6. A method of assembling the maintenance-free connector dust boot assembly device of any one of claims 1-5, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) the dust cover (29) is placed inside the spreading mechanism (2), and the protruding part of the hook plate (8) of the spreading mechanism (2) is placed in the bottom ring of the dust cover;
(2) the joint combination of the ball pin (26) and the ball seat (27) is arranged in the fixed clamping mechanism (3), the ball seat (27) is arranged in the groove of the supporting seat (25), the ball seat handle is arranged in the profile groove, the ball pin (26) is vertically upward, and the groove of the guide cone (28) is buckled at the threaded end of the ball pin (26);
(3) the thin-wall cylinder I (5) of the opening mechanism (2) is ventilated, and the piston rod drives the hook plate (8) to enlarge the bottom diameter of the dust cover (29) through the hinge structure;
(4) a thin-wall cylinder II (24) of the fixed clamping mechanism (3) is ventilated, and a piston rod drives a pressing plate (19) to fix and clamp a ball seat (27) through a hinge structure;
(5) the movable cylinder (13) is ventilated, and the piston rod drives the opening mechanism (2) to move downwards along the precise linear rail (17);
(6) when the opening mechanism (2) moves downwards to a certain degree, the pressing plate (19) of the fixed clamping mechanism (3) supports the bottom ring of the dust cover (29), the opening mechanism (2) descends again, the dust cover (29) is gradually separated from the hook plate (8), the dust cover (29) is embedded into the groove of the ball seat under the influence of the self resilience performance, and the assembly of the dust cover (29) is completed;
(7) the three cylinders of the fixed clamping mechanism (3), the sliding mechanism (1) and the opening mechanism (2) are ventilated, the piston rod of the cylinder returns, and the whole mechanism returns to the initial position;
(8) the adapter assembly is removed, the guide cone (28) is removed, the two are placed on the appropriate station fixture, and the next assembly is started.
