The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
In bowl dish separation belt cleaning device, a plurality of transfer assembly can circulate between collection station and separation station to realize the separation of bowl utensil and dinner plate to the separation station with bowl utensil and dinner plate synchronous transportation. Because each conveying assembly needs to be provided with a driving part independently, the whole structure of the conveying assembly is complex, and the conveying assembly is not convenient to install and use. In addition, the output end of the driving piece is generally in hard connection with the conveying assembly, and the driving piece is poor in stability in the flowing process along with the conveying assembly, so that the conveying assembly is uneven in transmission stress, and the stability of separating bowls from dinner plates is reduced.
In order to solve the above problems, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the embodiment discloses a bowl and dish separating and cleaning device, which specifically includes a stator barrel 1, a rotor barrel 2, a frame 3 and two second driving members 4, the stator barrel 1 is fixedly disposed on the frame 3, the stator barrel 1 includes a first barrel 11 and a first conveying module 12, the first barrel 11 has a collecting station and a separating station located right above the first barrel 11, and the first conveying module 12 is disposed on the separating station. The rotor barrel 2 comprises a second barrel 21 and a second transmission module 22, the second transmission module 22 is arranged on the inner wall of the second barrel 21, the second barrel 21 is coaxially sleeved on the first barrel 11 and can rotate around the first barrel 11, and therefore the second transmission module 22 can circulate between the collection station and the separation station. The second transfer module 22 is able to clamp the dish 10 when it is transferred to the collection station, and the dish 10 presses the bowl against the outer periphery of the first barrel 11. With the second transfer module 22 in the separating station, the bowls fall onto the first transfer module 12 and are separated from the trays 10. Two second driving pieces 4 are fixedly arranged on the frame 3. One of the second drive elements 4 can be in driving connection with the second transfer module 22 that is moved to the collecting station, and the other second drive element 4 can be in driving connection with the second transfer module 22 that is moved to the separating station.
For ease of understanding, the separation process of the bowl and tray 10 of this embodiment is: when the second conveying module 22 rotates to the collecting station, the bowl and the dinner plate 10 enter the collecting station, the dinner plate 10 is clamped by the second conveying module 22, the dish 10 is pressed against the bowl on the outer peripheral surface of the first cylinder 11, the bowl and the dinner plate 10 are stably positioned, and therefore slipping or shaking of the bowl and the dinner plate 10 in the transferring process is avoided, and stable transferring of the bowl and the dinner plate 10 between the collecting station and the separating station is achieved. When the second conveying module 22 rotates to the separating station, the bowls fall onto the first conveying module 12 and are separated from the dinner plate 10, the bowls are transferred out of the separating station by the first conveying module 12, and the dinner plate 10 is transferred out of the separating station by the second conveying module 22, so that the bowls and the dinner plate 10 are automatically separated, and the separating efficiency of the bowls and the dinner plate 10 is improved.
In this embodiment, two second driving members 4 are fixedly disposed on the frame 3, so as to achieve a stable installation. One second driving piece 4 can be in transmission connection with the second transmission module 22 which is circulated to the collection station, and the other second driving piece 4 can be in transmission connection with the second transmission module 22 which is circulated to the separation station, namely, non-contact flexible connection is realized between the second driving piece 4 and the second transmission module 22, so that the transmission stress of the second transmission module 22 is uniform, and the stability of the separation process of the bowl and the dinner plate 10 is improved. Because the quantity of the second driving parts 4 is fixed, namely the second driving parts 4 cannot be increased along with the increase of the quantity of the second conveying modules 22, the structure of the bowl and dish separating and cleaning device is simplified, the cost and the whole size of the bowl and dish separating and cleaning device are reduced, and the use and the installation are convenient.
Specifically, the output ends of the two second driving members 4 are in transmission connection with the second transmission module 22 which is circulated to the collection station and the separation station through the corresponding magnetic couplings 9, so that non-contact flexible connection between the output ends of the second driving members 4 and the second transmission module 22 is realized, and stable operation of the second transmission module 22 is ensured.
It should be noted that the magnetic coupling 9 is a mature product, and belongs to a non-contact coupling. The magnet coupling 9 includes an inner magnet 91, an outer magnet 92, and a cage separating the inner magnet 91 from the outer magnet 92. The output end of the second driving member 4 is connected to the outer magnet 92, and the power input end of the second transmission module 22 is connected to the inner magnet 91.
As shown in fig. 1, the bowl and dish separating and cleaning device further comprises a third driving member 8, and an output end of the third driving member 8 is in transmission connection with the second cylinder 21 to drive the second cylinder 21 to rotate around the first cylinder 11. Specifically, the third driving member 8 is a rotating electrical machine, which has high control accuracy, compact structure and convenient installation. The third driving piece 8 is in transmission connection with the second cylinder 21 in a belt transmission mode, so that the stable rotation of the second cylinder 21 is ensured. Of course, the third driving member 8 may be other driving members such as an electric motor, and is not limited in particular.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the second cylinder 21 includes two annular plates 211 and a connecting rod 212, and the two annular plates 211 are oppositely disposed and connected by the connecting rod 212 to form an annular cylinder. Further, the number of the connecting rods 212 is plural, and both ends of each connecting rod 212 are respectively connected with the two annular plates 211 to improve the structural strength of the annular cylinder.
A plurality of inlets 2111 are arranged on one of the annular plates 211 along the circumferential direction, a plurality of grooves are arranged on the other annular plate 211 along the circumferential direction, the grooves are the same as the inlets 2111 in number and are opposite to each other to form accommodating cavities penetrating through the two axial ends of the second cylinder 21, and a second conveying module 22 is arranged in each accommodating cavity. The number of the inlets 2111 and the grooves can also be flexibly adjusted, and is not particularly limited herein.
In addition, the bowl and dish separating and cleaning device further comprises a skin 213, and the skin 213 is fixedly arranged on the frame 3 and wraps the circumferential surface of the second cylinder 21, so that the second conveying module 22 is protected. Note that, when the second cylinder 21 rotates around the first cylinder 11, the skin 213 remains stationary.
It should be noted that, the bowl and dish separating and cleaning device further includes bearings 7, two bearings 7 are rotatably installed on the frame 3, the covering 213 is correspondingly provided with an avoiding groove, and the two bearings 7 pass through the respective avoiding groove and support the outer edge of the annular plate 211 together to support the annular plate 211 in an auxiliary supporting manner, and meanwhile, the bearings 7 and the annular plate 211 are in rolling fit, so that the friction resistance between the bearings 7 and the annular plate 211 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the lower end of the stator barrel 1 is a collection station, and when one of the inlets 2111 rotates to the collection station, the bowl and the dish 10 are manually stacked in the collection station, so that the dish 10 is clamped by the second conveying module 22, and the dish 10 is pressed against the outer circumferential surface of the first barrel 11 by the dish 10, thereby positioning the bowl and the dish 10. By providing a plurality of inlets 2111, the frequency of loading of the bowl and tray 10 is increased, thereby increasing the efficiency of separation of the bowl and tray 10.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the upper end (separating station) of the first cylinder 11 has openings extending through its axial ends, which together with the recesses rotated to the separating station define an outlet 2112, so that the separated bowls and trays 10 are transported out through the outlet 2112. The first transfer module 12 is disposed in the first cylinder 11 and is disposed on the frame 3. When the bowl and dish 10 are rotated to the separation station, the bowl is released from the first cylinder 11 and falls through the opening onto the first transfer module 12 and is separated from the dish 10. The first transfer module 12 transfers the bowls out of the separation station through the outlet 2112, and the second transfer module 22 transfers the dishes 10 out of the separation station through the outlet 2112.
Specifically, the first transmission module 12 includes a first bracket 121, a driving gear shaft 122, a driven gear shaft, a transmission chain 123 and a first driving member 124, and the first bracket 121 is fixedly disposed in the first barrel 11. The driving gear shaft 122 and the driven gear shaft are both rotatably disposed on the first bracket 121. The transmission chain 123 is wound around the driving gear shaft 122 and the driven gear shaft, and the bowl falls on the transmission chain 123 through the opening. The first driving member 124 is disposed on the frame 3 and is in transmission connection with the driving gear shaft 122. The first transmission module 12 of the present embodiment is in a chain transmission form, which can simplify the structure of the first transmission module 12 and reduce the weight. Meanwhile, when the bowl and the dinner plate 10 reach the separation station, moisture, residues and the like falling from the bowl and the dinner plate 10 can fall into the first cylinder 11 through the gap between the transmission chains 123, so that the phenomenon that the normal operation of the first transmission module 12 is influenced due to the accumulation of the moisture and the residues on the transmission chains 123 is avoided.
The first driving member 124 of this embodiment may be a rotating electrical machine, which has high control accuracy, compact structure and is convenient to install. Of course, the first driving member 124 may be other driving members such as an electric motor, and is not limited in particular.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, upper ends of both side walls of the first bracket 121 in a width direction thereof are respectively extended obliquely outward to the opening to form guide slopes 1211. The guide slope 1211 can provide a limit guide for the free fall of the bowl so that the bowl can accurately fall on the transmission chain 123.
Further, the stator barrel 1 further comprises a spray head, a plurality of through holes are formed in the first barrel body 11, the spray head is installed in each through hole, and the spray head can spray water to bowls and dinner plates 10 in the rotor barrel 2 so as to finish the rough washing process of the bowls and the dinner plates 10. It can be understood that the spray head can be communicated with an external water source through a pipeline so as to ensure the water spraying function of the spray head.
It should be noted that, the sewage generated after the washing of the bowls and the dinner plates 10 flows to the bottom of the skin 213 under the action of its own gravity, and in order to avoid the accumulation of the sewage, a sewage discharge hole is formed on the lower end surface of the skin 213 to discharge the sewage generated after the washing of the bowls and the dinner plates 10.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bowl and dish separating and cleaning device further comprises a filter screen 5 and a water collecting tank 6, wherein the filter screen 5 is positioned in the water collecting tank 6 to filter sewage. The water collecting tank 6 is positioned under the sewage draining hole to collect sewage passing through the filter screen 5, and the bowl and dish separating and cleaning device is guaranteed to be always in a dry and clean working environment.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the second transfer module 22 includes a second support 221, a first transfer unit 222, and a second transfer unit 223. The first conveying assembly 222 and the second conveying assembly 223 are disposed on the second bracket 221 in an up-and-down opposite manner, and a transfer passage is formed between the first conveying assembly 222 and the second conveying assembly 223. The first and second transfer assemblies 222, 223 cooperate to hold the trays 10 as they enter the transfer lane at the collection station.
It should be noted that the second driving member 4 is in transmission connection with the second transmission assembly 223 through the magnetic coupling 9, and the second transmission assembly 223 is in transmission connection with the first transmission assembly 222, that is, the first transmission assembly 222 and the second transmission assembly 223 share one second driving member 4, which not only can simplify the structure of the second transmission module 22 and reduce the cost, but also can ensure that the first transmission assembly 222 and the second transmission assembly 223 run synchronously, and reduce the difficulty in controlling the second transmission module 22. In other embodiments, the two first conveying assemblies 222 may also use a single driving motor, etc., and are not limited in particular herein.
In this embodiment, when the dinner plate 10 is placed in the collection station, the clamping force in the up-and-down direction is applied to the dinner plate 10 by the first conveying assembly 222 and the second conveying assembly 223, so that the stable positioning of the dinner plate 10 on the transfer channel is realized, and the dinner plate 10 can be kept stable when being sprayed or flushed with water, thereby preventing the dinner plate 10 from slipping or shaking in the transfer process, and realizing the stable transfer of the dinner plate 10.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the second bracket 221 includes a horizontal plate 2211 and vertical plates 2212, and the horizontal plate 2211 is provided with the vertical plates 2212 along both sides of the width direction thereof, respectively, so that the second bracket 221 has an i-shape. The second conveyor assembly 223 is disposed on a horizontal plate 2211 along the length of the second rack 221 to carry the trays 10. The number of the first conveying assemblies 222 is two, and the two first conveying assemblies 222 are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the corresponding vertical plates 2212 along the length direction of the second bracket 221. The two first conveying assemblies 222 are respectively installed on the upper inner sides of the two vertical plates 2212, and a protective cover is covered on the first conveying assemblies 222 to prevent food residues and the like of the dinner plate 10 and the bowls from entering the first conveying assemblies 222.
It should be noted that when the dinner plate 10 and the bowl enter the transfer passage, there is a small gap between the dinner plate 10 and the two vertical plates 2212, so that the two vertical plates 2212 can guide and limit the dinner plate 10. The two first conveying members 222 are respectively pressed against two opposite sides of the dinner plate 10, so that the dinner plate 10 is uniformly stressed, and the stability of the dinner plate 10 in the transferring process is further improved.
