技术领域
本发明涉及汽车用品技术领域,具体涉及一种用于汽车的防辐射垫及其制造方法。
背景技术
电动汽车以车载电源为动力,用电机驱动车轮行驶。电动汽车的大功率大体积电池一般设置在汽车车架中央的电池仓位置,电动汽车的电池组体积较大,长度横跨了整个驾驶舱,一般在车架上从前座位置一致延伸到后座。
在长时间驾驶电动汽车情况下,电驱动系统逆变电路中的IGBT开关管产生电压和电流的突变,可造成电磁辐射。电磁辐射单位是μT微西弗,是磁感应强度的单位。辐射在0.4μT以上属于较强辐射,对人体有一定危害,长期接触易患白血病。如果辐射在0.4μT以下,相对安全。
并且,电动汽车的电驱动系统的功率高,电流瞬间可达上百安倍,比传统燃油高了十倍左右而功率开关管IGBT的频率很高,达十几千赫兹,电压电流突变的时间很短,会产生电磁辐射。电动汽车的动力电池电压高达300-500福特,比传统燃油车的电压平台高了数十倍电磁辐射不可避免。
日常生活中,小于100微西弗的辐射对人体无影响,坐10小时飞机相当于接受30微毫西弗的辐射。因此电动车电磁辐射安全自我防护成为用户常常讨论的问题。
特别对于经常乘车的老人小孩或者孕妇,避免和减少微量辐射是生活所需。
现有的车垫,比如脚垫作为内饰零部件正好位于电动车电池组上方,但仅用于吸尘、去污、隔音等功能。
因此,现有车垫的结构设计亟待改进。
发明内容
基于此,为解决传统技术中上述的技术问题,本发明提出了一种有效屏蔽电动车内的静电并隔离辐射的防辐射垫及其制造方法。
第一方面,本发明涉及一种用于汽车的防辐射垫,包括基层以及垫面层,该基层以及垫面层之间通过电镀或者热压或者夹层工艺设置防辐射层。
优选地,该基层包括第一表面和第二表面,该垫面层包括第三表面以及第四表面,该防辐射层设置在该第二表面和第三表面之间,该第四表面上设置丝圈层或者草坪丝层或者皮革层或者绒布层,该基层的第一表面连接可拆卸复合垫。
具体实施时,该可拆卸复合垫包括挤压成型并缝合在一起的耐磨层、海绵层和无纺布层,该无纺布层下设置保护层,该保护层上设有防滑材料层或者形成有纹理层。
在防辐射实施例中,该防辐射层为电镀金属层或者金属丝网层或者防辐射织物层,该防辐射织物层包括涤纶纤维布层,该涤纶纤维布层上热喷涂或激光涂敷有金属铝或者金属铜或者金属银或者金属镍粉末。
表现在产品一种形式上,该防辐射垫为脚垫。
表现在产品的另一种形式上,该防辐射垫为汽车座椅的坐垫或者靠垫或者头枕垫,该防辐射垫的底面上设置弹性带,该防辐射垫通过该弹性带安装在汽车座椅的椅座或者靠背或者头枕上。
第二方面,本发明还涉及一种防辐射垫的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
成型基层以及成型垫面层;
该基层以及垫面层之间通过电镀或者热压或者夹层工艺设置防辐射层。
在电镀实施例中,该防辐射层为电镀金属层,该基层包括第一表面和第二表面,该垫面层包括第三表面以及第四表面,该第二表面或者该第三表面上采用电镀工艺形成该电镀金属层,该电镀金属层由金属银或者金属铅或者金属镍电镀而成。
在热压实施例中,该防辐射层为金属丝网层,该基层包括第一表面和第二表面,该垫面层包括第三表面以及第四表面,该金属丝网层包括经向导电丝以及纬向导电丝,该经向导电丝以及纬向导电丝相互交叉排布形成网状,该金属丝网层高温热压一次成型在该垫面层的第三表面或者该基层的第二表面上。
在夹层工艺实施例中,该防辐射层为防辐射织物层,该防辐射织物层夹设在该基层以及垫面层之间由纤维包边缝合,该防辐射织物层包括涤纶纤维布层,该涤纶纤维布层上热喷涂或激光涂敷有金属铝或者金属铜或者金属银或者金属镍粉末。
本发明的用于汽车的防辐射垫及其制造方法,通过在汽车垫的两层状材料之间设置金属防辐射层,该防辐射层可采用电镀工艺镀设在汽车垫材料层一侧,或者采用热压工艺将防辐射层高温热压一体成型或者采用夹层工艺将防辐射层缝制在汽车垫上,该防辐射垫平铺在电动车轿厢的地板或者座椅或者头枕上,充分隔离电动车电池组和电气系统工作时产生的辐射。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,为本发明的用于汽车的防辐射垫和制造方法所应用的电动汽车,纯电动汽车使用单一电能源,电控系统大大减少了汽车内部机械传动系统,结构更简化,降低了机械部件摩擦导致的能量损耗及噪音,操控体验得到用户认可。动力电池组是电动汽车的关键技术,决定了电动汽车的续行里程和成本。电动汽车的动力电池组,一般为若干锂电池组串联,一辆电动汽车一般需要16至20组电池组串联而成,每个电池组由四至五百个锂电池组成。电动车整体使用的上万个电池铺设在车架底部。如图1所示,动力电池组15座驾驶舱的前座4一直铺设到尾箱位置,轿厢正好位于动力电池组15上方。
本发明的汽车防辐射垫3,正好可以铺设在动力电池组15的上方,有效防护辐射。并且防辐射垫3可以通过接地装置的接地线522连接至车架1,屏蔽可能产生的静电。
以下具体介绍实施例车垫和制造方法的具体勾构造和制造方法。
实施例1
请参考图2至图6,本实施例涉及用于汽车的防辐射垫具体产品结构。
如图2所示,本实施例的防辐射垫主要包括基层31、垫面层32以及可随意安装和拆卸的可拆卸复合垫35。基层31的底部设置尼龙粘贴条,该可拆卸复合垫35通过该尼龙粘贴条贴合在防辐射垫上。
其中,该基层31在模具型腔内成型,该垫面层32通过切割工艺成型或者高温热压一次成型。
请参考图3,该可拆卸复合垫35包括挤压成型并缝合在一起的耐磨层351、海绵层352和无纺布层353。该无纺布层352下设置保护层354,该保护层354上设有防滑材料层或者形成有纹理层355。该可拆卸复合垫35的总厚度为2~3毫米。
该基层31以及垫面层32之间通过电镀或者热压或者夹层等工艺设置防辐射层33。
该基层31包括第一表面311和第二表面312,该垫面层32包括第三表面321以及第四表面322,该防辐射层33设置在该第二表面312和第三表面321之间。

该防辐射垫汽车座椅的头枕垫6或者靠垫7或者坐垫8上均可设置防辐射垫,比如防辐射头枕垫、防辐射靠垫或者防辐射坐垫。该防辐射垫的底面上设置弹性带,比如防辐射坐垫上设置弹性带83,或者防辐射靠垫上设置弹性带74。该防辐射垫通过该弹性带安装在汽车座椅的椅座或者靠背或者头枕上。

该制造方法主要包括以下步骤:

在热压实施例中,该防辐射层33为金属丝网层332。该金属丝网层332包括经向导电丝以及纬向导电丝,该经向导电丝3321以及纬向导电丝3322相互交叉排布形成网状,该金属丝网层332高温热压一次成型在该垫面层32的第三表面321或者该基层31的第二表面312上。
在夹层工艺实施例中,该防辐射层33为防辐射织物层,该防辐射织物层夹设在该基层31以及垫面层32之间并纤维包边36缝合。优选地,该防辐射织物层包括涤纶纤维布层,该涤纶纤维布层上热喷涂或激光涂敷有金属铝或者金属铜或者金属银或者金属镍粉末。
本发明的用于汽车的防辐射垫及其制造方法,通过在汽车垫的两层状材料之间设置金属防辐射层,该防辐射层可采用电镀工艺镀设在汽车垫材料层一侧,或者采用热压工艺将防辐射层高温热压一体成型或者采用夹层工艺将防辐射层缝制在汽车垫上,该防辐射垫平铺在电动车轿厢的地板或者座椅或者头枕上,充分隔离电动车电池组和电气系统工作时产生的辐射。
本发明的用于汽车的防辐射垫及其制造方法,防辐射垫可通过接地装置与车架连接,以屏蔽静电,提供更舒适放心的驾乘空间。

1.一种用于汽车的防辐射垫,包括基层以及垫面层,其特征在于,所述基层以及垫面层之间通过电镀或者热压或者夹层工艺设置防辐射层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车的防辐射垫,其特征在于,所述基层包括第一表面和第二表面,所述垫面层包括第三表面以及第四表面,所述防辐射层设置在所述第二表面和第三表面之间,所述第四表面上设置丝圈层或者草坪丝层或者皮革层或者绒布层,所述基层的第一表面连接可拆卸复合垫。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于汽车的防辐射垫,其特征在于,所述可拆卸复合垫包括挤压成型并缝合在一起的耐磨层、海绵层和无纺布层,所述无纺布层下设置保护层,所述保护层上设有防滑材料层或者形成有纹理层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车的防辐射垫,其特征在于,所述防辐射层为电镀金属层或者金属丝网层或者防辐射织物层,所述防辐射织物层包括涤纶纤维布层,所述涤纶纤维布层上热喷涂或激光涂敷有金属铝或者金属铜或者金属银或者金属镍粉末。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的用于汽车的防辐射垫,其特征在于,所述防辐射垫为脚垫。
6.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的用于汽车的防辐射垫,其特征在于,所述防辐射垫为汽车座椅的坐垫或者靠垫或者头枕垫,所述防辐射垫的底面上设置弹性带,所述防辐射垫通过所述弹性带安装在汽车座椅的椅座或者靠背或者头枕上。
7.一种防辐射垫的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
成型基层以及成型垫面层;
所述基层以及垫面层之间通过电镀或者热压或者夹层工艺设置防辐射层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防辐射垫的制造方法,其特征在于,所述防辐射层为电镀金属层,所述基层包括第一表面和第二表面,所述垫面层包括第三表面以及第四表面,所述第二表面或者所述第三表面上采用电镀工艺形成所述电镀金属层,所述电镀金属层由金属银或者金属铅或者金属镍电镀而成。
9.根据权利要求7所述的防辐射垫的制造方法,其特征在于,所述防辐射层为金属丝网层,所述基层包括第一表面和第二表面,所述垫面层包括第三表面以及第四表面,所述金属丝网层包括经向导电丝以及纬向导电丝,所述经向导电丝以及纬向导电丝相互交叉排布形成网状,所述金属丝网层高温热压一次成型在所述垫面层的第三表面或者所述基层的第二表面上。
10.根据权利要求7所述的防辐射垫的制造方法,其特征在于,所述防辐射层为防辐射织物层,所述防辐射织物层夹设在所述基层以及垫面层之间由纤维包边缝合,所述防辐射织物层包括涤纶纤维布层,所述涤纶纤维布层上热喷涂或激光涂敷有金属铝或者金属铜或者金属银或者金属镍粉末。
