Under the non-connection payment scene under the online, when the user needs to use a plurality of payment accounts to pay the same bill, the payment cards corresponding to the plurality of payment accounts respectively need to be taken out, and the operation of swiping the card is respectively carried out, so that the user operation is too cumbersome, and mistakes are easily made.
In order to solve the problems of the prior art, the embodiments of the present application provide a payment method, apparatus, device, medium, and product. The payment method can be applied to a scene of offline card swiping payment, and the payment method provided by the embodiment of the application is introduced firstly below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a payment method according to an embodiment of the present application. The payment method may be performed by a payment receiving terminal device, which may be, for example, a point of sale (POS) machine.
As shown in fig. 1, the payment method may specifically include the following steps:
s110, acquiring a transaction amount corresponding to a target bill to be paid;
s120, reading first account information in the target payment card through a first card reader under the condition that the target payment card is detected;
s130, acquiring first balance information corresponding to a first account in a target payment card according to the first account information, wherein the target payment card corresponds to a plurality of payment accounts of a target user, and the plurality of payment accounts comprise the first account and a second account;
s140, determining a first payment amount corresponding to the first account and a second payment amount corresponding to the second account based on the first balance information and the transaction amount;
s150, acquiring second account information in the target payment card through a second card reader;
and S160, carrying out deduction processing on the second account according to the second payment amount and the first account according to the first account information and the first payment amount so as to pay the target bill.
Therefore, first balance information corresponding to a first account in the target payment card is obtained by utilizing first account information in the target payment card read by the first card reader, and then, in combination with transaction amount corresponding to a target bill, a first payment amount corresponding to the first account and a second payment amount corresponding to a second account in the target payment card are determined, then, second account information in the target payment card is obtained by the second card reader, and according to the second account information, the second account is deducted according to the second payment amount, and according to the first account information, the first account is deducted according to the first payment amount, so that payment of the target bill is realized.
Specific implementations of the above steps are described below.
In some embodiments, in S110, the target bill may be a bill generated when the user makes a purchase online, and the bill may be, for example, a bill generated by a cashier after the cashier enters the items purchased by the user. Wherein the transaction amount may be an amount to be paid by the target bill.
For example, after the user can purchase the selected item on line, the cashier or the user himself/herself inputs the information of the selected item into the cashier system to generate the target bill. When a cashier or a user clicks a settlement button on the cashier system and selects a payment card for payment, the cashier system can be triggered to send the transaction amount to be paid to the collection terminal device, and therefore the collection terminal device can receive the transaction amount corresponding to the target bill to be paid currently.
In some embodiments, in S120 and S130, the target payment card may be a card capable of wireless sensing, such as an IC card. In addition, account information corresponding to a plurality of payment accounts can be stored in the target payment card, so that the target payment card can correspond to the plurality of payment accounts. The plurality of payment accounts may include a plurality of types of payment accounts such as financial accounts, digital currency accounts, and the like. The financial account may be, for example, a bank account and the digital currency account may be, for example, a digital currency hard wallet account.
In some examples, the first account and the second account may include any combination between a digital currency account and a financial account.
Illustratively, the first account in the target payment card may be a digital currency account and the second account may be a financial account, and conversely, the first account may also be a financial account and the second account may also be a digital currency account. Of course, the first account and the second account may also be different accounts corresponding to the same user under the same type, for example, two payment accounts opened by the user at a certain bank, which is not limited herein.
In addition, the condition that the target payment card is detected may be that the user uses the target payment card to approach the collection terminal device, or uses the target payment card to perform a card swiping operation on the collection terminal device. Therefore, the collection terminal device can acquire the account information in the target payment card, and further perform operations such as balance inquiry, deduction and the like.
In some examples, when the receiving terminal device detects the target payment card, account information corresponding to a plurality of payment accounts in the target payment card may be read at one time through a card reader disposed in the receiving terminal device, where first account information corresponding to the first account may include an account identifier of the first account, a user identity identifier, and the like, and then the receiving terminal device may query first balance information in the first account from the corresponding first mechanism according to the first account information. Of course, the first account information may also directly include the first balance information, so that the first balance information may be directly extracted from the first account information.
In addition, because the existing collection terminal device generally has only one card reader and can only read account information corresponding to one account, in order to enable the collection terminal device to read account information of multiple types of accounts in one payment card, multiple card readers can be correspondingly arranged in the collection terminal device, wherein one type of account can correspond to one card reader.
In some embodiments, a first card reader and a second card reader may be integrated into the payment receiving terminal device, where the first card reader is configured to read first account information in the target payment card, and the second card reader is configured to read second account information in the target payment card.
For example, a modified POS machine may be used to read a card of a payment card integrated with a financial account and a digital currency account, i.e., a combination card, during a payment process. The modified POS machine is integrated with a card reader for reading account information corresponding to the financial account, namely the card reader for reading the financial account information, and also integrated with a card reader for reading account information corresponding to the digital currency account, namely the card reader for reading the digital currency account information.
In some specific examples, when the receiving terminal device detects the target payment card, first account information in the target payment card may be read through a first card reader disposed in the receiving terminal device, and then first balance information in the first account may be obtained through the first account information.
In some embodiments, in S140, the balance in the first account may be determined according to the first balance information, and then a first payment amount required to be paid by the first account and a second payment amount required to be paid by the second account may be determined according to the balance in the first account and the transaction amount corresponding to the target bill.
In a possible case, the payment amount corresponding to each account may be specified by the user, and by querying the balance in the first account, when it is determined that the balance in the first account is greater than the payment amount specified by the user, that is, when the balance is sufficient, the payment amount corresponding to the first account specified by the user is determined as a first payment amount corresponding to the first account, and the payment amount corresponding to the second account specified by the user is determined as a second payment amount corresponding to the second account.
In another possible case, the payment amount corresponding to each account can be determined based on the account usage priority by setting the account deduction priority. In the embodiment of the application, the use priority of the first account is higher than that of the second account, and when the balance in the first account is smaller than the transaction amount, the second account is used for paying the balance.
Based on this, in some examples, the S140 may specifically include:
according to the first balance information, taking the balance in the first account as a first payment amount corresponding to the first account;
calculating the difference between the transaction amount and the balance in the first account based on the first balance information and the transaction amount to obtain a difference to be paid;
and taking the difference to be paid as a second payment amount corresponding to the second account.
For example, the balance in the first account may be determined through the queried first balance information, and then, in a case that the balance in the first account is smaller than the transaction amount, the amount in the first account may be determined as a first payment amount corresponding to the first account, and a difference between the transaction amount and the balance, that is, a difference to be paid, may be determined as a second payment amount corresponding to the second account.
In this way, the balance in the first account is used as the first payment amount corresponding to the first account, and the difference between the transaction amount and the balance in the first account, namely the difference to be paid, is determined as the second payment amount corresponding to the second account, so that when small funds exist in the first account, the small funds are fully utilized, and the use probability of the remaining small funds in the payment account is improved.
In some embodiments, in S150 and S160, after determining the first payment amount corresponding to the first account and the second payment amount corresponding to the second account, the second card reader in the payment terminal device may be used to read the second account information in the target payment card, and further, the second account information and the first account information obtained in the previous step are used to deduct the corresponding payment amount from the second account and the first account, respectively.
In some examples, the deduction process may be performed on the second account according to the second account information for the second payment amount, and in case of successful deduction, the deduction process may be performed on the first account according to the first account information for the first payment amount. Of course, the first account may be deducted and then the second account may be deducted. The deduction process can also be carried out on the first account and the second account at the same time. That is, the deduction order between the first account and the second account is not limited herein.
Based on this, in some embodiments, the S160 may specifically include:
according to the second account information, sending a first deduction request to a second mechanism corresponding to the second account, wherein the first deduction request is used for indicating the second mechanism to execute deduction operation on the second account according to the second payment amount, and generating a first deduction result;
receiving a first deduction result returned by the second mechanism;
and sending a second deduction request to a first mechanism corresponding to the first account according to the first account information under the condition that the first deduction result is that the deduction is successful, wherein the second deduction request is used for indicating the first mechanism to execute deduction operation on the first account according to the first payment amount.
Here, the second institution may be a payment institution corresponding to the second account, and the first institution may be a payment institution corresponding to the first account, for example, if the second account is a financial account, the first institution is a financial institution corresponding to the financial account, and if the first account is a digital money account, the second institution is a digital money management institution corresponding to the digital money account.
For example, if the first account is a digital currency account and the second account is a financial account, the first deduction request may be sent to a financial institution corresponding to the financial account, where the first deduction request may include financial account consumption transaction information, and the financial account consumption transaction information may specifically include information such as an account identifier, a user identifier, and a second payment amount, so that the financial institution performs a deduction operation on the financial account according to the financial account consumption transaction information to obtain a first deduction result. After the receiving terminal device receives the first deduction result, the receiving terminal device may continue to send a second deduction request to the digital money management mechanism corresponding to the digital money account when the first deduction result is successful, where the second deduction request may include digital money transaction data, and the digital money transaction data may specifically include at least one of an old money invalidation instruction and a new money generation instruction for the digital money account, so that the digital money management mechanism may execute at least one of the old money invalidation and the new money generation according to the instruction, thereby implementing the deduction operation for the digital money account.
In addition, when the first deduction result is deduction failure, the transaction process can be terminated, and transaction failure prompt information can be output.
In some embodiments, after the first mechanism performs the deduction operation, a second deduction result may be generated, and based on this, the payment method provided in this embodiment may further include:
receiving a second deduction result returned by the first mechanism based on the second deduction request;
and in the case that the second deduction result is successful, executing bill generation and printing operation.
In addition, under the condition that the second deduction result is deduction failure, the transaction process can be terminated, and transaction failure prompt information can be output.
In addition, in order to be compatible with the characteristic that the existing collection terminal device can only read account information corresponding to one account at a time, in the embodiment of the application, the modified collection terminal device can be read by alternately powering on two card readers as required.
On this basis, in some embodiments, before the foregoing S120, the payment method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include:
and controlling the first card reader in the cash collecting terminal equipment to be powered on.
For example, the payee terminal device may search for the target payment card by using the first card reader after being powered up in a manner of powering up the first card reader, so as to read the first account information in the target payment card when the target payment card approaches the payee terminal device. At this time, the second card reader can be in a power-down state and does not work. Therefore, the receiving terminal device can obtain the first account information, and extract or query the balance corresponding to the first account from the first account information, that is, the first balance information.
In addition, in some embodiments, before the foregoing S150, the payment method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include:
and controlling the second card reader in the cash collecting terminal device to be powered on.
For example, the payee terminal device may further search for the target payment card by using the second card reader after being powered up in a manner of powering up the second card reader, so as to read the second account information in the target payment card. At this point, the first card reader may continue to be in a powered-on state.
Based on this, in order to be compatible with the existing card reading mechanism of the cash receiving terminal device and avoid the problem of card searching conflict caused by the fact that the two account information are read simultaneously, when the second card reader is powered on, the first card reader can be in a power-off state and does not work.
In some embodiments, before the step of controlling the second card reader in the cash receiving terminal device to be powered on, the payment method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include:
and controlling the first card reader in the cash receiving terminal equipment to be powered down.
Therefore, the first card reader and the second card reader are powered on alternately, so that the money receiving terminal equipment can be ensured to read only one account information in the target payment card at a time, and the problem of card searching conflict is avoided.
In addition, in some embodiments, before the step of performing a deduction process on the first account according to the first payment amount according to the first account information in S160, the payment method provided in this embodiment of the application may further include:
controlling a second card reader in the collection terminal device to be powered off;
and controlling a first card reader in the cash receiving terminal equipment to be powered on, and reading first account information in the target payment card through the first card reader.
For example, before deducting the first account, the payment receiving terminal device may further control the powered second card reader to perform a power-down operation, and then, in a manner of powering on the first card reader, the powered first card reader is used to find the target payment card, so as to read the first account information in the target payment card.
Therefore, the collection terminal device can obtain the first account information and deduct money from the first account based on the first account information. The deduction process includes, but is not limited to, sending, by the receiving terminal device, a second deduction request to the first mechanism corresponding to the first account, so that the first mechanism performs a corresponding deduction operation in response to the second deduction request, and for a specific process, reference may be made to the foregoing related content part, which is not described herein again.
Therefore, by modifying the collection terminal equipment and adopting the mode of alternately electrifying the two card readers, the problem of card searching conflict when the existing collection terminal equipment reads account information corresponding to two accounts is solved, the card reading operation of two different accounts in the same payment card under a non-contact scene is realized, and the combined payment by utilizing a plurality of payment accounts corresponding to the same payment card becomes possible.
In addition, in order to ensure that the payment process is performed smoothly and avoid the situation that the payment of the second account is failed due to insufficient balance but the deduction is continued to be performed on the first account, in some embodiments, the step of performing the deduction processing on the second account according to the second payment amount according to the second account information may specifically include:
acquiring second balance information corresponding to the second account according to the second account information;
determining whether the balance in the second account is less than a second payment amount according to the second balance information;
when the balance in the second account is not less than the second payment amount, deducting the second account according to the second payment amount;
and under the condition that the balance in the second account is less than the second payment amount, terminating the transaction process and outputting transaction failure prompt information.
For example, the balance in the second account may be firstly queried based on the second account information, that is, the second balance information may specifically be that the receiving terminal device sends a balance query request for the second account to the second institution according to the second account information, and after receiving the request, the second institution may query the second balance information of the second account according to the second account information and return the second balance information to the receiving terminal device. Therefore, the money receiving terminal device can terminate the transaction process in time and output the transaction failure prompt information on the display screen of the money receiving terminal device under the condition that the balance in the second account is determined to be smaller than the second payment amount needing to be paid. The transaction failure prompt message includes but is not limited to prompt messages in the form of images, words, symbols, sounds and the like, so as to prompt the user of payment failure. If the balance in the second account is determined to be not less than the second payment amount needing to be paid by the receiving terminal device, the deduction processing can be normally carried out on the second account according to the second payment amount.
Therefore, through the process, the situation that the payment of the second account fails due to insufficient balance of the second account but the first account is continuously deducted can be avoided, so that unnecessary refund operation on the first account when the payment of the second account fails can be avoided, and the payment process is simplified while the smooth proceeding of the payment process is ensured. In order to better describe the whole scheme, some specific examples are given based on the above-mentioned various embodiments.
For example, the payment method provided by the embodiment of the present application can be applied to the architecture shown in fig. 2, which is specifically described in detail with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is an architecture diagram to which the payment method provided in the present application is applicable.
As shown in fig. 2, the architecture diagram may include a payment card 21, a payment receiving terminal 22, an acquirer 23, and a plurality of payment mechanisms 24. The acquiring unit 23 may be a unit that provides the receiving terminal device 22, and the receiving terminal device 22 may transmit information (for example, information such as a deduction request and a deduction result) through the acquiring unit 23 when the information is exchanged with a plurality of payment units.
In addition, the plurality of payment mechanisms 24 may include a payment mechanism corresponding to each of a plurality of accounts corresponding to the payment card 21, for example, a first mechanism corresponding to a first account of the payment card 21 and a second mechanism corresponding to a second account of the payment card 21 may be included.
Based on the above framework, a specific example is given below by taking the first account as the digital currency account and the second account as the financial account.
A payment method flow diagram as shown in figure 3. The payment method may include S301-S314, which are explained in detail below.
S301, acquiring transaction amount;
s302, powering on the digital currency account information card reader, and reading account information corresponding to the digital currency account in the payment card;
s303, acquiring the balance of the digital currency account;
s304, calculating the difference amount due to the financial account based on the transaction amount and the balance of the digital currency account;
s305, powering on the financial account information card reader, and reading account information corresponding to the financial account in the payment card;
s306, acquiring the balance of the financial account;
s307, determining whether the balance of the financial account is less than the difference amount to be paid, if so, executing S314; if not, executing S308;
s308, deducting the money of the financial account according to the difference amount payable;
s309, determining whether the money deduction is successful, if so, executing S310; if not, executing S314;
s310, powering on the digital currency account information card reader, and reading account information corresponding to the digital currency account in the payment card;
s311, sending a waste instruction aiming at the currency in the digital currency account so as to clear the balance of the digital currency account;
s312, determining whether the currency invalidation is successful, if so, executing S313; if not, executing S314;
s313, printing a bill;
and S314, terminating the transaction process and outputting transaction failure information.
Therefore, through the process, the money receiving terminal equipment can read the account information of the digital currency account and the financial account in the payment card in sequence and deduct the transaction amount from the financial account and the digital currency account respectively, so that a cardholder can be allowed to fully utilize the residual small amount of funds in the digital currency account, and the utilization rate of the financial IC card is also improved.
More specifically, the following takes the first account as a digital money hard wallet, the second account as a financial account, and the money receiving terminal device as a POS terminal, as a specific example.
