本发明公开了一种细化CADI磨球石墨球粒径的工艺方法,包括如下步骤:将铁水浇铸至浇包,进行喂线球化孕育处理,然后加入二次孕育剂进行二次孕育处理,再冷却、打磨、清砂制得球墨铸铁铸态磨球;然后热处理得到CADI磨球,其中,二次孕育剂为被铁粉包覆的纳米CeO2颗粒和纳米硅颗粒。本发明制得的CADI磨球,球化率高,石墨球小,机械性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及CADI磨球技术领域,尤其涉及一种细化CADI磨球石墨球粒径的工艺方法。
背景技术
CADI磨球又称作含碳化物等温淬火球墨铸铁磨球,是球墨铸铁经等温淬火热处理得到的一种以奥铁体+碳化物为主要基体的强度高、塑韧性好的铸造合金磨球。除等温淬火热处理工艺影响外,其石墨球化率好坏,直接影响着CADI磨球的质量。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种细化CADI磨球石墨球粒径的工艺方法,本发明制得的CADI磨球,球化率高,石墨球小,机械性能好。
本发明提出了一种细化CADI磨球石墨球粒径的工艺方法,包括如下步骤:将铁水浇铸至浇包,进行喂线球化孕育处理,然后加入二次孕育剂进行二次孕育处理,再冷却、打磨、清砂制得球墨铸铁铸态磨球;然后热处理得到CADI磨球,其中,二次孕育剂为被铁粉包覆的纳米CeO2颗粒和纳米硅颗粒。
优选地,二次孕育剂中,纳米CeO2颗粒含量为25-30wt%、纳米硅颗粒的含量为52-56wt%。
优选地,二次孕育剂的粒径为2-4mm。
优选地,铁水和二次孕育剂的重量比为100:0.1-0.3。
优选地,喂线球化孕育处理时,球化包芯线的原料按照重量百分比包括:Mg:29.0-31.0%、RE:1.5-2.5%、Ca:2.0-3.0%、Si<48.0%、Al<1.0%、Ti≤0.3%,余量为Fe。
优选地,喂线球化孕育处理时,孕育包芯线的原料按照重量百分比包括:Ca:2.5-3.5%、Ba:2-4%、Si>68%、Al<1.0%、余量为Fe,其中各原料的重量百分比总和为100%。
优选地,球化包芯线、孕育包芯线的直径均为10-15mm。
优选地,喂线球化孕育处理时,每1吨铁水,球化包芯线用量为15-20m,孕育包芯线用量为20-30m。
优选地,浇铸温度为1380-1400℃;喂线球化孕育处理的温度为1420-1450℃。
优选地,热处理工艺为:于900-920℃保温2.5-3.5h,于240-250℃盐浴等温淬火3-4h,然后冷却至室温得到CADI磨球。
上述盐浴为硝酸盐;所述盐浴可以为硝酸钾、硝酸钠和亚硝酸钠的混合物的盐浴;硝酸钾、硝酸钠和亚硝酸钠的重量比为2:1:1。
上述铁水的原料按重量百分比包括:C:3.6-3.7%、Si:2.7-3.0%、Mn:2.0-2.5%、Cr:0.5-0.7%、Cu:0.2-0.3%、Re:0.01-0.02%、P≤0.05%、S≤0.03%、余量为Fe。
有益效果:
本发明采用被铁粉包覆的纳米CeO2颗粒和纳米硅颗粒作为二次孕育剂,可以增加石墨形核率,从而增加石墨个数,降低了石墨球的粒径;并且采用被铁粉包覆的纳米CeO2颗粒和纳米硅颗粒作为二次孕育剂,可以延缓石墨球长大及球化衰退,降低石墨球的粒径,提高石墨球化率;选用适宜配方球化包芯线、孕育包芯线进行喂线球化孕育处理,并与二次孕育剂配合可以进一步提高CADI磨球的球化率;选用适宜的热处理工艺,可以使CADI磨球组织中含有较高的残余奥氏体和碳含量,提高CADI磨球机械性能。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种细化CADI磨球石墨球粒径的工艺方法,包括如下步骤:
按照重量百分比:C:3.6%、Si:3.0%、Mn:2.0%、Cr:0.7%、Cu:0.2%、Re:0.02%、P≤0.05%、S≤0.03%、余量为Fe配料并熔炼得到铁水;
于1380℃将铁水浇铸至浇包,于1420℃进行喂线球化孕育处理,其中,球化包芯线、孕育包芯线的直径均为15mm;每1吨铁水,球化包芯线用量为15m,孕育包芯线用量为20m;
喂线球化孕育处理时,球化包芯线的原料按照重量百分比包括:Mg:29.0%、RE:2.5%、Ca:2.0%、Si<48.0%、Al<1.0%、Ti≤0.3%,余量为Fe;
喂线球化孕育处理时,孕育包芯线的原料按照重量百分比包括:Ca:2.5%、Ba:4%、Si:69%、Al<1.0%、余量为Fe;
然后加入粒径为2mm的二次孕育剂进行二次孕育处理,再冷却至室温、打磨、清砂制得球墨铸铁铸态磨球;其中,孕育剂为被铁粉包覆的纳米CeO2颗粒和纳米硅颗粒,纳米CeO2颗粒含量为25wt%、纳米硅颗粒的含量为56wt%;铁水和二次孕育剂的重量比为100:0.1;
取球墨铸铁铸态磨球于920℃保温1.5h,于250℃盐浴(盐浴为硝酸钾、硝酸钠和亚硝酸钠按重量比2:1:1组成的混合盐浴)等温淬火1.5h,然后冷却至室温得到CADI磨球。
实施例2
一种细化CADI磨球石墨球粒径的工艺方法,包括如下步骤:
按照重量百分比:C:3.7%、Si:2.7%、Mn:2.5%、Cr:0.5%、Cu:0.3%、Re:0.01%、P≤0.05%、S≤0.03%、余量为Fe配料并熔炼得到铁水;
于1400℃将铁水浇铸至浇包,于1450℃进行喂线球化孕育处理,其中,球化包芯线、孕育包芯线的直径均为10mm;每1吨铁水,球化包芯线用量为20m,孕育包芯线用量为30m;
喂线球化孕育处理时,球化包芯线的原料按照重量百分比包括:Mg:31.0%、RE:1.5%、Ca:3.0%、Si<48.0%、Al<1.0%、Ti≤0.3%,余量为Fe;
喂线球化孕育处理时,孕育包芯线的原料按照重量百分比包括:Ca:3.5%、Ba:2%、Si:70%、Al<1.0%、余量为Fe;
然后加入粒径为4mm的二次孕育剂进行二次孕育处理,再冷却至室温、打磨、清砂制得球墨铸铁铸态磨球;其中,孕育剂为被铁粉包覆的纳米CeO2颗粒和纳米硅颗粒,纳米CeO2颗粒含量为30wt%、纳米硅颗粒的含量为52wt%;铁水和二次孕育剂的重量比为100:0.3;
取球墨铸铁铸态磨球于900℃保温2h,于240℃盐浴(盐浴为硝酸钾、硝酸钠和亚硝酸钠按重量比2:1:1组成的混合盐浴)等温淬火2h,然后冷却至室温得到CADI磨球。
实施例3
一种细化CADI磨球石墨球粒径的工艺方法,包括如下步骤:
按照重量百分比:C:3.65%、Si:2.8%、Mn:2.2%、Cr:0.6%、Cu:0.25%、Re:0.015%、P≤0.05%、S≤0.03%、余量为Fe配料并熔炼得到铁水;
于1390℃将铁水浇铸至浇包,于1430℃进行喂线球化孕育处理,其中,球化包芯线、孕育包芯线的直径均为13mm;每1吨铁水,球化包芯线用量为18m,孕育包芯线用量为25m;
喂线球化孕育处理时,球化包芯线的原料按照重量百分比包括:Mg:30%、RE:2%、Ca:2.5%、Si<48.0%、Al<1.0%、Ti≤0.3%,余量为Fe;
优选地,喂线球化孕育处理时,孕育包芯线的原料按照重量百分比包括:Ca:3%、Ba:3%、Si:70%、Al<1.0%、余量为Fe;
然后加入粒径为3mm的二次孕育剂进行二次孕育处理,再冷却至室温、打磨、清砂制得球墨铸铁铸态磨球;其中,孕育剂为被铁粉包覆的纳米CeO2颗粒和纳米硅颗粒,纳米CeO2颗粒含量为27wt%、纳米硅颗粒的含量为54wt%;铁水和二次孕育剂的重量比为100:0.2;
取球墨铸铁铸态磨球于910℃保温1.8h,于245℃盐浴(盐浴为硝酸钾、硝酸钠和亚硝酸钠按重量比2:1:1组成的混合盐浴)等温淬火1.8h,然后冷却至室温得到CADI磨球。

将孕育剂替换成“孕育剂为被铁粉包覆的纳米CeO2颗粒,纳米CeO2颗粒含量为27wt%”,其他同实施例3。
对比例2
将孕育剂替换成“孕育剂为被铁粉包覆的纳米硅颗粒,纳米硅颗粒的含量为54wt%”,其他同实施例3。
对比例3
将孕育剂替换成“75FeSi孕育剂”,其他同实施例3。
检测实施例1-3和对比例1-3所得CADI磨球(直径均为100mm)的性能,结果如表1所示。按照GB/T9441-2009《球墨铸铁金相检验》统计球化率和石墨球大小等级。

由上表可以看出,本发明制得的CADI磨球,球化率高,石墨球小,机械性能好。

1.一种细化CADI磨球石墨球粒径的工艺方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将铁水浇铸至浇包,进行喂线球化孕育处理,然后加入二次孕育剂进行二次孕育处理,再冷却、打磨、清砂制得球墨铸铁铸态磨球;然后热处理得到CADI磨球,其中,二次孕育剂为被铁粉包覆的纳米CeO2颗粒和纳米硅颗粒;
其中,二次孕育剂中,纳米CeO2颗粒含量为25-30wt%、纳米硅颗粒的含量为52-56wt%;
铁水和二次孕育剂的重量比为100:0.1-0.3;
喂线球化孕育处理时,球化包芯线的原料按照重量百分比包括:Mg:29.0-31.0%、RE:1.5-2.5%、Ca:2.0-3.0%、Si<48.0%、Al<1.0%、Ti≤0.3%,余量为Fe;
喂线球化孕育处理时,孕育包芯线的原料按照重量百分比包括: Ca:2.5-3.5%、Ba:2-4%、Si>68%、Al<1.0%、余量为Fe,其中各原料的重量百分比总和为100%;
浇铸温度为1380-1400℃;喂线球化孕育处理的温度为1420-1450℃;
