Further, the saw blade 6 according to the present invention may be a circular saw blade, or a chain saw, referring to fig. 8, which includes a chain 603 and a chain guide 602, the chain 603 is circumferentially mounted on the chain guide 602, the chain 603 is configured to be rotated by a blade mounting plate 903, and the chain guide 602 is fixed between an upper fixing plate 904 and a lower fixing plate 905.
In addition, the length of the cross beam 8 and the number of the cross runners 9 and saw blades 6 to which the present application refers can be adjusted according to the distance between two parallel power lines to be cut, so that branches that may come into contact with the power lines are cut. The tree trimmer under high-voltage overhead line provided by the embodiment of the application can also comprise an operating device. The control device can be a remote controller, keys for controlling the transverse walking device 9, the longitudinal walking device 5 and the rotating shaft 902 are arranged on the remote controller, and the tree trimmer is controlled to work by sending infrared signals to the communication module of the control box.

Claims (10)

1. A tree trimmer under high voltage overhead line, characterized in that it comprises: the saw blade cutting machine comprises a control box, four connecting rods (4), four longitudinal walkers (5), a plurality of saw blades (6), a cross beam (8) and a plurality of transverse walkers (9);
the control box comprises a first control box (3) and a second control box (7), the lower ends of two connecting rods (4) are connected with the first control box (3), the lower ends of the other two connecting rods (4) are connected with the second control box (7), the upper end of each connecting rod (4) is connected with one longitudinal walker (5), the longitudinal walkers (5) at the upper ends of the two connecting rods (4) connected with the first control box (3) are suitable for being installed on a first power transmission line (1), the longitudinal walkers (5) at the upper ends of the two connecting rods (4) connected with the second control box (7) are suitable for being installed on a second power transmission line (2), and the first power transmission line (1) and the second power transmission line (2) are spaced in parallel in the horizontal direction;
the cross beam (8) is arranged below the first control box (3) and the second control box (7), a plurality of transverse walkers (9) are arranged on the cross beam (8) and can move transversely along the cross beam (8), each saw blade (6) is connected with one transverse walker (9), and the transverse walkers (9) drive the saw blades (6) to rotate;
the control box further comprises a communication module and a control module, the communication module is used for receiving instruction signals, and the control module is used for controlling the longitudinal walking device (5), the transverse walking device (9) to move and the saw blade (6) to rotate.
2. Tree trimmer according to claim 1, characterized in that the cross beam (8) is made of square tubes and the main part of the cross runner (9) is mounted inside the cross beam (8).

The tree trimmer under high-voltage overhead line according to claim 2, characterized in that the main body of the transverse runner (9) is quadrangular, the transverse runner (9) comprises a rotating shaft (902) and a plurality of rollers (901), the rotating shaft (902) is located in the middle of the transverse runner (9), the rollers (901) are respectively located on both sides of the main body of the transverse runner (9), and the cylindrical surfaces of the rollers (901) protrude out of the main body of the transverse runner (9) and abut against the inner wall of the cross beam (8).
4. The tree trimmer under high-voltage overhead line according to claim 3, characterized in that the bottom surface of the cross beam (8) is provided with an opening (804) parallel to the length direction of the cross beam (8), the opening (804) extending to both ends of the cross beam (8);
a lower portion of the rotary shaft (902) protrudes from the opening (804).

The tree trimmer for high-voltage overhead lines as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the rollers (901) are arranged on both sides of the main part of the cross runner (9) in two rows, the cylindrical surfaces of the rollers (901) in the upper row protrude from the upper surface of the cross runner (9), and the cylindrical surfaces of the rollers (901) in the lower row protrude from the lower surface of the cross runner (9).

The tree trimmer for high voltage overhead lines as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that a plurality of said rollers (901) are mounted in a single row on both sides of the main body of the cross runner (9), the cylindrical surface of each of said rollers (901) protruding above the upper and lower surfaces of the cross runner (9).

The tree trimmer under high voltage overhead line according to claim 3, characterized in that the cross walker (9) further comprises: the saw blade mounting device comprises a saw blade mounting disc (903), an upper fixing plate (904) and a lower fixing plate (905), wherein the saw blade mounting disc (903) is located between the upper fixing plate (904) and the lower fixing plate (905), the saw blade mounting disc (903) and the upper fixing plate (904) are fixedly connected with a rotating shaft (902), the lower fixing plate (905) is detachably connected with the rotating shaft (902), the upper fixing plate (904) and the lower fixing plate (905) are circular, and the diameter of the upper fixing plate (904) and the diameter of the lower fixing plate (905) are larger than that of the saw blade mounting disc (903);
the central position of saw bit (6) is provided with saw bit hole (601), saw bit hole (601) with saw bit mounting disc (903) looks adaptation, saw bit (6) by rotation axis (902) drive is rotatory.
