s42, re-detecting the surface temperature abnormality of the oil tank 2, sending an electric signal to start the maintenance mechanism 4, when the oil tank 2 is abnormal, the oil temperature is increased due to the fact that the oil tank 2 is blocked and oil cannot be normally discharged, a driving part 41 of the maintenance mechanism 4 drives an oil discharge disc to take out a blocking object in an oil conveying pipe, the normal oil conveying of the oil conveying pipe restores the oil temperature, the temperature sensor 33 detects that the surface temperature of the oil tank 2 is normal, and sending an electric signal to the infrared probe 31 and the monitoring chamber to restore normal operation;
