Referring to fig. 1-7, the present invention provides a side-entry mixer sealing device, which is different from the embodiment in that: sterile pressure air is used as a high-pressure sealing air source, is introduced into the air inlet pipe 7 through a pipeline, is sent into the fermentation tank through the sealing sleeve 6, and is uniformly mixed with fermentation materials for oxygenation;
also differing from the embodiment is that the collecting loop 22 is connected to the inlet of the fermenter slurry circulating pump, by which the leaked fermentation slurry is re-fed into the fermenter. In order to prevent the fermentation slurry from flowing back into the temporary storage cavity of the sealing cylinder 5 due to the stop of the circulating pump, a second check valve is additionally arranged on the collecting ring pipe 11.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art, who is within the scope of the present invention, should make equivalent substitutions or modifications according to the technical scheme of the present invention and the inventive concept thereof, and should be covered by the scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. The side-entering stirrer sealing device comprises a rotating shaft (1) penetrating through the side wall of a container (2), wherein one end of the rotating shaft (1) positioned outside the container (2) is connected with a power assembly (3), and one end of the rotating shaft (1) positioned in the container (2) is provided with a stirring blade assembly (4), and the side-entering stirrer sealing device is characterized by further comprising a sealing cylinder (5) and a sealing sleeve (6); the rotary shaft (1) is sleeved with the sealing cylinder (5), one end of the sealing cylinder (5) is mounted on the container (2) in a sealing fit manner, the other end of the sealing cylinder is connected with the rotary shaft (1) in a rotating sealing fit manner, a temporary storage cavity is formed between the sealing cylinder (5) and the rotary shaft (1), an air inlet pipe (7) communicated with the temporary storage cavity is connected to the sealing cylinder (5), and a high-pressure sealing air source is connected to the air inlet pipe (7); the sealing sleeve (6) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (1) at a section in the container (2) and is in clearance fit with the rotating shaft (1), one end, close to the sealing cylinder (5), of the sealing sleeve (6) is connected with the sealing cylinder (5), and the sealing sleeve (6) is communicated with the temporary storage cavity; the rotating shaft (1) obliquely penetrates through the container (2), the height of one end of the rotating shaft (1) provided with the stirring blade assembly (4) is lower than the height of one end of the rotating shaft provided with the power assembly (3), and the sealing sleeve (6) and the rotating shaft (1) are coaxially arranged;
the high-pressure sealed air source comprises an oxidation fan and an oxidation air header pipe (8) connected with the oxidation fan, an air supply branch pipe (9) communicated with the oxidation air header pipe (8) and provided with an air outlet facing the stirring blade assembly (4) is arranged in the container (2), the air inlet pipe (7) is communicated with the oxidation air header pipe (8), and a first check valve and a first stop valve are arranged on the air inlet pipe;
the oxidation wind air is input to the center rear side position of the stirring blade assembly (4) through the sealing sleeve (6), under the rotary thrust of the stirring blade assembly (4), the slurry flows forwards, the pressure at the rear end of the stirring blade assembly (4) can be reduced, the sucked pressure air is mixed with the slurry, and the air content in the slurry is more uniform after the stirring blade assembly (4) rotates and stirs.
2. The side-entering stirrer sealing device according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the sealing cylinder (5) is connected with a slurry discharge pipe (10) communicated with the temporary storage cavity, and a drain valve and a second stop valve are arranged on the slurry discharge pipe (10).

A side entry mixer sealing arrangement according to claim 2, further comprising a collecting collar (11) arranged outside the vessel (2), the slurry outlet pipe (10) being connected to the collecting collar (11) at its end remote from the sealing cylinder (5), the collecting collar (11) being provided with a second non-return valve.

A side entry mixer sealing arrangement according to any one of claims 1-2, further comprising a wash water main (12) arranged outside the vessel (2), the sealing drum (5) being connected with a wash water pipe (13) communicating with the temporary storage chamber, the wash water pipe (13) communicating with the wash water main (12) and the wash water pipe (13) being provided with a third shut-off valve.
5. Side-entry mixer sealing arrangement according to claim 4, characterized in that the sealing cylinder (5) is provided with a sight glass (22) and a pressure gauge (14).

The side-entry mixer sealing device according to any one of claims 1-2, characterized in that the outer wall of the container (2) is provided with a mounting seat (15) and the mounting seat (15) is provided with a through hole communicating with the interior of the container, the sealing cylinder (5) is connected with the mounting seat (15) through a first flange (16) near one end of the container (2), and the rotating shaft (1) extends into the container (2) through the through hole and is in clearance fit with the mounting seat (15); one end of the sealing sleeve (6) close to the sealing cylinder (5) extends into the through hole and is in sealing connection with the first flange (16) through the sealing plate (17).

A side entry mixer sealing arrangement according to claim 6, characterized in that the sealing cylinder (5) is provided with a second flange (18) on the side facing away from the first flange (16), the second flange (18) being connected to the first flange (16) by means of a connecting bracket (19), and the power assembly (3) being mounted on the second flange (18).
8. A side entry mixer sealing arrangement according to any one of claims 1-2, characterized in that the angle formed between the rotation axis (1) and the side wall of the container (2) is in the range of 7-10 degrees.

Side-entry stirrer sealing arrangement according to any of claims 1-2, characterized in that the end of the sealing cylinder (5) remote from the container (2) is provided with a sealing seat (20), the sealing between the sealing seat (20) and the rotating shaft (1) is achieved by means of a PTFE sealing ring (22), and the outside of the sealing seat (20) is connected with a sealing gland (21) by means of bolts.
