As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a box positioning member 401 is disposed at one side end of the box in the longitudinal direction, the installation position of the clamping plate 5 is determined by adjusting the distance between the box positioning member 401 and the sidewall positioning member 102 of the sidewall fixing member 103, the clamping plate positioning plate 402 is installed between the sidewall fixing member 103 and the sidewall positioning member 102, a positioning through hole for placing the clamping plate 5 is disposed on the clamping plate positioning plate 402, so as to facilitate the positioning welding operation in the welding process of the clamping plate 5, and meanwhile, a through hole for reducing the weight of the clamping plate positioning plate 402 is further disposed on the clamping plate positioning plate 402, so as to prevent the self weight of the clamping plate positioning plate 402 from causing extrusion damage to the box.
In this embodiment, the fixing assembly arranged on the tooling platform 1 is used for stably positioning and fixing the box structure, and the relative position relationship of the guide rail assembly 3 of the box structure is ensured by the welding piece limiting assembly and the supporting assembly in the welding process of installing the guide rail assembly 3 and the box assembly 2 on the box assembly 2, so that after the box structure is processed by the processing steps, the parallelism between the box structure and the guide rail assembly 3 meets the manufacturing requirement of the box structure.

step 1: processing a box body assembly (2), wherein the formed box body assembly (2) is of a folded plate structure which is the same as the box body in the length direction and comprises two mutually vertical wall plates, and the width of each wall plate is the same as that of the box body;
step 2: the guide rail assemblies (3) are fixedly arranged on the inner walls of the wall plates on one side of the two box body assemblies (2) along the longitudinal direction of the wall plates respectively;
and step 3: one box body assembly (2) is positioned and installed on the tooling platform (1), wherein a side wall plate, which is not provided with the guide rail assembly (3), on the box body assembly (2) is matched with the tooling platform (1), and a side wall plate, which is provided with the guide rail assembly (3), on the box body assembly (2) is arranged along the vertical direction;
and 4, step 4: the method comprises the following steps that a supporting assembly is arranged in a positioned and installed box body assembly (2), the supporting assembly is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the box body assembly (2), the supporting assembly can form supporting positioning at least at two cross-section positions on the box body assembly (2), two horizontal positioning portions are oppositely arranged on the supporting assembly in the horizontal direction at each supporting and positioning position, two vertical positioning portions are oppositely arranged in the vertical direction, the distance between the two horizontal positioning portions is equal to the distance between guide grooves of guide rails on two opposite side wall plates in the box body, the distance between the two vertical positioning portions is equal to the width of the box body in the vertical direction, and when one vertical positioning portion at each supporting and positioning position on the supporting assembly is positioned and installed on a wall plate of the horizontally arranged box body assembly (2), one horizontal positioning portion of the supporting assembly at each supporting and positioning position can be just matched with and arranged in the guide groove of the guide rails; at the moment, the other vertical positioning part at each supporting and positioning position on the supporting assembly is positioned in a horizontal plane parallel to the tooling platform (1), and the other horizontal positioning part at each supporting and positioning position is positioned in a vertical plane vertical to the tooling platform (1); and at the moment, two horizontal positioning parts at the same supporting and positioning position are positioned in a horizontal plane parallel to the tooling platform (1);
the supporting assembly comprises a plurality of supporting and positioning units, in the step 4, the supporting and positioning units are sequentially arranged on the box body assembly (2) at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the box body assembly (2), and the supporting and positioning units are respectively positioned in the vertical cross section of the box body assembly (2);
the supporting and positioning units comprise horizontal positioning plates (301) which are horizontally arranged, the two horizontal positioning plates (301) are respectively positioned at two ends of the horizontal positioning plates (301), the two supporting units are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the horizontal positioning plates (301), the outer end parts of the two supporting units are respectively positioned in a plane parallel to the plane where the horizontal positioning plates (301) are positioned, and when the outer end part of one supporting unit is positioned on the inner wall of the box body, the horizontal positioning plates (301) are just positioned at the positions where the guide grooves of the guide rails are positioned;
and 5: assembling another box body component (2) on the supporting component, and enabling another horizontal positioning part at each supporting and positioning position on the supporting component to be respectively matched and arranged in a guide groove of a guide rail on the box body component (2) so as to position the relative position of the two box body components (2) in the horizontal direction; a side wall plate which is horizontally arranged on the box body component (2) is positioned on the other vertical positioning part at each supporting and positioning position on the supporting component, and the relative position of the two box body components (2) in the vertical direction is positioned;
step 6: the end faces of two ends of the two box body assemblies (2) are positioned, the end faces of the two ends of the two box body assemblies are respectively located in two vertical planes which are parallel to each other, the two box body assemblies (2) are fixed on the tool platform (1), and the butt joint position between the two box body assemblies is welded to obtain the box body.
2. The box welding method according to claim 1, characterized in that in step 1, the free end parts of the two wall plates of one box assembly (2) are provided with flanging structures, when the box assembly (2) is installed, the box assembly (2) provided with the flanging is firstly positioned and installed on the tooling platform (1), and the flanging structure on the box assembly (2) is used for assisting in positioning the other box structure on the flanging structures.
3. A tank welding method according to claim 1, characterized in that said step 2 of mounting the rail assembly (3) on the tank assembly (2) comprises:

in the step 5, after the two box body assemblies (2) are positioned and installed, a plurality of reinforcing frames (4) are installed on the outer wall of the formed box body, a side wall fixing piece (103) is arranged on the position, opposite to the side wall positioning piece (102), of the tooling platform (1), the side wall fixing piece (103) is matched with the side wall plate on the other side of the box body, the reinforcing frames (4) are fixed through pressing mechanisms arranged on the side wall positioning piece (102) and the side wall fixing piece (103), and a transverse pressing plate (104) is arranged between the side wall positioning piece (102) and the side wall fixing piece (103) to fix the formed box body.
5. A tank welding method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a step 7, wherein said step 7 is a step of mounting a chuck plate (5) on an outer end surface of a side wall plate of the obtained tank, and comprises:

and/or the auxiliary welding tool is used for positioning and mounting the mounting clamping plate (5) arranged on the end face of the outer side of the box body;
the box body supporting tool comprises a supporting assembly, and the supporting assembly integrally forms a structural part which can be arranged in the box body in a matched mode;
the supporting assembly is provided with at least two supporting and positioning parts at intervals in the longitudinal direction, each supporting and positioning part comprises two horizontal positioning parts which are oppositely arranged in the horizontal direction and two vertical positioning parts which are oppositely arranged in the vertical direction, the distance between the two horizontal positioning parts is equal to the distance between the guide grooves of the guide rail assemblies (3) on the side walls on two opposite sides in the box body, and the distance between the two vertical positioning parts is equal to the width of the box body in the horizontal direction; when one vertical positioning part of each supporting and positioning part on the supporting assembly is positioned and installed on a side wall plate of the box body, two horizontal positioning parts on each supporting and positioning part are just matched and arranged in guide grooves of guide rail assemblies (3) on two side wall plates of the box body, and the other vertical positioning part on each supporting and positioning part is just matched with the inner wall of the upper end of the box body;
the supporting and positioning parts comprise horizontal positioning plates (301) which are horizontally arranged, the horizontal positioning parts are positioned at two ends of the horizontal positioning plates (301), at least one supporting rod (302) is respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of each horizontal positioning plate (301), the vertical positioning parts are respectively formed at the end parts of the supporting rods (302), and when the outer end parts of the supporting rods (302) are positioned and installed on the inner wall of the box body, the horizontal positioning plates (301) are just positioned at the positions where the guide grooves of the guide rails are positioned;
the two ends of the horizontal positioning plate (301) are positioned at one side of the horizontal positioning plate and are respectively provided with a sliding block (303), the two sliding blocks (303) are arranged on the horizontal positioning plate (301) in a diagonal manner, and the ends of the two sliding blocks (303) are respectively provided with the horizontal positioning part matched with the guide rail assembly (3); the corners of the two ends of the horizontal positioning plate (301) on the opposite side of the sliding block (303) are provided with chamfer structures.
