At present, no method and equipment for effectively replacing the honing process exist.

Referring to fig. 3, a plurality of abdicating notches are uniformly formed in the holder barrel 1, a roller 3 is movably embedded in each abdicating notch, and each roller 3 is rotatably abutted against the outer wall of the mandrel member 2; referring to fig. 4, further, an arc-shaped notch corresponding to the roller 3 is formed in the outer wall of the mandrel member 2; the roller 3 and the mandrel component 2 are in surface contact, and the radial bearing capacity is enhanced.
When the main valve core hole of the hydraulic valve block is subjected to precision finishing, the machine tool drives the mandrel part 2 to rotate, and simultaneously the mandrel part 2 and the retainer cylinder 1 are extruded into the valve core hole to be processed together with certain extrusion force. In the entering process, the roller 3 is in extrusion contact with the inner wall of the hole, so that the surface layer metal of the inner wall of the hole generates plastic flow, the residual low-valley structure on the hole wall is filled, and the surface roughness value of the inner wall of the hole is reduced; meanwhile, the roundness and cylindricity of the main valve core hole are corrected. Finally, the main valve core hole meets the requirements of surface roughness and form and position tolerance.
The invention can realize the extrusion processing of the main valve core hole of the hydraulic valve block, so that the main valve core hole meets the requirements of surface roughness and form and position tolerance, the honing procedure is replaced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. The invention has strong universality, can be used on various related devices, and reduces the device cost. Preferably, referring to fig. 5, a clamping ring 31 is arranged on the shaft of the roller 3, and a clamping block 11 matched with the clamping ring 31 is protruded integrally in the abdicating notch of the holder barrel 1; the roller 3 can smoothly rotate under the action of pressure, and the roller is prevented from being stuck in the abdicating notch.
Further, referring to fig. 6, a medium cavity 32 is formed in the roller 3; the opening position of the medium cavity 32 is in threaded connection with a sealing cover 33; the medium cavity 32 can be pre-filled with cooling liquid to absorb heat generated during processing in time, so that the local part of the roller 3 is prevented from generating micro deformation due to temperature rise to influence the processing precision.
Preferably, a pushing barrel part 43 which is in inserted connection and matching with the mandrel part 2 is further arranged in the matching barrel body of the matching handle 4; the bearing capacity against the radial thrust is increased, and the stability of the core shaft member 2 at the time of extrusion is improved.
According to the invention, the position of the retainer cylinder 1 in the axial direction is adjusted by screwing the adjusting piece 41, so that the processing depth of the main valve core hole is controlled. Further, an adjusting spring 42 sleeved with the core shaft part 2 is further arranged in the matching cylinder body; two ends of the adjusting spring 42 are respectively abutted against the adjusting piece 41 and the push cylinder piece 43; the precision of the regulation is convenient to control.
Preferably, a gasket 21 is arranged between the holder barrel 1 and the adjusting piece 41, so that the contact stability of the holder barrel and the adjusting piece is improved.

2. The core hole extrusion tooling apparatus of claim 1 wherein the outer wall of said mandrel member is provided with arcuate notches corresponding to the rollers.
3. The core hole extrusion processing device of claim 1, wherein the shaft of the roller is provided with a clamping ring, and a clamping block matched with the clamping ring is integrally protruded in the abdicating notch of the holder barrel.
4. The core hole extrusion tooling assembly of claim 3 wherein said roller has a media cavity formed therein; the opening position of the medium cavity is in threaded connection with a sealing cover.
5. The core hole extrusion processing apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein a barrel pushing member is further provided in the engaging barrel of said engaging shank to be engaged with the core shaft member.
6. The apparatus for extruding a core hole according to claim 5, wherein an adjusting spring is further provided in said fitting cylinder to be fitted to said core shaft; and two ends of the adjusting spring are respectively abutted against the adjusting piece and the push cylinder piece.
7. A method for processing a main core hole of a hydraulic valve block is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, pre-mounting a cutter for machining and the core hole extrusion machining device of any one of claims 1 to 6 on a numerical control machining device;
s2, clamping a hydraulic valve block blank to be machined into numerical control machining equipment;
s3, drilling a main valve core hole on the hydraulic valve block blank;
s4, reaming the hole formed in the step S3;
s5, boring the hole processed in the step S4;
s6, reaming the hole processed in the S5;
and S7, extruding the holes processed in the step S6 by using the core hole extruding processing device to meet the requirements of tolerance and roughness.
