s2: preparing pericarpium Citri Grandis essential oil, cutting pericarpium Citri Grandis to 2-9mm particle diameter, performing supercritical C02 fluid extraction, and separating to obtain pericarpium Citri Grandis essential oil;
s3: preparing mixed flavor powder, drying rose petals, tulip petals and sweet osmanthus flowers in a drying device, grinding the dried rose petals, tulip petals and sweet osmanthus flowers in a ball mill for 30-50 minutes, screening the ground rose petals, tulip petals and sweet osmanthus flowers to remove impurities, adding a composite solvent and deionized water, stirring, mixing, heating for 30-50 minutes, adding pectinase for enzymolysis, filtering the obtained enzymolysis liquid to obtain filtrate, homogenizing the filtrate, concentrating and drying the filtrate in vacuum for 1-3 hours, and grinding the filtrate to obtain the mixed flavor powder;
s4: stirring and mixing, adding pericarpium Citri Grandis essential oil, citronellol, mixed essence powder, linalool, and dihydromyrcenol into a mixing tank, stirring and premixing at the speed of 95-160r/min for 40-65min;
s5: performing rotary evaporation, performing coarse filtration on the mixed solution at room temperature by using medium-speed filter paper, then putting the filtrate into a rotary evaporation device for rotary evaporation, controlling the temperature to be 45-65 ℃ and the negative pressure to be 0.06-0.09Mpa, and stopping the rotary evaporation when 78-92% of the total volume of the solution is subjected to rotary evaporation;
s6: and (3) performing multiple filtration, namely standing the residual solution after the rotary evaporation to room temperature, filtering the solution by using medium-speed filter paper again, then sequentially entering membrane separation equipment twice, performing microfiltration on the solution by using a membrane with the pore size of 10-50 mu m, and passing the obtained solution through an ultrafiltration membrane with the pore size of 15-20nm to obtain the compound essence.
2. The preparation method of the compound essence according to claim 1, wherein the extraction pressure in the S2 is 20-23MPa, the temperature is 40-49 ℃, and the time is 0.5-1h.
