When the winding is required, the external input power drives the winding drum 100 to rotate forward, the steel wire rope 500 starts to wind on the winding drum 100 in the forward direction, meanwhile, when the steel wire rope 500 passes through the pulley 620 on the swing link 610, a deflection force in a corresponding direction is generated on the swing link 610, so that the swing link 610 correspondingly deflects along the winding direction of the steel wire rope 500 on the winding drum 100, as the winding of the steel wire rope 500 is carried out, the number of winding turns of the steel wire rope 500 is increased, the steel wire rope 500 passing through the swing link 610 also synchronously deflects in the direction, when the steel wire rope 500 is wound to the limit position on one side of the winding drum 100, the steel wire rope 500 starts to wind on the winding drum 100 in the reverse direction under the influence of the deflection force generated by the self-space limitation of the steel wire rope 500, the swing link 610 correspondingly deflects along the winding direction of the steel wire rope 500 on the winding drum 100, and then the steel wire rope 500 continuously winds to the limit position on the other side of the winding drum 100, and the winding direction of the same mechanism as the above-mentioned process again occurs on the steel wire rope 500, and sequentially and circularly going down until the coiling and the winding of the steel wire rope 500 are finished.
When the rope needs to be paid off, the drum 100 is driven to rotate reversely by external input power, the steel wire rope 500 starts to release on the drum 100 in a forward direction, meanwhile, when the steel wire rope 500 passes through the pulley 620 on the swing link 610, a deflection force in a corresponding direction is generated on the swing link 610, so that the swing link 610 correspondingly deflects along the releasing direction of the steel wire rope 500 on the drum 100, as the rope paying off of the steel wire rope 500 is carried out, the winding number of turns of the steel wire rope 500 is reduced, the direction deflection change of the steel wire rope 500 passing through the swing link 610 also synchronously occurs, when the steel wire rope 500 is released to the limit position on one side of the drum 100, the steel wire rope 500 starts to release on the drum 100 in a reverse direction under the influence of the deflection force generated by the self-space limitation of the steel wire rope 500, the swing link 610 correspondingly deflects along the releasing direction of the steel wire rope 500 on the drum 100, and then continues until the steel wire rope 500 is released to the limit position on the other side of the drum 100, the rope paying off direction change with the same mechanism as the above process occurs again, and the steel wire rope 500 is sequentially and circularly lowered until the rope releasing action of the steel wire rope is completed.
In this embodiment, the wire rope 500 may be a wire rope, a string, or a chain.
In one embodiment, the axial direction of the rotating shaft is perpendicular to the axial direction of the winding drum 100 and serves as a rotation center of the swing link 610 on the frame body 300, the pulley 620 is used for ensuring the optimal rope arrangement guiding effect and reducing bending and corners of the steel wire rope 500 during rope reeling and unreeling, and the axial direction of the pulley 620 is always perpendicular to the rotating shaft, so that the steel wire rope 500 can be kept in straight line type smooth reeling and unreeling.
In one embodiment, the swing link 610 is further connected to the frame 300 through the first elastic member 640, and in the process that the swing link 610 rotates a certain angle around the rotation axis, the first elastic member 640 is stretched or compressed, and then the swing link 610 is driven to rotate by the restoring force generated when the first elastic member 640 contracts or expands, so as to return to the original position, thereby realizing that when the rope 500 is wound or unwound to one end of the winding drum 100 and needs to be reversed, the direction adjustment can be performed in time, avoiding error expansion, and improving the rope arrangement quality.
In one embodiment, the first elastic members 640 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the swing link 610, that is, when the swing link 610 is at the original position, the first elastic members 640 are inclined at a certain angle with respect to the swing link 610, after the swing link 610 swings at a certain angle toward the direction of the first elastic member 640 on one side, the first elastic member 640 is compressed, the first elastic member 640 on the other side is extended, and then the first elastic member 640 on the other side is extended and restored, and the first elastic member 640 on the other side is contracted and restored, so that the restoring force drives the swing link 610 to swing toward the direction of the first elastic member 640 on the other side and restore to the original position. The arrangement of the two first elastic members 640 can ensure the stress balance and the swing stability of the swing link 610, and ensure that the swing link 610 receives the elastic force and the restoring force of the first elastic members 640 with the same magnitude in the process of angle swing and restoration at both sides of the swing link 610.
In one embodiment, the two support plates 611 are disposed side by side and opposite to each other, the two support plates 611 are connected with the connecting rod of the support plates 611 into a whole through multiple parallel connection, so as to ensure that the distance between the two support plates 611 is fixed, a pulley 620 is sandwiched between the two support plates 611, the pulley 620 is connected with the two support plates 611 through an axle, and the support plates 611 are used for supporting the pulley 620 on one hand and limiting the movement of the steel cable 500 on the pulley 620 on the other hand. When the wire rope 500 is unwound, the wire rope 500 is unwound from the reel 100 and passes through the pulley 620 and the guide pulley 650 in sequence.
In this embodiment, the swing link 610 is located above the guide wheel 650, and the two rollers on the swing link 610 and the guide wheel 650 are sequentially disposed from top to bottom. In other embodiments, the relative positions of guide wheel 650 and pulley 620 may be changed and adjusted as needed for the actual run of cable 500.
In one embodiment, the rope pressing assembly 700 is disposed on the side opposite to the rope arranging assembly 600, one end of the rope pressing assembly 700 contacts with the steel wire rope 500 on the winding drum 100, the number of layers of the steel wire rope 500 on the winding drum 100 changes along with the winding and unwinding of the steel wire rope 500, the rope pressing assembly 700 constantly keeps contact with the steel wire rope 500, and the end connected with the frame body 300 is rotatably connected, so that corresponding angle adjustment can be achieved according to the number of layers of the steel wire rope 500, and the rope pressing assembly 700 can effectively ensure the orderly arrangement of rings in the winding and unwinding processes of the steel wire rope 500, and avoid the running and dislocation of the steel wire rope 500.
In one embodiment, the pressing roller 730 is in rolling contact with the steel wire rope 500, so that friction damage to the steel wire rope 500 can be further reduced, the swing arm 720 rotates on the connecting rod 710, the swing arm 720 is connected with the frame body 300 through the second elastic member 740 on one side close to the winding drum 100, when the steel wire rope 500 is wound, the number of layers of the steel wire rope 500 on the winding drum 100 is continuously increased, the swing arm 720 swings in a direction away from the winding drum 100, the second elastic member 740 stretches, when the steel wire rope 500 is unwound, the number of layers of the steel wire rope 500 on the winding drum 100 is continuously reduced, the swing arm 720 swings in a direction close to the winding drum 100, and the second elastic member 740 contracts to help the swing arm 720 to swing.
