Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in an embodiment, a display 200 includes a display screen panel 201, a circuit board 202, and a display package 100, the circuit board 202 is fixedly disposed on a backlight side of the display screen panel 201, and the display package 100 is used for accommodating and packaging the display screen panel 201 and the circuit board 202. The display package 100 may be assembled to form the housing of the display panel 201 and the circuit board 202 after being disassembled, so as to complete the assembly process of the display 200.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the display packaging box 100 includes a first housing 10, a second housing 20, and a support member 30. The first housing 10 is detachably connected to the second housing 20, and the supporting member 30 is disposed between the first housing 10 and the second housing 20. The supporting member 30 is used for supporting the display screen panel 201, and reducing shaking of the display screen panel 201 in the display packaging box 100.
The first housing 10 comprises a first plane 11 and a first peripheral sidewall 12 arranged around the first plane 11, the first plane 11 and the first peripheral sidewall 12 surrounding an inner cavity forming the first housing 10. An opening 111 is formed in the first plane 11, and a detachable baffle 13 is disposed in the opening 111. The second housing 20 includes a second plane 21 and a second peripheral sidewall 22 disposed around the second plane 21, the second plane 21 being disposed opposite the first plane 11, and the second peripheral sidewall 22 being snappable with the first peripheral sidewall 12 to enclose the display package 100.
The support 30 includes a back plate 31 and a third peripheral sidewall 32 disposed around the back plate 31. When the display packaging box 100 is in the closed state, as shown in fig. 2, the third peripheral sidewall 32 is used to abut against the inner side surface of the second plane 21, and the display screen panel 201 is disposed between the back plate 31 and the first plane 11. After the display package 100 is disassembled, the display screen panel 201 and the supporting member 30 are removed from the first case 10 and the second case 20, the baffle 13 on the first plane 11 is removed to expose the opening 111, the display screen panel 201 is sandwiched between the first case 10 and the supporting member 30, as shown in fig. 3, the third peripheral sidewall 32 is used for connecting the first peripheral sidewall 12, so that the first case 10 and the supporting member 30 are connected to form the housing of the display screen panel 201, and the display area of the display screen panel 201 is exposed to the opening 111.
The display packaging box 100 of the application is beneficial to realizing the recycling of the packaging box by simply assembling the shell parts to form the shell of the display screen panel 201, reduces the part structure of the display and reduces the production cost.
Referring again to fig. 2 and 3, the back plate 31 of the support member 30 includes a first portion 311 and a second portion 312, and the first portion 311 protrudes from the second portion 312 along the thickness direction of the support member 30, i.e., the direction indicated by arrow a in fig. 2. The second portion 312 serves to keep the circuit board 202 clear when the first housing 10 is coupled to the second housing 20, and allows the support 30 to better secure the display screen panel 201 and the circuit board 202 within the first housing 10 and the second housing 20. The third peripheral sidewall 32 and the back plate 31 surround the cavity forming the support member 30, and the depth of the cavity corresponding to the first portion 311 is greater than the depth of the cavity corresponding to the second portion 312 in the direction indicated by arrow a. When the display package 100 is closed, that is, when the first casing 10 is connected to the second casing 20, the circuit board 202 is disposed between the outer side surface of the second portion 312 and the first plane 11, and the portion of the display screen panel 201 not covered by the circuit board 202 is disposed between the outer side surface of the first portion 311 and the first plane 11.
The third peripheral sidewall 32 includes a connecting portion 321 and a supporting portion 322, the connecting portion 321 and the back plate 31 are integrally formed, and the supporting portion 322 is disposed on a side of the connecting portion 321 away from the back plate 31. The connection portion 321 and the support portion 322 are provided with a tearable opening 324 at the connection portion, so that the support portion 322 is removed when the display 200 is assembled. When the first housing 10 is connected to the second housing 20, the supporting portion 322 abuts against the second plane. When the first housing 10 is assembled with the support 30, the support portion 322 is removed, and the connection portion 321 is connected to the first peripheral sidewall 12. When the support member 30 is connected to the first housing 10, the connecting portion 321 at least partially overlaps the first peripheral sidewall 12 along the width direction of the display 200, i.e. the direction indicated by arrow B in fig. 3, and the connection manner includes, but is not limited to, adhesion, fastening, interference fit, etc.
Since the first portion 311 of the back plate 31 of the support 30 protrudes from the second portion 312, the housing assembled by the first housing 10 and the support 30 has a structure with a thin upper portion and a thick lower portion, as shown in fig. 4 and 5. The circuit board 202 is disposed between the inner side surface of the first portion 311 and the first plane 11, that is, the circuit board 202 is accommodated in a space enclosed by the first portion 311 and the connection portion 321, so that vibration of the circuit board 202 can be reduced, and the size of the display 200 can be reduced, which is beneficial to the development of thinning of the display 200. The portion of the display screen panel 201 not covered by the circuit board 202 is disposed between the inner side surface of the second portion 312 and the first plane 11, so that the display screen panel 201 and the circuit board 202 are fixed between the first housing 10 and the supporting member 30, completing the assembly of the display 200. In other embodiments, the inner side of the back plate 31 is further provided with a supporting structure (not shown) such as a stiffener, so as to further fix the display screen panel 201 and the circuit board 202.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4 again, the first peripheral sidewall 12 of the first housing 10 is further provided with a plurality of through slots 121, and keys and connection ports on the side of the circuit board 202 are respectively exposed from the plurality of through slots 121, so as to operate the display 200 and connect with external devices. The plurality of through grooves 121 are further provided with detachable blocking pieces, and when the first housing 10 is connected with the supporting member 30, the blocking pieces in the through grooves 121 are removed, so that the installation of the display screen panel 201 and the circuit board 202 is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 6, in an embodiment, the first peripheral sidewall 12 of the first housing 10 is further provided with a foldable positioning portion 122, and the third peripheral sidewall 32 of the supporting member 30 is provided with a positioning groove 323 corresponding to the positioning portion 122. When the first housing 10 is connected to the support 30, the positioning portion 122 may be bent to the outer surface of the third peripheral sidewall 32 and inserted into the positioning groove 323, so as to achieve connection and fixation between the first housing 10 and the support 30, and simplify the assembly process of the display 200.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in an embodiment, a mounting groove 33 may be further formed in the back plate 31 of the support member 30, after the baffle 13 on the first housing 10 is removed from the first plane 11, the baffle 13 is bent into a triangular prism shape according to the scale marks on the baffle 13, and the triangular prism portion formed by bending the baffle 13 is inserted into the mounting groove 33 to form a back support of the display 200, so as to support the display 200, thereby facilitating improvement of stability of the display 200 when being placed.

Claims (9)

1. A display package, comprising:
a first housing;
the second shell is detachably connected with the first shell;
the support piece is arranged between the first shell and the second shell and is used for supporting a display screen panel;
the first shell comprises a first plane and a first peripheral side wall arranged around the first plane, an opening is formed in the first plane, a detachable baffle is arranged in the opening, the support piece comprises a back plate and a third peripheral side wall arranged around the back plate, the third peripheral side wall is used for being connected with the first peripheral side wall when the support piece is taken out from the first shell and the second shell, the first shell and the support piece are connected to form a shell matched with the display screen panel in a display, and the display area of the display screen panel is exposed out of the opening when the baffle is detached;
the third peripheral side wall comprises a connecting part and a supporting part, the connecting part and the backboard are integrally formed, and the supporting part is arranged on one side of the connecting part, which is away from the backboard;
when the display is in a packaging state, the first shell is connected with the second shell, and the supporting part is propped against the second shell;
when the display is in an assembled state, the supporting part is separated from the connecting part, and when the first shell is connected with the supporting piece, the first peripheral side wall is connected with the connecting part to form the shell.
