背景技术
管道是用管子、管子联接件和阀门等联接成的用于输送气体、液体或带固体颗粒的流体的装置,常见的输送液体的管道包括自来水管、生活污水管等,由于水中含有大量的矿物质和有机物,使管道内壁积累污垢,且积累的污垢越厚,污水管内径越变越小,从而降低液体的流速,增加堵塞的可能,而且污垢与管壁的长时间接触容易腐蚀管壁,而且容易滋生细菌,因此有必要对管道进行定期的清洗。
管道污垢的清理方法一般包括物理清洗和化学清洗,物理清洗可将体积较大的污垢成块剥离,但是在狭小的空间中进行物理清洗的难度较大,需要进行管道的拆除等繁琐的工作;采用化学清洗能大幅降低劳动强度,提高工作效率,但是目前市面上的强力清洗剂为盐酸与磷酸的混酸,或含有氢氟酸的清洗剂,其去污能力强,但是稳定性差,且对管道腐蚀性强,对人体有较强的刺激性;环境友好型的清洗剂普遍成本较高,但是对输送液体的管道去污性能弱,尤其是生活污水管的顽固污垢中富集有无机盐、蛋白质和微生物代谢物等复杂成分,常规清洗剂的清洗性能无法达到人们的预期。

为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种用于清洗管道的氨基磺酸复合清洗剂,其去污力强,清洗效率高,稳定性高,刺激性低,能有效去除管道污垢,不易腐蚀管壁。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种用于清洗管道的氨基磺酸复合清洗剂的制备方法,制备工艺简单,可操作性强。

进一步地,所述表面活性剂为C12烷基苯磺酸。
进一步地,所述缓蚀剂为烷基伯胺。
一种用于清洗管道的氨基磺酸复合清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将配方量的水、氨基磺酸和有机酸搅拌均匀后,依次加入烷氧基化聚亚烷基多胺、烷氧基化脂肪醇、表面活性剂和缓蚀剂并搅拌均匀,即得。

一种用于清洗管道的氨基磺酸复合清洗剂,按质量份计,包括以下组分:
进一步地,所述有机酸为质量比为1:1的苹果酸和琥珀酸。
进一步地,所述烷氧基化聚亚烷基多胺的通式为式Ⅰ所示;
其中,A1、A2、A3、A4均为烷氧基基团,B为烷氧基基团,R1、R2为支链或支链的C3的亚烷基基团,x为20。
进一步地,所述烷氧基化脂肪醇为含2个烷氧基基团的C12高级脂肪醇。
进一步地,所述表面活性剂为C10脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
进一步地,所述缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑。
一种用于清洗管道的氨基磺酸复合清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将配方量的水、氨基磺酸和有机酸搅拌均匀后,依次加入烷氧基化聚亚烷基多胺、烷氧基化脂肪醇、表面活性剂和缓蚀剂并搅拌均匀,即得。

一种用于清洗管道的氨基磺酸复合清洗剂,按质量份计,包括以下组分:
进一步地,所述有机酸为质量比为1:1柠檬酸和酒石酸。
进一步地,所述烷氧基化聚亚烷基多胺的通式为式Ⅰ所示;
其中,A1、A2、A3、A4均为烷氧基基团,B为烷氧基基团,R1、R2为支链或支链的C10的亚烷基基团,x为50。
进一步地,所述烷氧基化脂肪醇为含4个烷氧基基团的C20高级脂肪醇。
进一步地,所述表面活性剂为多羟基脂肪酸酰胺。
进一步地,所述缓蚀剂为烷基伯胺。
一种用于清洗管道的氨基磺酸复合清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将配方量的水、氨基磺酸和有机酸搅拌均匀后,依次加入烷氧基化聚亚烷基多胺、烷氧基化脂肪醇、表面活性剂和缓蚀剂并搅拌均匀,即得。

本对比例的一种氨基磺酸复合清洗剂,与实施例1的区别仅在于:按质量份计,本对比例包括以下组分:

性能测试
1、清洗率测试
机械刮除污水管的污垢,然后用去离子水冲洗后,干燥得到实验样品,称重并记为m1;取实施例1-3和对比例1-2的清洗剂分别稀释至体积浓度为1%后,加入实验样品,25℃下浸泡30min,过滤,洗涤,烘干后,对滤渣物料进行称重并记为m2,按照公式:清洗率P=(m1-m2)×100%,计算得到清洗率,结果如表1所示。
2、稳定性测试
取100mL实施例1-3和对比例1-2的清洗剂产品分别在50℃±2℃下存放14天,然后在-10℃±2℃下再存放14天,试验完毕,剧烈摇晃,观察产品的变化,结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,本发明的清洗剂稳定性高,清洗效率高,去污力强;对比例1、2的清洗剂中缺少有机酸或烷氧基化聚亚烷基多胺和烷氧基化脂肪醇的组合,其清洗效率明显下降,说明本发明的组分间具有良好的协同作用,提高去污力。

Claims (10)
2.如权利要求1所述的用于清洗管道的氨基磺酸复合清洗剂,其特征在于:所述有机酸为柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸和琥珀酸中的一种或两种以上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的用于清洗管道的氨基磺酸复合清洗剂,其特征在于:所述氨基磺酸和有机酸的质量比为1.5-3:1。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于清洗管道的氨基磺酸复合清洗剂,其特征在于:所述烷氧基化脂肪醇为含1-4个烷氧基基团的C12-C20高级脂肪醇。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的用于清洗管道的氨基磺酸复合清洗剂,其特征在于:烷氧基化聚亚烷基多胺和烷氧基化脂肪醇的质量比为0.8-3:1。
7.如权利要求1所述的用于清洗管道的氨基磺酸复合清洗剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、多羟基脂肪酸酰胺、C10-20烷基苯磺酸中的一种或两种以上。
8.如权利要求1所述的用于清洗管道的氨基磺酸复合清洗剂,其特征在于:所述缓蚀剂为苯并三氮唑和/或烷基伯胺。
9.如权利要求1所述的用于清洗管道的氨基磺酸复合清洗剂,其特征在于:还包括磺基过氧羧酸1-3份。
10.一种权利要求1-9任一项所述的用于清洗管道的氨基磺酸复合清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将配方量的水、氨基磺酸和有机酸搅拌均匀后,依次加入烷氧基化聚亚烷基多胺、烷氧基化脂肪醇、表面活性剂和缓蚀剂并搅拌均匀,即得。
