Abstract
The invention relates to a washing-resistant softener for nylon fabrics, a preparation method and a use method thereof, wherein the softener comprises water and a softening composition, and the softening composition IS prepared by compounding softener IS, softener ES and 3-aminopropyl-epoxycyclohexylethyl-tetramethylsiloxane according to the following mass ratio of 1:1.2-5.0:0.5-2.0. The invention can obviously improve the crease resistance and high temperature resistance of the nylon fabric, and simultaneously enhance the soft hand feeling, storage stability and washing resistance of the nylon fabric after soft finishing, and can still keep excellent soft hydrophilicity after washing for many times.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of dyes, and particularly relates to a washing-resistant softener for nylon fabrics, a preparation method and a use method thereof.
Background
Nylon, commonly known as nylon, is a synthetic fiber that has emerged earlier in the world. The nylon fiber has the characteristics of good wear resistance, high rebound resilience, excellent dyeing property and the like, always occupies an important position in the clothing industry, and is mainly used for manufacturing underwear, sports coats, various socks and the like. However, the nylon fiber has fewer hydrophilic groups, poor hygroscopicity and poor softness, so that the nylon fabric has poor hand feeling, and the application range of the nylon fabric is limited. Although factories finish nylon fabrics with general softeners to obtain a softening effect, it is difficult to obtain a durable softening effect.
The amino silicone oil and the ternary block silicone oil are more applied as the softener, so that the softener has better softening effect and better fluffy and smooth waxy effect, can be used as the softener for cotton, terylene, chinlon and other fibers, but the softener has fewer surface reactive groups, is only adsorbed on the surface of the fiber, and is easy to fall off from the fabric under the condition of washing, so that the softener has poor durability.

In view of the shortcomings of the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a washing-resistant softener for nylon fabrics, a preparation method and a use method thereof, and the washing-resistant softener has excellent washing resistance and crease resistance.

the washing-resistant softening agent for nylon fabric comprises water and a softening composition, wherein the softening composition IS prepared by compounding a softening agent IS, a softening agent ES and 3-aminopropyl-epoxycyclohexylethyl-tetramethylsiloxane according to the following mass ratio of 1:1.2-5.0:0.5-2.0.
Preferably, the softener IS, the softener ES and the 3-aminopropyl-epoxycyclohexylethyl-tetramethylsiloxane are compounded according to the following mass ratio of 1:1.5-3.0:0.8-1.5.
Preferably, the detergent-resistant softener has a solids content of greater than 20%.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the washing-resistant softener for nylon fabrics, which comprises the steps of adding the softener IS and the softener ES into a reaction kettle, stirring for the first time at normal temperature, slowly adding 3-aminopropyl-epoxycyclohexylethyl-tetramethylsiloxane, stirring for the second time, slowly adding water, and stirring for the third time until the solid content IS more than 20%.
Preferably, the stirring time of the first stirring is 20min-30min.
Preferably, the stirring time of the second stirring is 10min-20min.
Preferably, the stirring time of the first stirring is 20min-40min, and the stirring temperature is 40-50 ℃.
The invention also provides a use method of the washing-resistant softener for nylon fabrics, the nylon fabrics are padded with the finishing liquid at room temperature, the finishing liquid contains 5 g/l-50 g/l of softener, the padding residual rate is 75% -85%, and the pressure is 2Kg/cm 2 ~4Kg/cm 2 Then shaping for 60-90 s at 150-180 deg.C.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the softener composition IS compounded by IS, ES and 3-aminopropyl-epoxycyclohexylethyl-tetramethyl siloxane, and compared with the traditional amino silicone oil or epoxy silicone oil, the 3-aminopropyl-epoxycyclohexylethyl-tetramethyl siloxane can form a net-shaped crease-resistant film with good flexibility under high-temperature treatment, so that crease resistance and high-temperature resistance of nylon fabrics are remarkably improved, meanwhile, the soft handfeel of the nylon fabrics after soft finishing IS enhanced by synergy with imidazole groups in the softener IS and the storage stability of the softener, and the washing resistance of the softener IS enhanced by synergy with amide groups in the softener IS and ES, and excellent soft hydrophilicity can be maintained after washing for a plurality of times.

Example 1
The embodiment provides a washing-resistant softener for nylon fabrics, which comprises water and a softening composition, wherein the softening composition IS prepared by compounding a softener IS, a softener ES and 3-aminopropyl-epoxycyclohexylethyl-tetramethylsiloxane according to the following mass ratio, and the solid content of the washing-resistant softener IS 25%.
The preparation method of the washing-resistant softener comprises the steps of firstly adding a softener IS and a softener ES into a reaction kettle, stirring for 20min at normal temperature for the first time, then slowly adding 3-aminopropyl-epoxycyclohexylethyl-tetramethylsiloxane, stirring for 15min for the second time, finally slowly adding water, stirring for the third time to be uniform slurry, wherein the stirring time IS 30min, and the stirring temperature IS 45 ℃.
The use method of the washing-resistant softener comprises the steps of padding nylon fabric into finishing liquid at room temperature, wherein the finishing liquid contains 30g/l of softener, the rolling residual rate is 80%, and the pressure is 3Kg/cm 2 Then shaping at 180 ℃ for 60s.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a washing-resistant softener for nylon fabrics, which comprises water and a softening composition, wherein the softening composition IS prepared by compounding a softener IS, a softener ES and 3-aminopropyl-epoxycyclohexylethyl-tetramethylsiloxane according to the following mass ratio, and the solid content of the washing-resistant softener IS 30%.
The preparation method of the washing-resistant softener comprises the steps of firstly adding a softener IS and a softener ES into a reaction kettle, stirring for the first time at normal temperature for 30min, then slowly adding 3-aminopropyl-epoxycyclohexylethyl-tetramethylsiloxane, stirring for the second time for 10min, finally slowly adding water, stirring for the third time to be uniform slurry, stirring for 20min, and stirring at 50 ℃.
The use method of the washing-resistant softener comprises the steps of padding nylon fabric into finishing liquid at room temperature, wherein the finishing liquid contains 40g/l of softener, the rolling residual rate is 80%, and the pressure is 2.5Kg/cm 2 Then, the mixture was shaped at a high temperature of 170℃for 80 seconds.

This comparative example differs from example 3 above only in that: the 3-aminopropyl-epoxycyclohexylethyl-tetramethylsiloxane in the softening composition was replaced by an equivalent amount of IOTA105-4 single-ended epoxysilicone oil.
Comparative example 4
This comparative example differs from example 3 above only in that: the softening composition lacks softener IS.
The structural formula of the 3-aminopropyl-epoxycyclohexylethyl-tetramethylsiloxane is as follows:
the test stability and wrinkle resistance of the softeners of examples 1 to 4 (abbreviated as L1 to L4) and comparative examples 1 to 4 (abbreviated as D1 to D4) were measured by the following test methods, and the test results are shown in Table 1.
