In other embodiments, the area of the first portion 112 may also be larger or smaller than the area of the second portion 113, and a manufacturer or a user may adjust the area ratio of the first portion 112 and the second portion 113 according to the requirement, which is not limited by the invention.
In addition, the first packing part 12 is provided to the first part 112, and the second packing part 13 is provided to the second part 113. Herein, the surface of the first packing part 12 connected to the first part 112 is referred to as a bottom surface, and similarly, the surface of the second packing part 13 connected to the second part 113 is also referred to as a bottom surface. Preferably, the area of the bottom surface of the first packing part 12 is substantially the same as the area of the first part 112, and the area of the bottom surface of the second packing part 13 is substantially the same as the area of the second part 113. In other embodiments, the bottom surface of the first packing part 12 may have an area larger or smaller than that of the first portion 112, and similarly, the bottom surface of the second packing part 13 may have an area larger or smaller than that of the second portion 113. In other words, the area of the bottom surface of the first package part 12 (the second package part 13) does not necessarily have a corresponding relationship with the area of the first part 112 (the second part 113), and the manufacturer or the user can adjust the area ratio of the bottom surface of the first package part 12 (the second package part 13) to the first part 112 (the second part 113), which is not limited by the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the first bottom plate 11, the first package portion 12 and the second package portion 13 are all made of foamed polyethylene. In addition, the first package portion 12 and the second package portion 13 of the present embodiment are respectively disposed on the first portion 112 and the second portion 113 in an adhesive manner. In the process, the first package part 12 and the second package part 13 can be manufactured separately, and the first folding part 111 is formed on the first bottom plate 11 by a cutter. Then, the first package part 12 and the second package part 13 are respectively adhered to the first part 112 and the second part 113 of the first base plate 11, so as to complete the upper lid 10 of the present embodiment. In other embodiments, the first base plate 11, the first package part 12 and the second package part 13 may be an integral structure. For example, the entire structure of the upper lid 10 is integrally molded with a foamed polyethylene material, and then cut by a cutter to form the first package portion 12, the second package portion 13, and the first bottom plate 11 having the first folded portion 111 (score).
In addition, the first packing part 12 has a plurality of first partition grooves 121, and the second packing part 13 has a plurality of second partition grooves 131, and the positions of the second partition grooves 131 respectively correspond to the first partition grooves 121, so that the first partition grooves 121 and the second partition grooves 131 can respectively communicate with each other to form a plurality of first receiving grooves 14, as shown in fig. 3A. In other words, the first receiving groove 14 is composed of the first separating groove 121 and the second separating groove 131. The first separating groove 121 and the second separating groove 131 in this embodiment are strip-shaped to form the strip-shaped first accommodating groove 14, so that the first end 91 of the object 9 can be accommodated in the first accommodating groove 14. In other embodiments, the first separating groove 121, the second separating groove 131 and the first receiving groove 14 formed by the first separating groove and the second separating groove may be in other shapes to receive the objects 9 with different configurations, which is not limited by the present invention. The procedure for assembling the packing object 9 will be described later, and the structure of the lower lid body 20 will be described first.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the lower cover body 20 of the present embodiment may have the same structure as the upper cover body 10, so that the upper cover body 10 and the lower cover body 20 can be used together, thereby saving the manufacturing process of the package structure 1. Specifically, the lower cover 20 of the present embodiment includes a second bottom plate 21, a third packing portion 22 and a fourth packing portion 23. The second base plate 21 has a second folded portion 211, and the second base plate 21 is divided into a third portion 212 and a fourth portion 213 by the second folded portion 211, and the third portion 212 is connected to the fourth portion 213 by the second folded portion 211. The third packing part 22 is disposed at the third portion 212, and the fourth packing part 23 is disposed at the fourth portion 213. It should be noted that the second bottom plate 21 has the same structure as the first bottom plate 11, so the arrangement position of the second folded portion 211 and the distribution ratio of the third portion 212 and the fourth portion 213 can refer to the first folded portion 111, the first portion 112 and the second portion 113.
Similarly, the third packing part 22 has a plurality of third partition grooves 221, and the fourth packing part 23 has a plurality of fourth partition grooves 231. In addition, the positions of the respective fourth dividing grooves 231 respectively correspond to the respective third dividing grooves 221, so that the third dividing grooves 221 can respectively communicate with the fourth dividing grooves 231 to form the second receiving grooves 24. In addition, the third partition groove 221 and the fourth partition groove 231 are also in an elongated shape to form the elongated second receiving groove 24, so that the other end (the second end 92) of the object 9 can be received in the second receiving groove 24. In other embodiments, the lower cover 20 may also be a member having only a plurality of second receiving grooves 24 (i.e. the lower cover does not have the second folded portion 211, and does not need to be separated into the third packaging portion 22 and the fourth packaging portion 23), so that the second end 92 of the object 9 can be received in the second receiving groove 24.
Fig. 4A and 4B are schematic views illustrating the operation of the upper cover packaging object shown in fig. 1, please refer to fig. 4A and 4B. When packaging the object 9, the second end 92 can be first placed in the second receiving groove 24 of the lower cover 20, and then the upper cover 10 is placed above the first end 91. First, the second portion 113 is turned around the first folding part 111 to drive the second packaging part 13 to make the second portion 113 close to the first portion 112, so as to form an included angle, as shown in fig. 4A. At this time, the first separating grooves 121 of the first packing part 12 are separated from (i.e., not communicated with) the second separating grooves 131 of the second packing part 13, so that the user (packing person) or a robot arm for packing can align the first separating grooves 121 with the objects 9, respectively, and the plurality of first separating grooves 121 of the first packing part 12 are respectively sleeved on one side of the plurality of first ends 91 of the plurality of objects 9, as shown in fig. 4A, on the right side of the first ends 91. After the right half of the object 9 is fixed, the user or the robot arm can easily turn the second portion 113 around the first folding portion 111 to drive the second packaging portion 13 to turn over, so that the second separating slot 131 is sleeved on the left half of the first end 91 of the object 9 to complete the packaging of the first end 91 of the object 9. In other embodiments, when the lower cover body 20 and the upper cover body 10 have the same structure, the process of placing the second end 92 in the second receiving groove 24 of the lower cover body 20 can refer to the above-mentioned process of placing the upper cover body 10 in the first end 91, and will not be described herein again.
To sum up, the basis the utility model discloses a packaging structure, it includes lid and lower lid. The upper cover body comprises a first bottom plate, a first packaging part and a second packaging part. The first bottom plate is provided with a first folding part, so that the first bottom plate can be divided into a first part and a second part. The first packaging part is provided with a plurality of first separating grooves and is arranged on the first part; the second packing part is provided with a plurality of second separating grooves and is arranged on the second part. The second part can drive the second packaging part to turn over by taking the first turning-over part as an axis, so that the first separating groove and the second separating groove are separated, and then the first separating groove of the first packaging part is sleeved at the first end of the object. Because the first separating groove and the second separating groove are separated, the first separating groove can be aligned and sleeved on the object conveniently. Then, the second part and the second packaging part are driven to turn over by taking the first turning part as an axis, so that the second separating groove is also sleeved at the second end of the object, and the object is packaged, thereby achieving the effect of convenient assembly.
