the multifunctional positioning mechanisms (6) are arranged in a plurality and are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the punching tool (5), and the multifunctional positioning mechanisms (6) are fixedly connected with the mounting base (4);
the multifunctional positioning mechanism (6) is characterized by comprising an installation frame (7), a limiting column (8), a threaded limiting rod (9), a spring (11), a first locking mechanism (10) and a fixed supporting plate (12);
the mounting frame (7) is slidably mounted on the mounting base (4);
