发明内容

从图1中可以看出,冷却通道5从入口7开始延伸穿过壳体2。冷却剂流过冷却管22(也称为“喷枪”)进入转子4的中空转子轴20。在冷却管22的端部,冷却剂的流动方向反向,随后冷却剂沿着转子轴20的内壁流出转子轴20,经过密封装置18(见图2),并向前流到出口6。
在壳体2的外部,布置有逆变器8,其提供电机1的运行所需的多相AC电压。
图2是剖视图,示出了图1所示的转子轴20的右端。密封装置18用于相对于壳体2在径向方向和轴向方向上密封转子轴20。特别地,密封装置18用于相对于容纳定子3的壳体2的内部空间19密封转子轴20。该密封防止冷却剂进入内部空间19并导致例如其中定子3的绕组腐蚀。
密封装置18包括滑环密封件9和径向轴密封环11。滑环密封件9沿轴向方向布置在转子轴20的自由端(在图2中的右侧)和壳体2的一部分之间。滑环密封件9轴向地密封转子轴20。
转子4的端部被由硬化的高级钢制成的套筒10包围。套筒10被径向轴密封环11包围,该密封环相对于壳体2的内部空间19径向密封转子轴20。径向轴密封环11设置有油脂填充物,并且配置为干运转径向轴密封环11。
密封装置18具有这样的特性,即在被分配给车辆反向行驶的电机的特定旋转方向上发生上述技术泄漏。然而,所述技术泄漏仅涉及几毫升的小体积。
在图2的截面图和示出密封装置18的细节的图3的放大图中,可以看到在滑环密封件9、径向轴密封环11和壳体2的围绕密封件的那部分之间形成环绕的自由空间。所述自由空间尤其是其在安装状态下的下部区域用作冷却剂泄漏的储存器12。如果由于电机1的运行而发生技术泄漏,特别是在反向行驶期间,所述泄漏收集在储存器12中。
在旋转方向反向的情况下,所述冷却剂泄漏经由密封装置18被供应回冷却剂回路。因此,如果转子4在与第一方向相反的方向上旋转,储存器12再次被清空。
壳体2在其轴向侧由盖13封闭。在所示的示例性实施例中,盖13由铝合金构成,并且通过注射成型来生产。
总之,在转子4沿第一旋转方向旋转期间发生的冷却剂泄漏被收集在储存器12中,并且在转子4沿相反的第二旋转方向旋转期间,所述泄漏通过滑环密封件9再次被输送出储存器12。
图4示出了具有包括电机1的传动系的车辆14。电机1经由齿轮箱15联接到车辆14的车轮16。电机1另外电连接到逆变器8。电池17提供DC电压,该DC电压通过逆变器8转换成用于电机1运行的AC电压。

Claims (10)

1.一种电机(1),包括:
-壳体(2),其中容纳有定子(3)和能够相对于所述定子(3)旋转的转子(4),
-具有冷却通道(5)的冷却装置,冷却剂能够流过所述冷却通道,并且所述冷却通道从入口(6)延伸穿过所述壳体(2)和穿过所述转子(4)到达出口(6),以及
-密封装置(18),用于相对于所述壳体(2)的内部空间(19)密封所述转子(4),
其特征在于,所述密封装置(18)具有径向轴密封环(11),所述径向轴密封环(11)围绕所述转子(4)并且界定用于冷却剂泄漏的储存器(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机,其中,所述密封装置(18)配置成在径向方向和轴向方向上密封所述转子(4)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电机,其中,所述储存器(12)形成在所述径向轴密封环(11)和沿轴向方向封闭所述壳体(2)的盖(13)之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电机,其中,所述盖(13)通过铸造工艺生产。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的电机,其中,所述盖(13)由铝合金制成。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电机,其中,所述径向轴密封环(11)设置有油脂填充物。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电机,其中,所述径向轴密封环(11)具有干运转配置。
8.一种用于车辆(14)的传动系,所述传动系具有根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的电机(1)。
9.一种具有根据权利要求8所述的传动系的车辆(14)。
10.一种用于运行电机(1)的方法,所述电机具有壳体(2),其中容纳有定子(3)和能够相对于定子(3)旋转的转子(4),该电机具有带有冷却通道(5)的冷却装置,冷却剂能够流过所述冷却通道,并且所述冷却通道从入口(7)延伸穿过所述壳体(2)和穿过所述转子(4)到达出口(6),所述电机还具有密封装置(18),用于相对于壳体(2)的内部空间(19)密封所述转子(4),
其特征在于,用于冷却剂泄漏的储存器(12)由围绕转子(4)的径向轴密封环(11)界定。
