The method realizes the automatic source searching of the polling quotation, and the paperless online polling quotation is initiated after the automatic source searching, thereby not only reducing the off-line paper bill circulation, but also reducing the manual communication cost and improving the quotation data processing efficiency.
The embodiment of the application also provides a quotation data processing device which is used for executing any embodiment of the quotation data processing method. In particular, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic block diagram of an offer data processing apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present application.

Therefore, based on the mode, the price inquiry list can be quickly generated according to the price inquiry information.

In this embodiment, after receiving the price inquiry list, each target provider receiving end needs to reply within the reply valid duration corresponding to the price inquiry list to be regarded as valid quotation information, so that after receiving all valid quotation information, the server stores the valid quotation information in a local database, and the valid quotation information is still in a confidential and undisplayed state.

And the price comparing unit 105 is used for acquiring the stored effective quotation information and performing ascending order to obtain a quotation price comparing result.
In this embodiment, since the effective quotation information is already stored in the server, the effective quotation information may be compared in the server and then sorted according to ascending order to obtain the quotation price comparison result. For example, when the effective quotation information is sorted in ascending order, a bubbling method may be used for sorting, so as to improve the efficiency of obtaining the sorting result.

And then, when the server sorts the effective quotation information, the minimum quotation is automatically calculated according to the materials and the cross table of the suppliers to obtain the quotation price comparison result, and the quotation price comparison result is stored in a database.
In addition, the obtained effective quotation information purchasing parties can view the quotation records of the suppliers on line, and can view and know the quotation records and the conditions of the suppliers more clearly; the historical provider price report records can also provide price data support for subsequent businesses, and price comparison can be performed in multiple dimensions, so that the price comparison process is clearer.
And the pricing unit 106 is used for acquiring target effective quotation information in the quotation price comparison result based on a preset price comparison acquisition strategy.
In this embodiment, the general purchasing party selects the price with the lowest price for purchasing, or selects the effective price information of the top N digits (N is a ranking threshold value set by user in a self-defining manner, and the ranking threshold value is a positive integer) of the price ascending order to restart the price inquiring flow again. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic block diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present application. The computer device 500 is a server, or a cluster of servers. The server may be an independent server, or may be a cloud server that provides cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communications, middleware services, domain name services, security services, content delivery networks (Content Delivery Network, CDN), and basic cloud computing services such as big data and artificial intelligence platforms.
Referring to fig. 4, the computer apparatus 500 includes a processor 502, a memory, and a network interface 505, which are connected by a device bus 501, wherein the memory may include a storage medium 503 and an internal memory 504.
