Abstract
本发明涉及一种提高导光效果的导光板及加工方法,属于LED技术领域。所述导光板呈矩形结构,所述导光板呈侧边设置有多个呈弧形结构的凹槽,所述凹槽中设置有硅胶,根据实际要求,裁剪设定尺寸的导光板,在导光板的侧边设置有多个凹槽,所述凹槽呈圆弧形结构,所述凹槽均布于所述导光板的侧边,在凹槽中填充硅胶,所述硅胶通过模顶工艺填充到凹槽中,对硅胶进行烘烤成型,烘烤温度为80摄氏度‑90摄氏度,硅胶成型后的硬度为20度‑40度。本发明的有益之处是:在导光板的侧边设置多个凹槽,在凹槽中设置硅胶,将灯珠压入到硅胶中,从而使灯珠与导光板紧密接触,提高了光照度,进而提高了导光板的导光效果,本发明结构简单,工艺新颖。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种提高导光效果的导光板及加工方法,属于LED技术领域。
背景技术
LED面板灯是一款高档的室内照明灯具,其外边框由铝合金经阳极氧化而成,光源为LED,整个灯具设计美观简洁、大气豪华,既有良好的照明效果,又能给人带来美的感受。LED面板灯设计独特,光经过高透光率的导光板后形成一种均匀的平面发光效果,照度均匀性好、光线柔和、舒适而不失明亮,可有效缓解眼疲劳。LED面板灯还能防辐射,不会刺激孕妇、老人、儿童的皮肤。
而导光板是LED面板灯中不可或缺的一个部件,使用的时候,将灯珠放置到导光板的侧边,灯珠发出的光发射到导光板中,现有的导光板由于结构问题,灯珠和导光板之间会有间隙,也就是灯珠不能完全与导光板贴合,这就导致灯珠发出的光有一部分被灯珠和导光板之间的空气发散到别的地方,也就是灯珠发出的光不能完全进入到导光板中,从而导致现有的导光板的导光效果不好,针对上述问题,行业中需要一种提高导光效果的导光板及加工方法,以解决行业中面临的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种提高导光效果的导光板及加工方法,以解决行业中面临的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种提高导光效果的导光板,所述导光板呈矩形结构,所述导光板呈侧边设置有多个呈弧形结构的凹槽,所述凹槽中设置有硅胶。
一种提高导光效果的导光板的加工方法,步骤如下:
A、根据实际要求,裁剪设定尺寸的导光板;
B、在导光板的侧边设置有多个凹槽,所述凹槽呈圆弧形结构,所述凹槽均布于所述导光板的侧边;
C、在凹槽中填充硅胶,所述硅胶通过模顶工艺填充到凹槽中;
D、对硅胶进行烘烤成型,烘烤温度为80摄氏度-90摄氏度;
E、所述硅胶成型后的硬度为20度-40度,所述硅胶的透明度为95%以上,所述硅胶的折射率是1.58-1.61。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:在导光板的侧边设置多个凹槽,在凹槽中设置硅胶,将灯珠压入到硅胶中,从而使灯珠与导光板紧密接触,提高了光照度,进而提高了导光板的导光效果,本发明结构简单,工艺新颖。

实施例1:
如图1所示,一种提高导光效果的导光板,所述导光板1呈矩形结构,所述导光板1呈侧边设置有多个呈弧形结构的凹槽2,所述凹槽2中设置有硅胶3。
一种提高导光效果的导光板的加工方法,步骤如下:
A、根据实际要求,裁剪设定尺寸的导光板1;
B、在导光板1的侧边设置有多个凹槽2,所述凹槽2呈圆弧形结构,所述凹槽2均布于所述导光板1的侧边;
C、在凹槽2中填充硅胶3,所述硅胶3通过模顶工艺填充到凹槽2中;
D、对硅胶3进行烘烤成型,烘烤温度为80摄氏度;
E、所述硅胶3成型后的硬度为20度,所述硅胶3的透明度为95%以上,所述硅胶3的折射率是1.58。
实施例2:
如图1所示,一种提高导光效果的导光板,所述导光板1呈矩形结构,所述导光板1呈侧边设置有多个呈弧形结构的凹槽2,所述凹槽2中设置有硅胶3。

C、在凹槽2中填充硅胶3,所述硅胶3通过模顶工艺填充到凹槽2中;
D、对硅胶3进行烘烤成型,烘烤温度为90摄氏度;
E、所述硅胶3成型后的硬度为40度,所述硅胶3的透明度为95%以上,所述硅胶3的折射率是1.61。

1.种提高导光效果的导光板,其特征在于:所述导光板(1)呈矩形结构,所述导光板(1)呈侧边设置有多个呈弧形结构的凹槽(2),所述凹槽(2)中设置有硅胶(3)。
2.一种提高导光效果的导光板的加工方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
根据实际要求,裁剪设定尺寸的导光板(1);
在导光板(1)的侧边设置有多个凹槽(2),所述凹槽(2)呈圆弧形结构,所述凹槽(2)均布于所述导光板(1)的侧边;
在凹槽(2)中填充硅胶(3),所述硅胶(3)通过模顶工艺填充到凹槽(2)中;
对硅胶(3)进行烘烤成型,烘烤温度为80摄氏度-90摄氏度;
硅胶(3)成型后的硬度为20度-40度,所述硅胶(3)的透明度为95%以上,所述硅胶(3)的折射率是1.58-1.61。
