when the mop disc (11) rotates at a low speed, the impeller clutch piece (3) is at a low position, and the rotary water spraying device sprays water for cleaning; when the mop disc (11) rotates at a high speed, the impeller clutch (3) is lifted to a high position under the action of thrust, the impeller clutch (3) disconnects the rotary water spraying device or closes a water inlet (231) of the rotary water spraying device, so that the rotary water spraying device stops rotating or idling, the rotary water spraying device stops spraying water, and the wiping object (13) rotates at a high speed to be dried.
