Abstract
The invention discloses a hanging basket device for maintaining a high-rise structure and a construction method thereof. The invention solves the problems of high cost, time waste and labor waste of mounting and dismounting operation frames or platforms during the maintenance of the outer vertical surface of a high-rise structure.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a hanging basket device for maintaining a high-rise structure and a construction method thereof.
Background
After most of high-rise structures (such as water towers, chimney pipes, large decorative columns and the like) are built at present, when the outer vertical surfaces of the high-rise structures are maintained, the low-rise structures can be maintained by adopting simple modes such as a traditional crank arm vehicle, a climbing platform and the like, but the outer vertical surfaces of the high-rise structures can be maintained only by adopting a mode of erecting operation frames or platforms. the sliding parts are slidably arranged in the annular sliding grooves, electromagnetic blocks are mounted at the tops of the sliding parts, the annular hanging rails are magnetic metal hanging rails, the electromagnetic blocks are attached to the bottoms of the annular sliding grooves, two opposite sides of each sliding part are respectively lapped on the bearing flanges of the annular sliding grooves, a plurality of balls are arranged between the sliding parts and the two bearing flanges in a padding mode, and the bottoms of the sliding parts are connected with hanging rings arranged between the two bearing flanges through hanging rods; and
and the hanging basket body is arranged on the hanging rings of the sliding parts in a lifting manner, and the hanging basket is provided with an adsorption device for adsorbing the circumferential surface of the towering structure.

and lifting the cradle body from the ground to the outer vertical surface to be maintained.

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a towering structure maintenance basket apparatus, including: a plurality of support frames 1, an annular hanger rail 2, a plurality of sliders 3 and a basket body 4.
In the present embodiment, the number of the support frames 1 is greater than two, and the number of the sliding members is greater than or equal to two.
The high-rise structure is cylindrical. The support frame 1 is attached to the circumferential surface of the high-rise structure 5. The plurality of support frames 1 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the high-rise structure 5. The support frame can be embedded in the outer vertical surface of the high-rise structure when the high-rise structure is built, and can also be implanted into the outer vertical surface of the high-rise structure through the anchoring piece at the later stage.
The annular hanging rail 2 is sleeved outside the high-rise structure 5. The endless hanger rail 2 is attached to a plurality of support frames 1. The bottom of the annular hanger rail 2 is provided with an annular sliding chute. The notch of the annular chute extends oppositely to form a supporting flange 21. A gap is formed between the two supporting flanges of the notch of the annular sliding chute.
In this embodiment, the slider has a plate shape. Each sliding member 3 is slidably disposed in a circumferential sliding groove. An electromagnet block is mounted on top of the slider 3. The electromagnetic block is attached to the bottom of the annular sliding groove. The annular hanging rail 2 is a magnetic metal hanging rail. The electromagnetic block is an electromagnet, and generates magnetism after the electromagnetic block is electrified so as to be adsorbed at the bottom of the annular groove, and then the sliding piece is locked on the annular hanging rail.
The width of the sliding part is larger than the width of a gap formed between the two bearing flanges. The opposite sides of the sliding element 3 are each connected to a support flange 21 of the circumferential runner. A plurality of balls 31 are mounted between the slider 3 and the two support flanges 21. The bottom of the sliding element 3 is connected to a suspension ring 32 arranged between the two supporting flanges 21 via a suspension rod 321.
The basket body 4 is attached to the suspension rings 32 of the plurality of sliders 3 so as to be able to be lifted. The cradle is provided with an adsorption device for adsorbing the circumferential surface of the towering structure 5.

The arc-shaped inner arc surface of the hanging basket body 4 is arranged towards the circumferential surface of the high-rise structure 5.
In this embodiment, the intrados of hanging the basket body installs guide roller. When the hanging basket body goes up and down, the hanging basket body can be supported on the circumferential surface of a high-rise structure through the guide rollers, and therefore the hanging basket body goes up and down stably and smoothly.
In a preferred embodiment, the suction device is a suction cup. The sucker is arranged on the inner arc surface of the hanging basket body 4. When the hanging basket body reaches the outer vertical surface to be maintained, the hanging basket body is adsorbed on the circumferential surface of a high-rise structure through the sucker, the swinging of the hanging basket body is avoided, and the operation safety of constructors is improved.
In this embodiment, the basket body 4 is fixedly provided with a winch. Specifically, the windlasses are respectively installed at two opposite ends of the hanging basket body. The hoist is connected with a hoist rope 41. The sling 41 is detachably connected to the sling 32.
In the present embodiment, each support frame 1 comprises: an auxiliary wall plate 11, a suspended plate 12 and a diagonal draw bar 13. The coanda plate 11 is attached to the circumferential surface of the towering structure 5. The anchor members embedded in the high-rise structure 5 are connected to the inner sides of the attached plates 11. The suspended plate 12 is arranged at an angle to the coanda plate 11. The suspension plate 12 is attached to the outside of the subfloor plate 11. The circumferential hanger rail 2 is mounted to the suspended plate 12. The diagonal member 13 is connected between the upper portion of the suspended plate 12 and the coanda plate 11.
In some embodiments, in constructing a towering structure, the coanda plates are buried in the facades of the towering structure; in other embodiments, the anchor rod is a chemical anchor. The wall-attached plate is fixedly arranged on the outer vertical surface of the high-rise structure through a chemical anchor bolt.
In some embodiments, the slider 3 is mounted with a motorized roller. The towering structure maintenance basket apparatus of the present invention further comprises a controller. The controller is connected with the electric roller, the electromagnetic block and the winch through signals. The constructor remotely controls the movement and locking of the sliding piece and the lifting of the cradle body in a wireless way through the controller.
The invention provides a construction method of hanging basket equipment for maintaining a high-rise structure, which comprises the following steps of:

S2: the electromagnetic pieces on the sliding pieces 3 are magnetically adsorbed at the bottom of the sliding groove of the annular hanging rail 2.
Before the hanging basket body is lifted, the electromagnetic piece is started through the controller, so that the electromagnetic piece is magnetically adsorbed to the bottom of the sliding groove of the annular hanging rail 2, and then the sliding pieces are locked.
S3: the cradle body 4 is lifted from the ground to the facade to be maintained.
After the sliding part is locked, a constructor opens the winch through the controller to lift the cradle body to the outer vertical surface to be maintained to maintain the outer vertical surface.

a plurality of support frames installed on a circumferential surface of a high-rise structure, the plurality of support frames being spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction of the high-rise structure;
the annular hanging rail is sleeved outside the high-rise structure and is arranged on the plurality of supporting frames, the bottom of the annular hanging rail is provided with an annular sliding chute, and a supporting flange is formed by oppositely extending notches of the annular sliding chute;
the sliding parts are slidably arranged in the annular sliding grooves, electromagnetic blocks are mounted at the tops of the sliding parts, the annular hanging rails are magnetic metal hanging rails, the electromagnetic blocks are attached to the bottoms of the annular sliding grooves, two opposite sides of each sliding part are respectively lapped on the bearing flanges of the annular sliding grooves, a plurality of balls are arranged between each sliding part and each two bearing flanges in a cushioning mode, and the bottoms of the sliding parts are connected with hanging rings arranged between the two bearing flanges through hanging rods; and
the hanging basket body is arranged on the hanging rings of the sliding parts in a lifting mode, and the hanging basket is provided with an adsorption device used for adsorbing the circumferential surface of the high-rise structure.
2. The high-rise structure maintenance basket equipment according to claim 1, wherein a hoist is fixedly arranged on the basket body, a sling is connected to the hoist, and the sling is detachably connected to the hanging ring.
3. The high-rise structure maintenance hanging basket device according to claim 2, wherein the sliding member is mounted with a motor-driven roller, and the motor-driven roller, the electromagnet block and the winch are respectively signal-connected with a controller.

the wall attaching plate is attached to the circumferential surface of the high-rise structure, and the inner side of the wall attaching plate is connected with an anchoring piece embedded in the high-rise structure;
the suspension plate is arranged at an angle with the auxiliary wall plate and connected to the outer side of the auxiliary wall plate, and the annular suspension rail is installed on the suspension plate; and
and the inclined pull rod is connected between the upper part of the suspended plate and the attached wall plate.
7. A construction method of the basket apparatus for maintaining a high-rise structure according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
moving a plurality of slides above a facade of the high-rise structure to be maintained;
the electromagnetic pieces on the plurality of sliding pieces are magnetically adsorbed to the bottom of the sliding groove of the annular hanging rail;
and lifting the cradle body from the ground to the outer vertical surface to be maintained.
