In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the entire rear cover of the housing 20 is made of a transparent material, i.e. the entire rear cover is a transparent area 21. The transparent area 21 is formed by the whole rear cover, which not only facilitates processing and preparation, but also enables a plurality of electronic components such as the camera module 40 and the wireless charging module 60 in the electronic device 1 to be visually displayed on the housing 20 through the transparent rear cover (i.e., the transparent area 21). The rear cover of the housing 20 is provided with a mounting hole for mounting the camera module 40, and the outline of the wireless charging module 60 may be substantially circular, elliptical, rectangular, or rectangular with rounded corners.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the electronic apparatus 1 further includes a decorative plate 80, and the decorative plate 80 is configured to cover at least one electronic component of the electronic apparatus 1 except for the camera module 40. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the decorative plate 80 is used to cover the wireless charging module 60, the decorative plate 80 is adapted to the shape of the wireless charging module 60, and in this embodiment, the decorative plate 80 and the wireless charging module 60 are both circular. Of course, in other embodiments, the shape of the decorative plate 80 may not be adapted to the shape of the wireless charging module 60, as long as the decorative plate 80 can cover the wireless charging module 60. The decorative plate 80 may be disposed on the outer side of the housing 20 to be directly viewed by a user, or may be disposed on the inner side of the housing 20 to be visually displayed on the housing 20 through the transparent region 21. Preferably, the decorative plate 80 is disposed in the housing 20, and the housing 20 may protect the decorative plate 80.
It is important to note that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the decorative plate 80 can generate a depth of field effect, so as to enhance the aesthetic feeling of the appearance and bring a better visual experience to the user.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the decorative plate 80 includes a first decorative sheet 81 and a second decorative sheet 82 stacked and adhered to each other. The first decorative sheet 81 includes a first base 812 and a first bottom color ink layer 814 disposed on the first base 812, and the second decorative sheet 82 includes a second base 822 disposed on the first bottom color ink layer 814 and a second bottom color ink layer 824 disposed on the second base 822. The materials of the first substrate 812 and the second substrate 822 include but are not limited to one or a combination of more of glass fiber board, glass, PC, and PET; the first bottom color ink layer 814 and the second bottom color ink layer 824 may be black, white or any other color, and the colors of the two may be the same or different, preferably different, and the forming manner of the first bottom color ink layer 814 and the second bottom color ink layer 824 is not particularly limited as long as any color can be formed on the corresponding substrate. In this embodiment, the first substrate 812 and the second substrate 822 are made of PET and glass fiber board, respectively, and the first ground color ink layer 814 and the second ground color ink layer 824 are formed on the corresponding substrates by printing and are respectively black and white.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the embodiment of the invention, the second decorative sheet 82 is provided with a plurality of first through holes 826, each of the first through holes 826 penetrates through two opposite sides of the second decorative sheet 82 along the thickness direction of the decorative sheet 80, and the first ground color ink layer 814 at least covers a portion of the upper surface of the first base 812 (i.e., a surface of a side close to the second decorative sheet 82) corresponding to each of the first through holes 826, so that a height difference is formed between the second ground color ink layer 824 and the first ground color ink layer 814 exposed through the first through holes 826 in the thickness direction of the decorative sheet 80. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, when light is irradiated on the first bottom color ink layer 814 and the second bottom color ink layer 824 having a height difference and reflected into the eyes of the user, the light reflected by the different ink layers has an optical path difference, so that a visual depth effect having a layered effect and a stereoscopic effect is generated, and the depth effect felt by the user when observing at different angles is different in intensity, so as to improve the aesthetic appearance of the decorative board 80 and bring a better visual experience to the user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a cross-sectional shape of an inner cavity of each of the first through holes 826 is one of a circle, an ellipse, a triangle, a polygon, or any other shapes, and the first through holes 826 include one or more combinations of a circle, an ellipse, a triangle, a polygon, and any shape hole, which is not limited herein. In the example of fig. 2 and 3, the first through holes 826 are all circular holes. It is understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of first through holes 826 may be arranged regularly or irregularly, and the arrangement position is not particularly limited as long as the first bottom ink layer 814 is exposed. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the exposing of the first bottom color ink layer 814 includes both the direct exposing of the first bottom color ink layer 814 and the exposing of the first bottom color ink layer 814 through a transparent or translucent material layer, in other words, the first bottom color ink layer 814 is regarded as being exposed as long as it can be visualized.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the second decorative sheet 82 further includes a transparent or translucent texture layer disposed on the second bottom color ink layer 824, and the texture layer is used for exhibiting at least one appearance effect of a glare effect, a pattern effect, a matte effect, and a color change effect. It is understood that the texture layer is disposed on the second ground color ink layer 824, so that the decorative plate 80 can generate a depth of field effect and at least one appearance effect, thereby realizing the combination of different visual effects, and facilitating further improvement of the aesthetic appearance of the decorative plate 80.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, the second decorative sheet 82 includes a first texture layer 825 and a second texture layer 827. The second texture layer 827 includes a plurality of microstructures 8271 disposed on the second bottom color ink layer 824 and a brightness enhancement film 8272 for covering the microstructures 8271, each microstructure 8271 has at least one reflective surface, an included angle between the reflective surface and the second bottom color ink layer 824 is greater than 90 degrees, and the second texture layer 827 is used for exhibiting a glare effect; the first texture layer 825 is disposed on the brightness enhancement film 8272, and the first texture layer 825 comprises at least one stripe, which can be arranged according to a predetermined pattern, such that the first texture layer 825 is configured to exhibit a pattern effect.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that by sequentially forming the second texture layer 827 and the first texture layer 825 on the second base ink layer 824 of the decorative sheet 80, when light is irradiated on the decorative sheet 80, the texture pattern of the first texture layer 825 under the reflection of the second base ink layer 824 can be clearly shown, so that a user can view a predetermined pattern corresponding to the texture on the first texture layer 825, thereby improving the aesthetic sense of the decorative sheet 80. Furthermore, light may further irradiate the second texture layer 827 through the transparent or semi-transparent first texture layer 825, and since the second texture layer 827 includes a plurality of microstructures 8271 having a reflective surface, the light irradiated on the decoration plate 80 may be reflected in multiple angles and the brightness of the light may be improved by the brightness enhancement film 8272, so that a glare effect may be exhibited, and the blind spots of the decoration plate 80 may be reduced and the brightness of the decoration plate 80 may be improved. In addition, a certain optical path difference exists between the reflected lights of the first texture layer 825 and the second texture layer 827, so that the brightness of the reflected lights of different texture layers is differentiated, the contrast between different texture layers of the decorative sheet 80 can be increased, and the appearance effects of the different texture layers are superposed, the gradation is clearer, and the spatial stereoscopic effect is stronger. It can be further understood that the color of the second bottom ink layer 824 cooperates with the glare effect generated by the second texture layer 827, so that at least a partial region of the decoration plate 80 presents a glare color, and the region of the decoration plate 80 and the glare color are changed according to the viewing angle of the user.
It should be noted that the brightness enhancement film 8272 in the second texture layer 827 may be formed by an existing coating process, and the brightness enhancement film 8272 covers the microstructures 8271, so that the brightness of the light reflected by the microstructures 8271 is improved, and the brightness of the decorative sheet 80 is further improved, and the brightness enhancement film 8272 covers the microstructures 8271, so that the flatness of the second texture layer 827 is improved, and the first texture layer 825 is more favorably formed on the second texture layer 827. It should be noted that the first texture layer 825 and the second texture layer 827 may be prepared by any one of the existing texture forming methods, including but not limited to printing, pad printing, CNC and the like. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first texture layer 825 and the second texture layer 827 may be formed by printing UV texture glue, and by adjusting the thickness of the printed UV texture glue and controlling the printing process, etc., a texture layer with a certain thickness range may be formed, so as to obtain a better texture effect.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, 4-6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the stripe texture on the first texture layer 825 may be one or a combination of linear texture, spiral texture, coil texture and wave texture. In a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, when the charging copper wire in the wireless charging module 60 covered by the decorative plate 80 is arranged in a spiral shape, the stripe texture on the first texture layer 825 may be designed into a spiral texture. In another possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, when the charging copper wire in the wireless charging module 60 is disposed in a coil shape, the stripe texture on the first texture layer 825 may be designed as a coil-shaped texture. The stripe texture of the first texture layer 825 is designed to correspond to the shape of the charging copper wire of the wireless charging module 60, that is, the structure of the charging copper wire inside the wireless charging module 60 is shown to a user, so that the technological sense of the electronic device 1 is further improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the stripe texture of the first texture layer 825 may not be associated with the charging copper wire of the wireless charging module 60, and may be designed into any shape according to the requirement, such as a linear texture as shown in fig. 5 or a wavy texture as shown in fig. 6, or a combination of different linear textures, which is not limited herein.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 7 to 10, in an embodiment of the invention, the microstructures 8271 in the second texture layer 827 may be, but not limited to, pyramid structures or frustum structures.
Specifically, in one embodiment shown in fig. 7 and 8, the microstructures 8271 are rectangular pyramid structures arranged in an array, and each microstructure 8271 includes four reflecting surfaces (i.e., sides of the rectangular pyramid). Of course, the microstructures 8271 may also be a plurality of triangular pyramid structures arranged in an array, a plurality of pentagonal pyramid structures, or other pyramid structures having a plurality of reflective surfaces, which is not limited herein. In the embodiment shown in fig. 7 and 8, each of the microstructures 8271 of the second texture layer 827 has a plurality of reflective surfaces, so that multi-angle reflection of light can be achieved, a user can receive the light reflected by the decorative plate 80 in a large range, and the brightness and the flatness of the decorative plate 80 are improved.
In another embodiment shown in fig. 9 and 10, the microstructures 8271 are frustum structures arranged in an array, and each microstructure 8271 includes an annular reflective surface (i.e., an annular conical surface of the frustum structure). In the embodiment shown in fig. 9 and 10, each of the microstructures 8271 of the second texture layer 827 has an annular reflective surface, so that multi-angle reflection of light can be achieved, and brightness and flatness of the decoration board 80 can be improved.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, an included angle exceeding 90 degrees is formed between the reflection surface of each of the microstructures 8271 and the second bottom color ink layer 824, and if the included angle is too small, that is, the inclination degree of the reflection surface with respect to the second bottom color ink layer 824 is too large, a user can only receive the light reflected by the reflection surface from a side view angle, so that the surface smoothness of the decorative board 80 in the viewing and sensing is reduced; on the contrary, if the included angle is too large, that is, the inclination degree of the reflective surface relative to the second bottom color ink layer 824 is too small, the user can only receive the light reflected by the reflective surface from the front view angle, but the user often looks at the decorative plate 80, which reduces the brightness of the decorative plate 80. Therefore, the angle between the reflective surface of each of the microstructures 8271 and the second bottom color ink layer 824 should be reasonably designed, for example, preferably in the range of 120 degrees to 160 degrees.
Of course, in other embodiments, the texture layer may be only the first texture layer 825 or the second texture layer 827, so that the decorative panel 80 has one of the appearance effects. The second texture layer 827 may have one or a combination of two of the microstructures 8271 and the brightness enhancement film 8272, so as to achieve different effects, which is not repeated herein.
