When the method is implemented specifically, cooked grains or grain blanks are conveyed to an inlet at the upper part of the collecting hopper, conveyed to the upper surface of the feeding chain belt through the collecting hopper and conveyed to the bottom end of the conveying chain belt by the feeding chain belt. The bulk grain/lees cooling machine disperses, stirs and cools the sent cooked grain or lees blank, and then the fermented grain or lees blank is added with the low alcohol content wine, the yeast and the water through the yeast temporary storage conveyor and the low alcohol content water filling machine, so that the low alcohol content wine, the yeast and the water are mixed with the cooked grain or lees blank.
When the conveyor belt conveys cooked grains or vinasse blanks which are not mixed with low-alcohol wine, yeast and water, the push rod motor pushes the yeast-vinasse stirrer open, so that the cooked grains or the vinasse blanks can be conveyed to the grain storage hopper through the longitudinal conveyor belt. The longitudinal conveying chain belt and the cooked grain temporary storage conveyor are used for conveying the cooked grains which are not mixed with the low-alcohol wine, the yeast and the water when the machine is started up to the middle end from the tail end of the conveying chain belt.
When the conveyer belt brings cooked grains or lees blanks mixed with low alcohol content wine, yeast for making hard liquor and water, the pusher motor pulls back the yeast lees stirrer, so that the cooked grains or lees blanks mixed with low alcohol content wine, yeast for making hard liquor and water enter the yeast lees stirrer through the receiving hopper, the yeast lees stirrer fully mixes the cooked grains or lees blanks mixed with yeast for making hard liquor, low tail liquor and water, and then the mixed grains or lees blanks are conveyed to the remote conveyer through the discharge port and conveyed to the piling point for piling fermentation or placing in a cellar for fermentation through the remote conveyer.

the cooked grain/vinasse collecting conveyor comprises a base, a feeding chain belt and a collecting hopper, wherein the feeding chain belt is arranged below the collecting hopper, one end of the feeding chain belt extends out of the collecting hopper to form a discharging section, and the cooked grain/vinasse collecting conveyor is used for collecting cooked grains or vinasse blanks and then conveying the cooked grains or vinasse blanks to the bulk grain/vinasse cooling machine;
the bulk grain/vinasse cooling machine comprises a rack, a conveying chain belt and a cooling fan, wherein the conveying chain belt and the cooling fan are arranged on the rack, the conveying chain belt is obliquely arranged, the bottom end of the conveying chain belt is matched with the feeding chain belt, a longitudinal conveying chain belt matched with the conveying chain belt is arranged below the high end of the conveying chain belt, and the bulk grain/vinasse cooling machine is used for scattering cooked grains/vinasse blanks, stirring and cooling the cooked grains/vinasse blanks and mixing the cooked grains/vinasse blanks with low-alcohol wine, yeast and water;
one side of the bulk grain/vinasse cooling machine is provided with a cooked grain temporary storage conveyor matched with the bulk grain/vinasse cooling machine, the cooked grain temporary storage conveyor comprises a grain storage hopper, a grain storage conveying belt and a cooked grain U-shaped inclined-opening horizontal auger feeder, and the cooked grain temporary storage conveyor is used for temporarily storing cooked grains which are not mixed with low-alcohol-content wine, yeast and water and then conveying the cooked grains to the bulk grain/vinasse cooling machine again to be mixed with vinasse blanks, low-alcohol-content wine, water and yeast;
bulk grain/lees cooling machine one side still is provided with yeast for making hard liquor and low alcohol content water filling machine, yeast for making hard liquor temporary storage conveyer includes yeast for making hard liquor storage fill, pipeline auger promote feeder and yeast for making hard liquor U type bevel connection horizontal auger feeder, yeast for making hard liquor of filling in ripe grain or lees base after the cooling to scattering, low alcohol content water filling machine includes wine storage tank, filler pipe, shower nozzle, low alcohol content water filling machine is used for filling low alcohol content wine and water content to ripe grain or lees base after the cooling to scattering;
the distiller's grain mixer comprises a material mixing stirring box and a spiral auger which is horizontally arranged in the material mixing stirring box and is in rotating fit with the material mixing stirring box, a material receiving hopper matched with the conveying chain belt is arranged above one end of the material mixing stirring box, a material outlet communicated with the material mixing stirring box is arranged below the other end of the material mixing stirring box, and the distiller's grain mixer is used for fully mixing cooked grains or distiller's grains blanks mixed with yeast, low-alcohol wine and water;
the remote conveyor comprises a second receiving hopper and a remote conveying belt, the second receiving hopper is matched with the discharge hole, the remote conveying belt is obliquely arranged, the bottom end of the remote conveying belt is arranged below the second receiving hopper, and the remote conveyor is used for conveying cooked grains or grains blank mixed with yeast for making hard liquor, low-alcohol liquor and water to a stacking point for fermentation or a cellar for fermentation in a long distance;
and a controller is arranged in the central control device and is used for controlling the automatic operation of the whole production equipment.

The semi-automatic production equipment for Maotai-flavor liquor brewing according to claim 1, wherein four corners above the base are respectively provided with a buffer component, the top of the buffer component is connected with the bottom of the feeding chain belt, the buffer component comprises a telescopic rod arranged between the base and the feeding chain belt and a buffer spring sleeved on the telescopic rod, four corners below the base are respectively provided with traveling wheels, the feeding chain belt is a stainless steel chain belt with a scraper, one side of the feeding chain belt is provided with a feeding motor for driving the feeding chain belt to rotate, one side of the collecting hopper is provided with a vibrating motor for driving the collecting hopper to shake, and the feeding motor and the vibrating motor are electrically connected with the central control device.

The semi-automatic production equipment for brewing Maotai-flavor liquor according to claim 1, wherein the conveying chain belt comprises a driving shaft, a transmission shaft, a bearing shaft, a chain belt and a driving motor, the driving shaft, the transmission shaft and the bearing shaft are horizontally arranged in parallel, the chain belt matched with the driving shaft is wound on the driving shaft, the chain belt is a stainless steel punching chain belt, the output end of the driving motor is in transmission connection with the driving shaft, the driving shaft is driven to rotate to drive the chain belt to rotate upwards, and the driving motor is electrically connected with the central control device.

The semi-automatic production equipment for brewing Maotai-flavor liquor according to claim 3, wherein cooling fans fixedly connected with the frame are arranged above and in the middle of the conveying chain belt, the cooling fans are symmetrically arranged and are electrically connected with the central control device, a plurality of stirring devices are transversely arranged above the conveying chain belt along the inclined direction of the conveying chain belt, each stirring device comprises a stirring motor, a stirring shaft and a plurality of square frames arranged on the stirring shaft, the output end of the stirring motor is in transmission connection with the stirring shaft, the stirring shaft is driven to rotate so that the square frames stir cooked grains or vinasse blanks, the stirring devices are arranged between the cooling fans and the conveying chain belt and are close to the conveying chain belt, and the stirring motors are electrically connected with the central control device.

The semi-automatic production equipment for Maotai-flavor liquor brewing according to claim 1, wherein the longitudinal conveying chain belt is a stainless steel chain belt with a scraper, a longitudinal motor for driving the longitudinal conveying chain belt to rotate is arranged on the longitudinal conveying chain belt, the longitudinal motor is electrically connected with the central control device, the grain storage hopper is arranged below one end of the longitudinal conveying chain belt, the grain storage conveying belt is obliquely arranged, the lower end of the grain storage conveying belt is matched with the grain storage hopper, the higher end of the grain storage conveying belt is connected with the cooked grain U-shaped inclined-mouth horizontal auger feeder, the grain storage motor for driving the grain storage conveying belt to rotate is arranged on one side of the grain storage conveying belt, the cooked grain U-shaped inclined-mouth horizontal auger feeder is horizontally arranged, the open end of the grain storage conveying belt is arranged in the middle section above the bulk grain/grain cooler, the cooked grain U-shaped inclined-mouth horizontal auger motor for driving the grain storage conveyor to rotate is arranged on one end of the cooked grain U-shaped inclined-mouth horizontal auger feeder, and the grain storage motor and the cooked grain auger motor are electrically connected with the central control device.

The semi-automatic production equipment for Maotai-flavor liquor brewing according to claim 1, wherein the pipeline auger lifting feeder is inclined, the bottom end of the pipeline auger lifting feeder is communicated with the yeast storage hopper, the high end of the pipeline auger lifting feeder is communicated with the yeast U-shaped inclined-mouth horizontal auger feeder, the yeast U-shaped inclined-mouth horizontal auger feeder is horizontally arranged, the open end of the yeast U-shaped inclined-mouth horizontal auger lifting feeder is arranged at the tail end above the bulk grain/grain tank cooler, one end of the yeast U-shaped inclined-mouth horizontal auger feeder and one end of the pipeline auger lifting feeder are respectively provided with a yeast auger motor and a pipeline lifting motor which drive the yeast U-shaped inclined-mouth horizontal auger conveyor and the pipeline lifting feeder to rotate, the yeast U-shaped inclined-mouth auger motor and the pipeline lifting motor are electrically connected with the central control device, one end of the filling pipe is communicated with the bottom of the liquor storage tank, the other end of the yeast U-shaped inclined-mouth horizontal auger conveyor is communicated with a spray head arranged above the bulk grain/filling cooler, a conveying pump which conveys low-degree wine and water to the bulk grain/grain tank cooler is arranged on the conveying pipe, and the central control device is electrically connected with the central control device.

The semi-automatic production equipment for Maotai-flavor liquor brewing according to claim 1, wherein the mixing stirring box is rectangular, a plurality of U-shaped grooves which are uniformly formed are formed in the mixing stirring box in a one-to-one correspondence manner and are arranged with the spiral auger, a mixing stirring motor is arranged on one side of the mixing stirring box, the output end of the mixing stirring motor is connected with the spiral auger in a conveying manner and is used for driving the spiral auger to rotate in the U-shaped grooves, moving wheels which are in rotation fit with the mixing stirring box are symmetrically arranged below the mixing stirring box, push rod motors which drive the mixing stirring box to move are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the mixing stirring box, the push rod motors are fixedly connected with the frame, the output end of the push rod motors is connected with the mixing stirring box, the mixing stirring box is driven by the push rod motors to move back and forth along with the moving wheels, and back and forth movement of the mixing stirring motor and the push rod motors are electrically connected with the central control device.
