During production, some metal pipes have certain camber, and the polymer material pipe can't be coaxial with the metal pipe when the turn-ups after penetrating the metal pipe as the lining layer, leads to the quality unqualified, because present capper all does not have aligning centering function, and lining pipe tip and mould can not the complete centering in the turn-ups, easily causes the turn-ups to seal the yield and hangs down. In order to solve the problem, when the mold and the lining pipe are not coaxial with each other, the mold is manually moved to realize coaxial centering, but when the condition that whether the mold and the lining pipe are coaxial is not determined well, the centering effect cannot be ensured, and therefore the flanging quality cannot be ensured.
