In order to solve the problems of the prior art, embodiments of the present application provide a payment method, apparatus, device, medium, and product. The payment method can be applied to a scene of online shopping, and a framework suitable for the payment method provided by the embodiment of the application is introduced below.
Fig. 1 is an architecture diagram to which the payment method provided in the present application is applicable. As shown in fig. 1, a cashier system 10 and at least one mobile terminal 11 may be included in the architecture. The mobile terminal 11 may be a mobile device such as a smart phone, a smart watch, a smart bracelet, and a tablet computer. The cashier system 10 may include a cashier terminal, a plurality of UWB signal base stations, and a software and hardware device with built-in UWB communication function, and support a plurality of payment methods. The plurality of UWB signal base stations can be distributed and arranged near the cash register area, so that the plurality of UWB signal base stations form a UWB signal induction area through networking, and a safe payment area, namely a target position area, is arranged based on the UWB signal induction area. In addition, the mobile terminal at the user side is also internally provided with a software and hardware device with the UWB communication function, and has various payment functions. The cashier system and the user terminal can communicate information through the UWB signal base station and complete the transaction process through the communication layer and the application layer protocol.
For example, after the mobile terminal 11 enters the UWB signal sensing area, the UWB signal base station in the cashier system 10 may determine the location information of the mobile terminal 11 based on the time of flight (ToF) of the communication message, and further determine whether the mobile terminal 11 enters the secure payment area, and after it is determined that the mobile terminal 11 has entered the secure payment area, the payment operation process may be triggered.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2a, UWB hardware 101, drivers 102, and routing tables 103 may be included in the cashier system 10. The UWB hardware 101 may be configured to receive, transmit, and process information based on UWB signals, the driver 102 may be configured to drive the UWB hardware 101 to operate, and the routing table 103 may be configured to store connection information corresponding to each mobile terminal.
Similarly, as shown in fig. 2b, UWB hardware 111, drivers 112, and routing tables 113 may be included in mobile terminal 11. The UWB hardware 111 may be configured to receive, transmit, and process information based on the UWB signal, the driver 112 may be configured to drive the UWB hardware 111 to operate, and the routing table 113 may be configured to store connection information corresponding to the cash register system.
Through newly increasing above-mentioned each software and hardware module at cashier's system and user terminal for both possess UWB communication function and supporting interface program, change the function interface between cashier's system and the user mobile terminal under the traditional mode, delete by the link of cashier's operation on the cashier's desk originally, change into cashier's system with the help of the UWB technique, both sides carry out the payment information interaction, acquire the payment mode that user mobile terminal selected, and then replace the operation of cashier on the cashier's desk.
In addition, the cashier system and the mobile terminal may perform communication with other external electronic devices based on UWB signals and perform information exchange based on UWB signals. For example, after receiving the payment request, the cashier system may forward the payment information to the background payee for settlement by using UWB signals (or other communication methods). After the transaction is completed, the cash receiving end can also feed back the transaction result to the cash register system by using UWB signals, so that the cash register system can accurately provide the transaction result to the user mobile terminal in real time and display the transaction result. The other communication modes include but are not limited to WIFI network communication, bluetooth network communication, 5G network communication and the like.
Based on the above framework, the embodiment of the application provides a payment method, which is specifically shown as follows.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a payment method provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the payment method may specifically include the following steps:
s310, under the condition that the mobile terminal exists in the target position area, the cashier system obtains terminal information corresponding to the mobile terminal;
s320, the cashier system acquires order information corresponding to the mobile terminal according to the terminal information;
s330, the cashier system sends order information to the mobile terminal;
s340, displaying order information by the mobile terminal;
s350, the mobile terminal receives a first input of a user based on order information;
s360, the mobile terminal responds to the first input and determines a target payment mode;
s370, the mobile terminal sends a payment request to the cashier system, wherein the payment request comprises a target payment mode;
and S380, the cashier system responds to the payment request and carries out payment processing on the order to be paid corresponding to the order information based on the target payment mode.
Therefore, a target position area is set by utilizing a plurality of UWB signal base stations in the cashier system, when a mobile terminal exists in the target position area, the cashier system obtains terminal information corresponding to the mobile terminal, further obtains corresponding order information based on the terminal information, and sends the order information to the mobile terminal for confirmation by a user, so that the user can determine a target payment mode based on the order information on the mobile terminal and initiate payment, and further when the cashier system receives a payment request sent by the mobile terminal, payment processing is carried out on an order to be paid corresponding to the order information according to the target payment mode included in the payment request. Therefore, the payment mode can be selected on the mobile terminal without any operation of a cashier on a cashier desk, the payment process of the order is automatically completed, the payment operation process is simplified, and the payment efficiency is improved.
First, a payment method applied to the cashier system will be described in detail.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a payment method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the payment method may specifically include the following steps:
s410, under the condition that a mobile terminal exists in a target position area, acquiring terminal information corresponding to the mobile terminal, wherein the target position area is a safety payment area which is covered and set by networking based on a plurality of UWB signal base stations;
s420, obtaining order information corresponding to the mobile terminal according to the terminal information;
s430, sending order information to the mobile terminal to enable the mobile terminal to determine a target payment mode based on the order information;
s440, receiving a payment request sent by the mobile terminal, wherein the payment request comprises a target payment mode;
s450, responding to the payment request, and performing payment processing on the order to be paid corresponding to the order information based on the target payment mode.
Therefore, a target position area is set by utilizing a plurality of UWB signal base stations in the cashier system, when a mobile terminal exists in the target position area, terminal information corresponding to the mobile terminal is obtained, corresponding order information is obtained based on the terminal information, and the order information is sent to the mobile terminal to be confirmed by a user. Therefore, the payment mode can be selected on the mobile terminal without any operation of a cashier on a cashier desk, the payment process of the order is automatically completed, the payment operation process is simplified, and the payment efficiency is improved.
Specific implementations of the above steps are described below.
In some embodiments, in S410, the target location area may be located at an exit of an offline shopping store, and a plurality of UWB signal base stations may be located around the target location area, so that when a mobile terminal including a UWB functional module enters a UWB signal sensing area covered by a UWB signal base station network, the cashier system may locate the mobile terminal through the UWB signal base station and obtain terminal information corresponding to the mobile terminal after determining that the mobile terminal enters the target location area. The terminal information may include identification information and connection information, where the identification information includes, but is not limited to, a device identification code, a mobile phone number, and the connection information includes, but is not limited to, a Media Access Control (MAC) address.
For example, after it is determined that the mobile terminal enters the target location area, the cashier system and the mobile terminal can exchange terminal information when performing communication handshake through UWB signals in the secure payment area.
Based on this, in some examples, before S410 described above, the payment method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include:
positioning the mobile terminal according to UWB signals corresponding to the mobile terminal and received by the UWB signal base stations to obtain a first position of the mobile terminal;
in a case where the first location is within the target location area, it is determined that a mobile terminal is present in the target location area.
Here, the cashier system may communicate directly with the mobile terminal of the user through a UWB signal base station.
For example, after the UWB signal base station detects that a mobile terminal enters the UWB signal sensing area, through communication between the mobile terminal and each UWB signal base station, the cashier system may position the mobile terminal based on the signal flight time and the position coordinates of each UWB signal base station to obtain the real-time position of the mobile terminal, and may further determine whether the mobile terminal enters the set security payment area, that is, the target position area, based on the real-time position.
In some embodiments, in S420, after receiving the terminal information of the mobile terminal, the cashier system may retrieve the order information of the user in the background according to all or part of the information (e.g., information such as a mobile phone number) in the terminal information. The order information may be order information generated after the user has purchased the commodity and the staff enters the commodity purchased by the user in the cashier system. Of course, the order information may be generated after the user enters the purchased goods into the self-service cash register system after the user purchases the goods. The method of generating order information is not limited herein.
Here, the order information may include contents such as merchant information, commodity quantity, commodity unit price, total amount of transaction, and time stamp.
In some embodiments, in S430, after the cashier system retrieves the order information corresponding to the mobile terminal, the order information may be sent to the mobile terminal to display the order information on the mobile terminal. Therefore, the user can select or confirm the payment mode on the mobile terminal based on the order information to obtain the corresponding target payment mode.
In addition, in some examples, the order information may further include authentication flag information, where the authentication flag information is used for the mobile terminal to perform validity authentication on the order information.
Here, the authentication flag information may be information such as an information header flag for performing legitimacy authentication.
For example, after receiving the order information sent by the cashier system, the mobile terminal may parse the order information, obtain information such as an information header mark, and confirm the validity of the order information through the information. On the premise of confirming the legality, acquiring the contents of merchant information, commodity quantity, commodity unit price, total transaction amount, time stamp and the like contained in the contents, and activating a local program to display the contents to a user through a graphical interface, wherein the graphical interface can display information in the forms of images, characters and the like.
Therefore, the order information can be validated by carrying the authentication mark information in the order information, and the safety of the payment operation is further improved.
In addition, the embodiment of the application provides two payment modes, wherein one mode is a mode that the user freely selects a payment mode, and the other mode is a mode that the system recommends the payment mode.
For the mode of recommending the payment method by the system, in some examples, the S430 may specifically include:
and sending order information and recommended payment mode information to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal determines a target payment mode based on the order information and the recommended payment mode information.
Here, since there may be a case where the payment institution cooperates with the merchant or a case where a certain payment method is greatly favored, the cashier system may push the recommended payment method to the user in synchronization, that is, send the recommended payment method information to the mobile terminal, in the process of sending the retrieved order information to the mobile terminal for the user to confirm. The recommended payment method information may include payment method identification information, matching discount information, and the like.
For example, when order information is displayed on the mobile terminal, corresponding recommended payment method information may be displayed based on the order information to attract the user to select a payment method corresponding to the recommended payment method information.
Therefore, by actively pushing the recommended payment mode and confirming the payment mode on the mobile terminal by the user, the entrance selected by the user for payment is guided while the manual operation is avoided, and the cooperation between the merchant and the payment mechanism is promoted.
In addition, since the cashier system may communicate with a plurality of mobile terminals at the same time, in order to enable the cashier system to accurately send the order information to the corresponding mobile terminal, in some examples, after the step S410, the payment method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include:
storing the identification information and the connection information into a routing table in an associated manner;
accordingly, the above S430 includes:
acquiring connection information corresponding to the mobile terminal from the routing table according to the identification information;
and sending order information to the mobile terminal based on the connection information.
For example, the device identification code or the mobile phone number of the mobile terminal and the corresponding MAC address may be stored in the routing table, so that when the cashier system retrieves the order information corresponding to the mobile phone number, the corresponding MAC address may be queried from the routing table through the mobile phone number or the device identification code associated with the mobile phone number, and then the order information may be accurately sent to the mobile terminal corresponding to the order information through the MAC address.
Therefore, by the information storage mode, the accuracy of order information sending can be improved, a plurality of mobile terminals can be communicated with the cash register system at the same time, the cash register system can execute a plurality of payment operation processes at the same time, and the payment efficiency is further improved.
In some embodiments, in S440 and S450, after the user confirms the order information on the mobile terminal and selects or confirms the target payment method, the order payment may be directly initiated on the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal sends a payment request to the cash register system. The payment request may include authentication tag information, a timestamp, and the like, in addition to the target payment method.
Illustratively, the cashier system receives a payment request initiated by the user mobile terminal, analyzes the payment request, and performs payment processing on the order to be paid corresponding to the order information according to a target payment mode carried in the payment request.
Based on this, in some examples, the S450 specifically may include:
calling a payment interface corresponding to the target payment mode;
and sending target payment information to the corresponding collection end through the payment interface, wherein the target payment information is used for indicating the collection end to execute deduction processing aiming at the order to be paid corresponding to the order information.
For example, the cashier system may generate payment information corresponding to the order to be paid, that is, target payment information, where the payment information may include account information, deduction amount information, and other information required when the order is paid. And the cashier system automatically matches a payment interface corresponding to the target payment mode based on the analysis result of the payment request, activates the payment service and initiates a payment deduction process to a background cash receiving end.
In some specific examples, if the target payment mode fed back by the mobile terminal is payment using a bank card of the bank a, the cashier system may send bank card information corresponding to the order to the receiving end of the bank a by calling a payment interface corresponding to the bank a, so that the receiving end of the bank a performs a deduction operation based on the bank card.
Therefore, different payment interfaces are automatically called to deduct money, and the money deduction processing of multiple payment modes can be realized by the cash register system, so that the cash register system can respond to different payment modes selected by a user at the mobile terminal, and the payment processing corresponding to different modes is realized.
In addition, the payment receiving end can feed back a payment result to the cash receiving system after the payment deduction processing is completed, and then the payment result is fed back to the corresponding mobile terminal through the UWB base station by the cash receiving system so as to display the payment result to the user on the mobile terminal, so that the real-time performance and the accuracy of the transaction result feedback can be improved, and the user experience is improved.
The above is a description of a payment method applied to the cashier system, and the following is a detailed description of a payment method applied to the mobile terminal.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a payment method according to another embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the payment method may specifically include the following steps:
s510, under the condition that the mobile terminal enters a target position area, sending self terminal information to a cashier system through a UWB signal base station so that the cashier system can obtain order information corresponding to the mobile terminal according to the terminal information, wherein the target position area is a safe payment area which is covered and set based on a plurality of UWB signal base stations in a networking mode;
s520, receiving order information sent by a cash register system;
s530, displaying order information;
s540, receiving a first input of a user based on order information;
s550, responding to the first input, and determining a target payment mode;
and S560, sending a payment request to the cashier system, wherein the payment request comprises a target payment mode, and the payment request is used for indicating the cashier system to carry out payment processing on the order to be paid corresponding to the order information based on the target payment mode.
Here, for the explanation of each step, reference may be made to the explanation of the relevant part in the above embodiments, and details are not described here.
The first input may be a selection input for the user to select a target payment method from a plurality of payment methods, or may be a confirmation input for the user to set a recommended payment method to the target payment method, which is not limited herein.
Therefore, when the mobile terminal enters the target position area, the terminal information of the mobile terminal is sent to the cashier system through the UWB signal base station, so that the cashier system obtains corresponding order information based on the terminal information and sends the order information to the mobile terminal for confirmation of a user, therefore, the user can determine a target payment mode on the mobile terminal based on the displayed order information and initiate payment, and further, when the cashier system receives a payment request sent by the mobile terminal, payment processing is carried out on an order to be paid corresponding to the order information according to the target payment mode included in the payment request. Therefore, the payment mode can be selected on the mobile terminal without any operation of a cashier on a cashier desk, the payment process of the order is automatically completed, the payment operation process is simplified, and the payment efficiency is improved.

After receiving the information sent by the cashier system, the mobile terminal can display the order information and the corresponding recommended payment mode information for the user to confirm and refer.
In addition, regarding the mode of recommending a payment method by the system, in some embodiments, the S540 may specifically include:
receiving a first input used by a user for confirming recommended payment mode information;
accordingly, the S550 may specifically include:
and determining that the payment mode corresponding to the recommended payment mode information is a target payment mode.
For example, in the mode of recommending payment methods by the system, the user can determine the target payment method directly by confirming the recommended payment method information sent by the system. For example, after the user completes confirmation of the order and the recommended payment method on the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal may activate the matched payment interface to initiate a payment request, and send the payment request to the cash register system, so that the cash register system performs payment processing in a corresponding manner.
In addition, for a mode in which the user freely selects the payment method, in some embodiments, before the foregoing S540, the payment method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include:
