The bid analysis and evaluation device according to claim 6, wherein the information collection module comprises a scoring bar unit, the scoring bar unit is used for displaying the contents of the specific items related to scoring in the questionnaire as a one-way scoring bar or a two-way scoring bar, and the evaluator can slide the one-way scoring bar or the two-way scoring bar for scoring.

9. The bid analysis and evaluation device of claim 6 wherein the analysis and evaluation module is further configured to mark a significant color for display when the scoring result of the evaluators in the bid analysis and evaluation data report exceeds a predetermined deviation value.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a computer, performs the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
