The storage condition of the sausage casing printed with the pictures and texts is to meet the requirement of ensuring that the moisture of the sausage casing is not lost and the pictures and texts are not transferred to the contacted surface of the sausage casing in the storage process.
Filling: sleeving a casing with printed patterns on a filling rod of a filling machine, filling the casing into a sausage with a required specification by using the filling machine, hanging the filled sausage on a driver, and cleaning redundant stuffing on the surface of the sausage by using clear water;
drying: and drying the filled sausage at the temperature of 70 ℃ for 30min, wherein the purpose of the process is to ensure that the surface of the sausage is dried before cooking, so that the printed pictures and texts on the surface of the sausage are not damaged in the later steam cooking process.
Curing: and (3) performing steam curing on the dried sausage at the temperature of 65 ℃, so that the sausage can be cured and the images and texts on the surface of the casing can be prevented from being damaged.

Claims (10)
1. A method for printing images and texts on a casing to realize sausage visualization is characterized by comprising the following steps:
preparing: preparing edible casings, edible ink and casing printing equipment; the casing printing equipment comprises a feeding area, a printing area, a drying area and a winding area which are arranged in sequence; the edible ink is mixed with a solvent from a titration system and then enters an ink feed port of the printing area;
and (3) testing: testing the printing position of the edible ink on the edible casing and adjusting the printing quality of the edible casing to meet the printing requirement;
printing: the edible casing from the feeding zone enters the printing zone for printing;
and (3) drying: the edible casing from the feeding zone enters the drying zone for drying;
rolling: the edible casing from the drying zone is completed in the windup zone.
2. The method for printing graphics on casing for sausage visualization of claim 1 wherein in the testing step, the edible casing enters the casing printing device from the feeding zone, and passes through the printing zone, the drying zone and the rolling zone at a testing speed of 5m/min or less.
3. The method for printing pictures and texts on the sausage casing to realize visualization according to claim 2, wherein in the testing step, the working temperature of the drying zone is set to be 30-50 ℃ when the edible sausage casing passes through the drying zone.
4. The method for printing pictures and texts on casings for realizing sausage visualization of claim 1, wherein in the printing step, the edible casings enter the printing area at the working speed of 5-40 m/min.
5. The method for printing pictures and texts on casings to realize sausage visualization according to claim 1, wherein in the printing step, the edible casings pass through the drying area, the working temperature of the drying area is set to be 50-65 ℃, and the travel distance of the drying area is 5-35 m.
6. A method for printing graphics on casing for visualization of sausages according to any of claims 1 to 5 wherein the edible casing comprises: collagen casing or animal dry casing.
7. A printed sausage casing prepared by the method for printing the sausage on the casing to realize visualization of the sausage as claimed in any one of claims 1-6, wherein the preservation conditions of the printed sausage casing are as follows: cooling in shade, and preserving at 20-30 deg.c and relative humidity of 40-50%.
8. The processing method of the visualized sausage is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
preparing: sausage filling, printed graphic casing according to claim 7 and sausage filling equipment;
filling: filling the sausage stuffing and the printed image-text casing through the sausage filling equipment to obtain the sausage;
drying: drying the filled sausage at the temperature of 65-70 ℃ for 10-30 min;
curing: steam curing the dried sausage at the temperature below 85 ℃;
packaging: and (3) cooling the cured sausage to below 15 ℃ through heat dissipation, packaging, and ensuring the pictures and texts to be in a transparent packaging position in the packaging process so as to achieve the display effect.
9. The processing method of the visualized sausage as claimed in claim 8, wherein in the preparation step, the printed graphic casing is soaked in water at 40-50 ℃ for 5-10 min.
10. The processing method of the visualized sausage as claimed in claim 8, further comprising a smoking step, wherein the cured sausage is subjected to a wood chip smoking process.
