Abstract
The invention discloses a three-dimensional motion mixing device for simultaneously mixing medicines with multiple proportions, which comprises a control cabinet body, a main mixing tank, a bottom plate, a rotating plate, support arms, a rotating block, a rotating groove, a first motor and a second motor, wherein the bottom plate is arranged on one side of the lower part of the control cabinet body and used for increasing the supporting force, the rotating plate is rotatably arranged on the front part of the control cabinet body, the support arms are arranged on two sides of the front part of the rotating plate and used for clamping the main mixing tank, the rotating block is arranged on the front part of the control cabinet body and used for being buckled with the rotating plate, the rotating groove is arranged on the back surface of the rotating plate and connected with the rotating block, the first motor is arranged in the control cabinet body and connected with the rotating plate to drive the rotating plate to rotate, and the second motor is arranged on the outer side of the support arms and used for rotating the main mixing tank.

Referring to the drawings and the detailed description, the present invention is further described, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, a three-dimensional motion mixing device for simultaneously mixing multiple-proportion medicines according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a control cabinet body 1, a main mixing tank 2, a bottom plate 3 disposed on one side of a lower portion of the control cabinet body 1 for increasing a supporting force, a rotating plate 4 rotatably mounted on a front portion of the control cabinet body 1, supporting arms 5 disposed on two sides of a front portion of the rotating plate 4 for clamping the main mixing tank 2, a rotating block 6 disposed on the front portion of the control cabinet body 1 for being fastened to the rotating plate 4, a rotating slot 7 disposed on a back surface of the rotating plate 4 and connected to the rotating block 6, a first motor 8 disposed inside the control cabinet body 1 and connected to the rotating plate 4 for driving the rotating plate 4 to rotate, and a second motor 9 disposed outside the supporting arms 5 for rotating the main mixing tank 2.
In one embodiment, the main stirring barrel 2 comprises a barrel 21 and a barrel cover 22 hinged and installed right above the barrel 21 for closing the barrel 21, a plurality of placing holes 23 and a plurality of sub stirring barrels 24 located inside the placing holes 23 are arranged inside the barrel 21, and the plurality of sub stirring barrels 24 are adopted for simultaneous mixing to increase the test progress and meet the requirements of stirring and mixing in different proportions.

The working principle is as follows: when the mixing machine is used, the sub-mixing tanks 24 are taken out, medicines to be mixed in different proportions are placed inside the different sub-mixing tanks 24 respectively, marks are made on the sub-mixing tanks 24 and placed inside the placing holes 23, the pressing plate 222 is driven to press through the rotating shaft 221, so that the elastic body 223 presses the sub-mixing tanks 24 placed inside the placing holes 23, the first motor 8 and the second motor 9 are opened through the controller 14 to rotate, the second motor 9 rotates to drive the main mixing tank 2 to rotate along the middle position of the supporting arm 5, the first motor 8 drives the rotating plate 4 to rotate on the rotating block 6, so that the main mixing tank 2 is subjected to multi-angle three-dimensional rotation, meanwhile, the oblique blocks 241 continuously collide with the oblique blocks 241 when medicines are mixed, so that the mixing efficiency can be accelerated, and the mixing quality is ensured.
In conclusion, by means of the technical scheme, the three-dimensional mixing device is reasonable in structural design, the traditional three-dimensional operation mode is changed, meanwhile, medicines with different proportions can be mixed by adding the plurality of sub-mixing tanks, meanwhile, experimental medicines can be switched by replacing the sub-mixing tanks, and the requirements of medicine research and development experiments are met.
