Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative and explanatory of the invention and are not restrictive thereof.
A luffing rope tensioning system of a tower crane according to the invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, a luffing rope tensioning system of a tower crane is provided, wherein the luffing rope tensioning system of the tower crane comprises a luffing trolley and a luffing drum 30, the luffing trolley comprises a frame 10 for being detachably mounted at a boom root of a boom of the tower crane, and a tensioning device 20 and a joint 12 fixedly connected to the frame 10, the tensioning device 20 comprises a tensioning wheel 21; the two ends of the amplitude-variable winding drum 30 are respectively connected with an amplitude-variable long rope 31 and an amplitude-variable short rope 32, the amplitude-variable long rope 31 passes through an arm tip pulley 70 at the arm tip of a crane arm of the tower crane to be connected with the joint 12, the amplitude-variable short rope 32 passes through an arm root pulley 60 at the arm root of the crane arm to be connected with the tension pulley 21, and the tension pulley 21 can rotationally tension the amplitude-variable short rope 32.
When the tower crane luffing mechanism works, the luffing drum 30 can lead the luffing trolley to move towards the direction close to the arm tip pulley 70 or the arm root pulley 60 by rotating and pulling the luffing long rope 31 or the luffing short rope 32. However, when the luffing rope tensioning system in the solution of the present invention tensions the short luffing rope 32 and the long luffing rope 31, the luffing trolley needs to be fixedly connected to the root of the jib through the connecting plate 13 on the frame 10, so that the luffing trolley does not move when the tension is applied to the long luffing rope 31 and the short luffing rope 32.
After the trolley is fixed, one end of the connecting arm root pulley 60 is provided with the amplitude-variable short rope 32, and the connecting arm tip pulleyOne end of 70 is a luffing rope 31, and since the luffing trolley is fixed at one end close to the arm root pulley 60, the rope length of the luffing rope 32 is shorter than that of the luffing rope 31, and the droop formula of the steel wire rope is as follows: f = qnL 2 8fh, wherein F is the tension of the steel wire rope; n is the number of the steel wire ropes; q is the linear density of the steel wire rope; fh is the sag of the steel cord. The rope sag formula can be used to derive that the tension required by the rope is proportional to the length of the rope, so that the tension required for tensioning the short luffing rope 32 is much less than the tension required for tensioning the long luffing rope 31. Under the condition that the amplitude-variable winding drum can not simultaneously tension the amplitude-variable short rope 32 and the amplitude-variable long rope 31, the system uses the tensioning device 20 driven by manpower to tension the amplitude-variable short rope 32, uses the amplitude-variable winding drum 30 driven by machinery to tension the amplitude-variable long rope 31, effectively reduces the tensioning force required by manually tensioning the amplitude-variable short rope 32, greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators using the amplitude-variable rope tensioning system, and has simple structure, easy arrangement and lower cost.
It should be noted that the luffing drum can only tension one of the short luffing rope 32 and the long luffing rope 31 by rotating, the short luffing rope 31 will loosen when the short luffing rope 32 is tensioned, and the short luffing rope 32 will loosen when the long luffing rope 31 is tensioned, so the short luffing rope must be tensioned by adding the tensioning device 20.
In the present embodiment, the first spool rotation direction of the luffing spool 30 enables the towing vehicle to move toward the arm-tip pulley 70, and rotation of the luffing spool 30 in the first spool rotation direction enables tensioning of the luffing rope 31. Specifically, when the luffing carriage is fixed at the root of the boom arm, the luffing drum 30 rotates in the first drum rotating direction to tension the luffing rope 31 because the luffing rope 31 cannot pull the frame 10; when the amplitude-variable trolley is not fixed, the amplitude-variable drum 30 can pull the amplitude-variable trolley to approach the arm tip of the crane arm by rotating along the first drum rotating direction, and similarly, the amplitude-variable drum 30 can pull the amplitude-variable trolley to approach the arm root of the crane arm by rotating along the first drum rotating direction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the tensioning device 20 further includes a rotating shaft 22 and a U-shaped ear plate, the U-shaped ear plate includes two side plates 23 fixedly connected to the frame 10, the tensioning wheel 21 is clamped in a U-shaped groove between the two side plates 23, the rotating shaft 22 passes through the tensioning wheel 21 and the two side plates 23, and the U-shaped ear plate is used to hinge the tensioning wheel on the frame.
In the embodiment of the invention, the tensioning wheel 21 comprises a ratchet wheel 211, an intermediate circular wheel 212 and an outer circular wheel 213 which are distributed along the axial direction, the outer diameters of the ratchet wheel 211 and the outer circular wheel 213 are larger than the outer diameter of the intermediate circular wheel 212, so that a rope winding ring groove 214 surrounding the outer circumferential wall of the intermediate circular wheel 212 is formed on the tensioning wheel 21, and the existence of the rope winding ring groove 214 enables the variable-amplitude short rope 32 to be wound on the outer circumferential wall of the intermediate circular wheel 212 in a stable and orderly manner in a circle by circle manner, so that the variable-amplitude short rope 32 is prevented from falling off the tensioning wheel 21 to cause the rotation tensioning failure.
In an embodiment of the invention, the tensioning device 20 further comprises a ratchet stop 24, the ratchet stop 24 cooperating with a ratchet 211 to keep the luffing bridle 32 tensioned. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the ratchet wheel stopper 24 is pivotally mounted on the frame 10 and has a protrusion engaged with the ratchet wheel 211, and under the blocking of the ratchet wheel stopper 24, the ratchet wheel 211 can only rotate in the direction of tensioning the luffing short rope 32 and cannot rotate in the direction of loosening the luffing short rope 32, so that the luffing short rope 32 with tensioning force is prevented from pulling the tensioning wheel 21 to rotate in the direction of loosening and sagging of the luffing short rope 32, and the luffing short rope 32 is ensured to be in a continuously tensioned state.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the tensioning device 20 further includes a wrench 11, one end of the wrench 11 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 22, and the other end of the wrench extends out of a ratchet push rod 111 for pushing the teeth of the ratchet 211 to rotate. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the wrench 11 further includes a round bar 112 capable of being engaged with the gear teeth of the ratchet wheel 211, and during specific operation, one end of the wrench 11 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 22, and the round bar 112 extends into the tooth space of the ratchet wheel 211 and abuts against the gear teeth, at this time, only the ratchet push rod 111 of the wrench 11 needs to be held to rotate the wrench 11 around the axis of the rotating shaft 22, and the round bar 112 pushes the gear teeth of the ratchet wheel 211 to enable the tensioning wheel 21 and the wrench 11 to rotate synchronously. In the above movement process, according to the basic theorem in physics, the torque of rotating the wrench 11 is equal to the torque of rotating the tensioning wheel 21, the radius of the tensioning wheel 21 is much smaller than the length of the wrench 11, and the length of the torque is determined by the inverse ratio of the torque to the stress, and the stress of the wrench 11 can be much smaller than the stress required by rotating the tensioning wheel 21.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the luffing rope tensioning system of the tower crane is in a non-working state, as shown in fig. 2, the wrench 11 is detachably mounted on the frame, and when the tensioning operation is required, an operator can take out the wrench 11 to assist in rotating the tensioning wheel 21.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the outer sidewall of the outer pulley 213 is provided with the rope end fixing portion 25 and the rope passing through hole 40, and the end portion of the short variable-amplitude rope 32 wound in the rope winding ring groove 214 passes through the rope passing through hole 40 and is connected to the rope end fixing portion 25, as shown in fig. 4, such a connection manner can enable the short variable-amplitude rope 32 to be more stably connected to the tensioning pulley 21, specifically, when the tensioning pulley 21 rotates to tension the short variable-amplitude rope 32, the reaction tension of the short variable-amplitude rope 32 to the tensioning pulley 21 will be mostly transferred to the outer circumferential wall of the rope passing through hole 40, and only a small portion of the reaction tension becomes the pressure between the end portion of the short variable-amplitude rope 32 and the rope end fixing portion 25, so as to reduce the tension of the short variable-amplitude rope 32 at the connection portion of the rope end fixing portion 25, prevent the unstable connection of the end portion caused by the excessive tension of the short variable-amplitude rope 32, and reduce the risk of the disconnection of the steel wire rope.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the rope end fixing part 25 includes a connecting block 251 and a protective cover 252, the connecting block 251 is fixedly disposed on the outer sidewall of the outer circular wheel 213, the protective cover 252 covers the connecting block 251 and is used for guiding the variable-amplitude short rope 32 through the rope through hole 40, and the protective cover 252 and the outer circular wheel 213 clamp the connecting block 251 and the end of the variable-amplitude short rope 32 together, so that the variable-amplitude short rope 32 cannot be disengaged from the clamping with the connecting block 251, thereby improving the connection stability of the variable-amplitude short rope 32.
In the embodiment of the invention, the luffing rope tensioning system of the tower crane further comprises a riding wheel 50 for preventing the luffing long rope 31 or the luffing short rope 32 from sagging, the riding wheel 50 is arranged between the luffing drum 30 and the arm tip pulley 70 or the arm root pulley 60, and when the tensioning force of the luffing long rope 31 or the luffing short rope 32 is insufficient, the riding wheel 50 supports the luffing rope to prevent the sagging of the luffing rope from interfering with components on the jib and influencing the normal operation of the jib.
