背景技术
玉米是我国的主要粮食种植作物,多年来全国玉米播种面积一直稳定在4.5亿亩左右。玉米种植分布面广,有春玉米和夏玉米两种种植方式。田间杂草群落因当地自然条件和耕作特点而异,大致可以分为东北春玉米田草害区、黄淮海夏玉米田草害区等6个草害区。玉米田杂草发生普遍,主要杂草有马唐、稗草、狗尾草、牛筋草、反枝苋、马齿苋、铁苋菜、香附子等。目前化学除草剂有灭生性除草剂和选择性除草剂之分,选择性除草剂又有土壤处理剂和茎叶处理剂之别,并有接触型和输导型之分。不同成份,不同品种的除草剂,其杀草谱、适应性及对作物的敏感性都有不同,但市场上玉米田除草剂五花八门,农民往往不知道如何选择,不少农户误选错用除草剂,给玉米生长造成不必要的损害。所以了解除草剂的种类及正确使用是玉米杂草防治的关键。
苯噻唑草酮是一种以PPO为作用靶标的超高效、低毒、低残留绿色除草剂,可用于玉米田防除多种阔叶杂草。作为新型高效玉米田除草剂,单用生产成本较高。
特丁津是一种重要的s-三嗪类除草剂,主要用于玉米、高粱和豆类等作物生产过程中落叶和阔叶杂草的防治。长期且广泛的使用特丁津已经导致其在土壤中有很高水平的残留,并容易通过雨水径流和渗漏进一步造成水体污染。此外,特丁津已被确定为一种内分泌干扰物,它也不易于降解且对微生物有毒性。同时该产品的长期使用,作物的抗药性显著增强,单位使用剂量逐年增加。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题为:针对目前广谱、高效除草剂缺乏以及现有除草剂存在的多种不足之处,提供一种以悬浮剂或可湿性粉剂为剂型,同时具有高效、广谱除草作用的除草剂组合物。
本发明的技术方案为:具有广谱增效除草作用的除草剂组合物,它由有效成分、助剂和填料组成,所述有效成分由苯噻唑草酮和特丁津组成,苯噻唑草酮占除草剂组合物总质量的1~25%,特丁津占除草剂组合物总质量的1~35%,助剂占除草剂组合物总质量的2~25%,填料占除草剂组合物总质量的15~96%。优选地,以苯噻唑草酮和特丁津的配比1:4为最佳配比。
本发明的组合物剂型为可湿性粉剂或悬浮剂。
当剂型为可湿性粉剂时,所述助剂由占除草剂组合物总质量1~20%的分散剂,占除草剂组合物总质量1~5%的湿润剂组成;填料采用二氧化硅类、轻质碳酸钙或白炭黑中一种或它们的任意混合。

苯噻唑草酮和特丁津这两种有效成分组合使用,扩大了除草范围和除草效果。经试验测定:苯噻唑草酮用于防除多种阔叶抗性杂草,但对禾本科杂草的防效较差。而特丁津虽然是一种广谱除草剂,对玉米田苗后一年生和多年生禾本科杂草有具有良好的效果,但对多种阔叶杂草防效较差。因此苯噻唑草酮和特丁津组合物对玉米田为主要抗性杂草危害所达到的广谱和增效作用最为显著。其次使用成本降低,目前苯噻唑草酮和特丁津单剂使用成本较高,低剂量单独使用效果又不是很好,因此苯噻唑草酮和特丁津组合使用防效提高,又降低了农本。
具体实施方式
下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。下述实施例中所用的试验材料,如无特殊说明,均为从商业渠道购买得到的。
具有广谱增效除草作用的除草剂组合物,它由有效成分、助剂和填料组成,所述有效成分由苯噻唑草酮和特丁津组成,苯噻唑草酮占除草剂组合物总质量的1~25%,特丁津占除草剂组合物总质量的1~35%,助剂占除草剂组合物总质量的2~25%,填料占除草剂组合物总质量的15~96%。以苯噻唑草酮和特丁津的配比1:4为最佳配比
本发明的组合物剂型为可湿性粉剂或悬浮剂。
当剂型为可湿性粉剂时,所述助剂由分散剂1~20%,湿润剂1~5%组成;填料采用二氧化硅类、轻质碳酸钙或白炭黑中一种或它们的任意混合,二氧化硅类采用陶土、高岭土或硅藻土等。分散剂采用木质素磺酸盐、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐的一种或它们的任意混合。优选地,木质素磺酸盐选用木质素磺酸钙或木质素磺酸钠。湿润剂采用烷基苯磺酸钠或烷基苯磺酸钙。
当剂型为悬浮剂时,所述的助剂由分散润湿剂1~15%,抗冻剂0.3~3%,增稠剂0.4~5%,消泡剂0.3~2%组成;填料采用水。分散润湿剂采用聚氧乙烯三苯乙烯苯基磷酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐或烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或它们的任意混合。抗冻剂采用抗冻剂采用醇类,优选为丙二醇、丙三醇或乙二醇。增稠剂采用黄原胶或硅酸镁铝。消泡剂采用有机硅消泡剂。
实施例1:20%苯噻唑草酮·特丁津悬浮剂
苯噻唑草酮 4%
特丁津 16%
壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-9)(分散润湿剂) 8%
丙二醇(抗冻剂) 1%
黄原胶(增稠剂) 1%
有机硅消泡剂(SAG612) 2%
水(填料) 68%
按上述重量比例称取原料,搅拌混合均匀后,经砂磨机砂磨得到20%苯噻唑草酮·特丁津悬浮剂。将该悬浮剂按60克/亩、80克/亩、100克/亩对玉米田进行喷施,用药后15天和30天分别统计防效,结果显示,对马唐、铁苋菜、异型莎草等杂草的防效显著增加,优于同等剂量下下苯噻唑草酮和特丁津两个产品单用。

木质素磺酸钠(分散剂) 7%
烷基苯磺酸钠(分散剂) 1%
白炭黑(填料) 69%
按上述比例配成的制剂按60克/亩、80克/亩、100克/亩对玉米田进行喷施,用药后15天和30天分别统计防效,结果显示,该制剂对玉米马唐、铁苋菜、异型莎草等杂草的防效显著增加,同时也优于同等剂量下苯噻唑草酮和特丁津两个产品单用。

Claims (10)
1.具有广谱增效除草作用的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,它由有效成分、助剂和填料组成,所述有效成分由苯噻唑草酮和特丁津组成,苯噻唑草酮占除草剂组合物总质量的1~25%,特丁津占除草剂组合物总质量的1~35%,助剂占除草剂组合物总质量的2~25%,填料占除草剂组合物总质量的15~96%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,苯噻唑草酮和特丁津的重量配比1:4。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,当剂型为可湿性粉剂时,所述助剂由占除草剂组合物总质量1~20%的分散剂,占除草剂组合物总质量1~5%的湿润剂组成;填料采用二氧化硅类、轻质碳酸钙或白炭黑中一种或它们的任意混合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述分散剂采用木质素磺酸盐、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐的一种或它们的任意混合。
5.根据权利要求3所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述湿润剂采用烷基苯磺酸钠或烷基苯磺酸钙。
6.根据权利要求1所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,当剂型为悬浮剂时,所述助剂由占除草剂组合物总质量1~15%的分散润湿剂,占除草剂组合物总质量0.3~3%的抗冻剂,占除草剂组合物总质量0.4~5%的增稠剂,占除草剂组合物总质量0.3~2%的消泡剂组成;填料采用水。
7.根据权利要求6所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述分散润湿剂采用聚氧乙烯三苯乙烯苯基磷酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐或烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或它们的任意混合。
8.根据权利要求6所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述抗冻剂采用醇类。
9.根据权利要求6所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述增稠剂采用黄原胶或硅酸镁铝。
10.根据权利要求6所述的除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述消泡剂采用有机硅消泡剂。
