As shown in fig. 1, the plurality of case side panels 110 include a first side panel 111, a second side panel 112, a third side panel 113, and a fourth side panel 114 connected in sequence to collectively define a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped receiving space; a side edge plate 115 is arranged on one side of the first side plate 111, which is far away from the second side plate 112, and when the packaging box is packaged, the first side plate 111 is fixedly connected with the fourth side plate 114 through the side edge plate 115; and/or a first connecting plate 120 is arranged on one of the plurality of box body side plates 110, and a first plug-in board 121 is arranged on one side of the first connecting plate 120, which is far away from the box body side plate 110 connected with the first connecting plate 120; when the packing of the packing box is completed, the first inserting plate 121 is inserted into the accommodating space, and the first inserting plate 121 and another box body side plate 110 parallel to the box body side plate 110 connected to the first connecting plate 120 among the plurality of box body side plates 110 are attached.
As shown in fig. 1, a second connecting plate 130 is disposed on another box side plate 110, which is disposed in parallel and spaced with the box side plate 110 connected to the first connecting plate 120, among the plurality of box side plates 110, and when the packing of the packing box is completed, the second connecting plate 130 covers a side of the first connecting plate 120 away from the receiving space.

As shown in fig. 1, a side of the box body side plate 110 connected to the first connection plate 120, which is close to the first connection plate 120, is provided with a latch 123; a second inserting groove 132 for inserting and matching with the inserting tongue 123 is arranged between the second inserting plate 131 and the second connecting plate 130; wherein, when the packing box is packed, the inserting tongue 123 is inserted into the second inserting groove 132.
As shown in fig. 1, the box side plate 110 connected to the first connecting plate 120 is a first side plate 111, the box side plate 110 connected to the second connecting plate 130 is a third side plate 113, the box side plate 110 connected to the top limiting structure 300 and the bottom limiting structure 200 is a second side plate 112, and the box side plate 110 connected to the top abdicating structure 600 is a fourth side plate 114.
As shown in fig. 1, the top and bottom of the first side plate 111 are provided with a first connecting plate 120; the top and bottom of the third side plate 113 are provided with a second connecting plate 130; wherein, two first connecting plates 120 and two second connecting plates 130 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and when the packaging box is packaged, each first connecting plate 120 is located at one side of the corresponding second connecting plate 130 close to the accommodating space, so as to form the bottom plate structure 400 and the upper cover structure 500 with the self-locking function of the packaging box respectively.
The folding and packaging process of the packaging box of the invention is as follows:
(1) When the paperboard raw material is cut in the shape shown in fig. 1, the first side panel 111, the second side panel 112, the third side panel 113, and the fourth side panel 114 are folded by corresponding creases to form a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the side panel 115 is folded by corresponding creases to be adhesively connected to the fourth side panel 114 to form the box body 100.
(2) Each bottom support side panel 205 is folded by 90 ° by a respective fold to form the shape shown in figure 2; the bottom limit plate 203 and the bottom connecting side plate 202 are folded in sequence by corresponding creases to form the shape shown in fig. 3; folding the bottom protective sheet 201 toward the inside of the box body 100 by corresponding creases to form the shape as shown in fig. 4; the bottom flap support panel 206 is folded 180 toward the interior of the box 100 by corresponding creases to form the bottom stop structure 200 shown in figure 5.
(3) The first connecting plate 120 at the bottom of the box 100 is folded by 180 ° towards the inside of the box 100 by the corresponding fold, and the first inserting plate 121 on the first connecting plate 120 is inserted into the gap at the side of the bottom guard plate supporting plate 206 close to the third side plate 113; the second connecting plate 130 at the bottom of the box 100 is folded by 180 degrees towards the inside of the box 100 by corresponding creases, and the second inserting plate 131 on the second connecting plate 130 is inserted into the first inserting groove 122; the inserting tongue 123 of the first side plate 111 is inserted into the second inserting groove 132 between the second connecting plate 130 and the second inserting plate 131 to form the bottom plate structure 400 with a self-locking function.
(4) The case 100 is turned over so that the top of the case 100 is facing up and the product is placed with the bottom of the product in the bottom retaining hole 204 as shown in fig. 6.
(5) Each top support side panel 307 is folded by 90 ° by a respective fold to form the shape shown in figure 7; the top limiting plate 304 and the fourth top connecting side plate 303 are folded in sequence by corresponding creases to form the shape shown in fig. 8; the second top abdicating plate 302 and the third top connecting side plate 301 are folded in sequence by corresponding creases, and the top limiting hole 306 and the second top abdicating hole 305 are both sleeved on the product to form the shape as shown in fig. 9, so as to complete the folding of the top limiting structure 300.
(6) The first top relief panel 604, the second top attachment side panel 603 and the top support panel 602 are folded in sequence by corresponding creases to form the shape shown in fig. 10; the first top connecting side plate 601 is folded by corresponding creases and the first top abdicating hole 605 is sleeved on the product to form the shape as shown in fig. 11 to complete the folding of the top abdicating structure 600, and the top abdicating space above the top support plate 602 can be used for placing some small parts such as specifications, adapters, etc.
(7) The first connecting plate 120 at the top of the box 100 is folded by 180 ° toward the inside of the box 100 by the corresponding crease, and the first inserting plate 121 on the first connecting plate 120 is inserted into the slit at the side of the first connecting plate 120 close to the third side plate 113 to form the shape as shown in fig. 12; the second connecting plate 130 at the top of the case 100 is folded by 180 ° toward the inside of the case 100 by the corresponding crease, and the second inserting plate 131 of the second connecting plate 130 is inserted into the first inserting groove 122 to form the shape as shown in fig. 13; the inserting tongue 123 on the first side plate 111 is inserted into the second inserting groove 132 between the second connecting plate 130 and the second inserting plate 131 to form the upper cover structure 500 with the self-locking function as shown in fig. 14.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
the packing box of the present invention includes a box body 100, the box body 100 includes a plurality of box body side plates 110 connected in sequence to enclose an accommodating space for accommodating a product; the packing carton still includes: the top limiting structure 300, the top limiting structure 300 is connected with the top of the box body 100, and a top limiting hole for being sleeved on a product to limit the top of the product is formed in the top limiting structure 300; the top abdicating structure 600 is connected with the top of the box body 100 and is located above the top limiting structure 300, and at least part of the top abdicating structure 600 is used for forming a top abdicating space above the top limiting structure 300 for placing at least one of a power adapter, a connecting wire and a specification of a product. Thus, the packaging box of the invention modifies the separated packaging mode in the prior art into an integrated packaging mode, and forms the top limiting structure 300 and the top abdicating structure 600 in the accommodating space of the box body 100 by folding and molding a plurality of plate bodies on the packaging box, thereby avoiding the random movement of products in the packaging box, reducing the use of materials such as foam, liner and the like in the packaging box, achieving the technical effects of enabling the packaging process to be simpler and faster without increasing the packaging cost and improving the packaging efficiency without adding additional materials, and solving the problems of more materials, complex assembly operation, lower packaging efficiency and higher comprehensive cost of the packaging mode of the products in the prior art on the premise of limiting the products.
