim 1, wherein the top wall board is provided with a mounting seat protruding outwards, and the mounting seat is provided with a mounting hole; the frame is provided with a waist-shaped hole matched with the frame;
when the room body assembly is hidden inside the frame assembly, the bolts penetrate through the mounting holes and the waist-shaped holes to fix the folding barracks.
6. The folding barracks of claim 1, wherein the bottom wall panel, top wall panel, end wall panel and side wall panel each comprise:
four profiles forming a rectangular or trapezoidal frame; the mounting grooves are arranged at two ends of the section bar, the mounting holes are arranged on the mounting grooves, and the glue injection holes are arranged at the outer end edges of the mounting grooves;

10. A method for folding a folding barracks according to any of the claims 1 to 8, comprising:
step 1, rotating a side wall plate for 90 degrees along a first rotating piece, and hiding the side wall plate in a frame assembly;
step 2, rotating the end wall plate by 90 degrees along the fourth rotating piece to be overlapped with the bottom wall plate, and then rotating the end wall plate and the bottom wall plate together by 90 degrees along the second rotating piece to be hidden in the frame assembly;
step 3, rotating the top wallboard along the third rotating piece and hiding the top wallboard in the frame assembly;
step 4, fixing the folding barracks by bolts penetrating through mounting holes on the top wall plate and kidney-shaped holes on the frame;
step 5, repeating the steps 1 to 4 to obtain a plurality of folding barracks, and then placing the plurality of folding barracks side by side;
and 6, embedding the connecting block of one of the folding barracks into the lap joint groove of the other adjacent folding barracks, and fixing the folding barracks to align and fix the folding barracks to form a whole.
