s3: wrapping the inner layer cigarette paper on the outer side of the cut tobacco so that one side of the inner layer cigarette paper, which is close to the functional groove, is positioned on the outer side;
s4: and wrapping the outer layer cigarette paper on the outer side of the inner layer cigarette paper, and sandwiching the ash wrapping layer between the inner layer cigarette paper and the outer layer cigarette paper, wherein the friction surface of the ash wrapping layer faces to the functional groove of the inner layer cigarette paper.
The multi-layer composite cigarette paper structure with good ash wrapping performance and the manufacturing method are simple in arrangement, the cigarette paper is divided into the multi-layer structure, the multi-layer cigarette paper is firstly processed in groups and then wrapped layer by layer, under the grouping processing mode, the base paper is the same, and the ash wrapping layers clamped are different, so that the multi-layer composite cigarette paper structure can be suitable for smoking and burning ash wrapping of cigarettes with different specifications and different tobacco shred types, independent processing is not needed, paper processing waste can be reduced, and experience of a smoker is improved.

A multi-layer composite cigarette paper structure with good ash wrapping performance is characterized in that: the cigarette comprises inner-layer cigarette paper (1) arranged on the outer side of cut tobacco (4) and outer-layer cigarette paper (2) arranged on the outer side of the inner-layer cigarette paper (1), a dust wrapping layer (3) is arranged between the inner-layer cigarette paper (1) and the outer-layer cigarette paper (2), a functional groove (11) is formed in one side, far away from the cut tobacco (4), of the inner-layer cigarette paper (1), a friction surface is arranged on one side, close to the inner-layer cigarette paper (1), of the dust wrapping layer (3), and the outer-layer cigarette paper (2) in a grouping mode, the inner-layer cigarette paper (1) is wrapped on the outer side of the cut tobacco (4) and the functional groove (11) is located on one side, far away from the cut tobacco (4), and when the outer-layer cigarette paper (2) is wrapped on the outer side of the inner-layer cigarette paper (1), the friction surface of the dust wrapping layer (3) faces the functional groove (11) of the inner-layer cigarette paper (1) in a grouping mode during cigarette manufacturing;
when in preparation, firstly, the types of tobacco shreds are obtained, the inner layer cigarette paper and the outer layer cigarette paper which are required are selected, and the ash wrapping layer which is required is selected; then, forming a plurality of functional grooves on one side of the inner layer cigarette paper; then wrapping the inner layer cigarette paper on the outer side of the cut tobacco so that one side of the inner layer cigarette paper close to the functional groove is positioned on the outer side; and finally, wrapping the outer layer cigarette paper on the outer side of the inner layer cigarette paper, and sandwiching the ash wrapping layer between the inner layer cigarette paper and the outer layer cigarette paper, wherein the friction surface of the ash wrapping layer faces to the functional groove of the inner layer cigarette paper.
