s4: the results were observed and recorded, with a positive reaction indicating adhesion of red blood cells to the bottom surface of the tube, and a negative reaction indicating accumulation of red blood cells in the center of the bottom with a weak positive in between.
The method comprises the following steps of taking two test tubes 105 out of a box body 101, filling washing liquid in the two test tubes 105, standing for 1min, pouring out liquid, washing the tubes for 5 times, marking a positive tube and a negative tube, adding a positive quality control containing an anti-human platelet antibody, a platelet indicating red cell and a platelet antigen into the positive tube for positive reaction, adding a negative quality control containing no anti-human platelet antibody and a platelet indicating red cell and a platelet antigen into the negative tube for negative reaction, observing and recording results, wherein the positive reaction indicates that the red cell is adhered to the bottom surface of the tubes, the negative reaction indicates that the red cell is gathered in the center of the bottom, and the weak positive is between the two, after detection is finished, all the rest of the positive quality control, the negative quality control, the platelet indicating red cell and the platelet antigen are placed into a storage box 201 for storage, and the whole platelet antibody detection kit is placed into a refrigerator for storage at the temperature of 2-8 ℃.
